We've ordered delivery twice from this location. Most recently, last night. Both times, the food has arrived almost cold. Last night I ordered a steak sandwich, which I wish I'd taken a picture of. I opened it up and the steak, cheese, onions (which were raw - on a steak sandwich?) and mushrooms were OUTSIDE the sub roll, stuck and coagulated to the paper it was wrapped in. Great job Marco's. I couldn't get the steak, etc unstuck, so it went in the trash...along with the pizza that my husband, who up to this point has never found a pizza he didn't like. The first pizza we ordered also didn't get rave reviews. We forgot about that when we placed our order last night. Marco's, you've lost a customer. read more

Pizzas are so on point, however I ordered a chicken Caesar salad and pizzas through Uber Eats. The driver showed up with the pizzas, no salad. The driver called Marcos to find out about the Chicken Caesar and the guy on the phone said, "oh yeah it's sitting right here you'll need to come back and get it." No oops, no sorry, just come get it. The driver was kind enough to drive 15 minutes there and 15 minutes back. So now I have my salad, but no chicken, I call the place and the manager told me they're out of chicken and someone called me to let me know, when I told her no one called she said she's sure they did. I informed her they didn't nor did they tell my driver that was there TWICE! She apologized but no offer to refund me for the chicken that I didn't receive, just have a nice day. Very disappointed. No customer service skills. The food is great unfortunately paid for something I didn't get and thats with 2 trips there. read more

Stopped in to try the cauliflower crust pizza because spouse trying carb restricted diet. The pizza was delicious. I also had the steak, mushroom and cheese (choose provolone). It was amazing. Highly recommended. Staff was friendly and helpful. read more

Finally got to try this franchise and im very glad i did. There pizza is soooo fresh so tasteful so flavorful i cannot say enough great things about there food. I did go to the store and order it so cannot comment on delivery which they do. I am very picky on good food and love to let people know if its worth letting people know And MARCOS IS WORTH IT. The person I reached said "there is no offer on the Pepperoni Magnifico", "where did you see that?" I replied that a flyer was mailed to my address about the promo. Yesterday I needed to order Pizza for a birthday party. Two of the places I usually order pizza from were closed on Monday. I found Marcos Pizza and placed my order to be ready for 5 pm. I did get there early and pizzas were still being prepared. Employees were so friendly they even helped me to the car with the 3 extra large pizzas plus 3 salads. This pizza is sooooo good! Even just a cheese pizza taste a million times better then most! The crust is perfect and the sauce taste amazing. Tons of cheese and the pepperoni is to die for. This is probably the best fast food pizza we have gotten in Henderson. Affordable and yum and daily deals. I would recommend Marcos ahead of the other pizza delivery spots in Henderson based on previous reviews. Can't win them all; but at least Marcos uses real cheese which is a must from my family! I literally just finished scarfing down all the food I ordered from this place like a fat cow. I'm a pizza lover. I love pizza. Pizza rules. This place knows what's up. The pizza is cheesy and crunchy. The pizza sauce is delish and onion free, and the ranch is pretty fab. The wings are meh, I wouldn't I get them again. A bit soggy, I prefer crispy. The cheesy bread is a 7 out of 10, but I'm confident it would win my heart if it was pipping hot when it arrived. I gtg take a food nap. Wake me up when I finish burning all the calories in my sleep. Then sent out a pizza that looked like the guy was mad that he had to remake it. Three slices didn't have toppings the others just on the edge it wasn't fit to eat. YUP! i have spent four years looking for pizza that dose not suck. its a problem out here apparently.......... i ended up with a large pep. and some cheezey bread. lets review the pizza..... peperoni with crispy edges, check perfectly cooked, check right sauce to cheese ratio, check Parmesan goodness on the crust, hell yea! the cheesy bread is perfect too just the right amount of fluffy cheezy goodness. if you dont like this pizza you club seals in your spare time. but i guess everyone needs a hobby. read more

Pleasantly surprised! I imagined Marco's being more like a Sbarro's pizza, but it's definitely not! They use all fresh ingredients and a garlic, cheesy sauce that's brushed on the crust right after they pull the pizza out of the oven- YUM! AND, it's very well priced. Nothing original or special about the sauce or crust. It tastes like formulaic stock pizza. Lil Caesar's level but for 3 times the price. Feel like I've been hustled. Look, I love pizza! I am not a pizza snob. Is this a chain? Yes Is it a fancy pizza place? No. This is one of those in between places that isn't domino's or a "sit down" my grandma's recipe Italian restaurant. This is just plain ol' pizza folks. If you have to critique then you aren't going to like it. I found about this place is from a coworker. We ordered pizza at the office and he suggested this place. We ordered a plain cheese deep dish and put everything on the crust for about $13.00. It wasn't ridiculously deep but a nice thick slab of pizza pie! When I sank my teeth in this pizza, keep in mind I am not waiting for this place to blow my mind. I was in pizza heaven. It just has this taste to it that makes it yummy. I know some people are saying, "What's wrong with joker, the pizza stinks here!" and probably rolling their eyes. Have been going to this location for over 3 years and last night was one of the times I wished I would have skipped. I always get large thin crust meatlovers. Last night the meat was not evenly on the pie. Last night edges were burned, not black, but crispy n brown and could taste the burn. Outside pieces had very little meat n cheese while center was packed. Hope this is a one n done error or will be looking for new Pizza place in that area. read more

Good pizza (Although very greasy and expensive)- Bad attitude I ordered about $50 of food online. I tried to apply the $5 off any order over $20 that we received via email. It would not work. When I got to the location, I showed the young lady the coupon and told her I tried to use it online, but it wouldn't work. Her exact response (with a little attitude) was, "You already paid online didn't you? There's not much I can do." Ordered delivery from here and I was happy with the delivery time. This was our first time ordering from this location. We ordered the all meat pizza thick crust. We also ordered a family 4 serving size Italian chef salad, and a pepsi. Well the delivery guy forgot our Pepsi I tried hollering for him but he was driving away. So I called and the manger immediately, she asked if I still want it. Umm yeah! Well it took them 20 mins to bring us another soda. Seems petty, but you know when you order something to go with something because that's what you like.
