Absolute garbage! Ordered through their App at 7:55 pm and said it would be delivered at 8:55 pm which I was ok with. At 9:00 pm I called because the App was now showing that it wouldnt be delivered until 9:55 and that the order wasn't even prepared yet. I talked to the "shift manager" Aaron who didnt even care that I was the customer and that they were providing false advertisements by letting people know the deliver time was 2 hours not 1. He then let me know that the 40 dollars that I paid for the food wouldnt be refunded to me for 3-4 days. Like ok just take my money and hold on to it for 3-4 days for you're companys failure to provide the correct delivery time. At no time did Aarom try to fix the solution nor provide any reimbursement for me to keep my order. He then let me know that I can go ahead and let the Owner know that because some other company had a fire yesterday, they are too busy for me to stay a customer. Whoever is running this company needs to let "Deidra" the aka general manager know that her shift managers are not doing what a manager should be doing. If you want to keep customers coming back to your business get rid of Aaron! To whoever Owns this store here in Hinesville, yall need to open your eyes and see that the people you have managing your company are losing business for your best interest! Family and I were extremely excited to see a Marcos when we moved here. However, I'm not sure it is a good thing. We have ordered from there 4 times and only once did we have a good experience. 1st time wasn't a problem. 2nd time, our drinks were forgotten. It happens, not a big deal, we got the drinks eventually. 3rd time, order was to be delivered in 40 min. Got it over an hour and a half later. Could be a lack of delivery drivers and I live on base, so meh... I wish they would've called and said it'll be late or something. This last time, they just straight up didn't cut the pizza. Cutting it myself isn't a problem, my concerns are how well this place is ran. I feel that because the town is so small and choices are few for decent pizza, they don't care as much. The pizza is still delicious, at least. Even when I called about these things, they never once said anything about reimbursement, not that I was looking for that. I'll probably order from here again because it is delicious pizza, but I'm not sure about this place. read more

This place just doesn't believe in gloves I guess. Not one single person in that kitchen had them on. Not even the two dudes making pizzas. The lady with the long black hair who was getting pizzas out the oven felt it important to flip her hair over the food more than once and then touch it with her bare hands that she was boxing the food with. Then there was ring pop bob ( no clue if that's his name) who was in the kitchen sucking on a ring pop... y'all, you can't make this stuff up. He too didn't have gloves, but I guess it's hard to suck on ring pops with them? I was told twice my food wasn't ready. I finally told them the app said it was just to be told she didn't see an order with my name. I assured her the name I gave is my only name. She said it wasn't ready, as I walk away she magically found it. The ticket said it was sitting there 8 minutes. First time and will def be the last. The food itself wasn't any thing special either. They should predict your delivery time on the app if they can't predict the actual time of delivery. First delivery time said 6:18 pm and then after refreshing the app it said delivery time 6:42 order was placed at 5:36. Don't do delivery with this company. If they don't have enough drivers they need to post it and say only carry out is available. read more

We have recently moved to fort Stewart and discovered a pizza place near our laundromat! We have carried out and had delivered. Carry out was cooked perfectly and ready in a timely manner. We ordered the cheesy bread and meaty specialty pizza, delish! The staff was wonderful to me but seemed irritated with each other. Delivery was awesome, phone order taker was pleasant and the pizza was ready an delivered in less than half an hour. We got pepperoni magnifico, It was a little soggy underneath but otherwise delish! Have eaten here twice, both times getting the Chicken Fresco specialty pizza, thin crust. Fantastic! Their cheesesticks are AMAZING as well! I am usually not a big fan of cheesesticks...too much bread and not enough cheese. And I LOVED these...almost better than the pizza! My mouth is watering just thinking about them. I want to try a different pizza from there, but I am such a fan of the chicken fresco, I don't know if I'm going to be able to! So, if you're on post near the commissary, stop by there. Plenty of indoor seating, plus a little living room type set up with sofa's and chairs, with ottomans and a flat screen TV. Went to order a pie on 07/15/2023 @2105hrs, No phone orders were allowed, drove to the Hinesville location to place a walk in order because my family requested pizza for dinner. waited at the window for a few minutes and honked the horn but employees were in the back of the kitchen ignoring the window. One person was on his phone learning back on some buckets not reacting to anything around him at all. Walked in and asked to speak to a manager and was answered with the employee telling me "why, what do you want?" I asked to speak with the manager because of how the employees are ignoring the customer window, employees had the kitchen a mess with food product and kitchen supplies scattered around, two more employees were seen in the back walking around with phones in hand no focused-on work. Finally, a woman came to the front counter and said she was the manager, she began to yell at me stating she was understaffed and over worked. she stated that she has been there since 0900hrs and does not have time for bullshit complaints. She then began fighting with another customer at the window yelling at the customer and slamming the drive through window shut. Marco's Pizza has a great recipe for making pies but to say the Hinesville location offers a taste of Italian food is a disgrace to Italy and truly the shame of Southeast Georgia. That being said I don't know what has happened within the last month..but the quality of the food and service has become horrible. 5 out of the last 6 times they have either forgot or sent the wrong sauce with the breadsticks. Every time we have been to Marcos we have had horrible service. The staff has not been friendly, the place is always dirty, the food has taken forever, and several times my pizzas have sat waiting on the shelf until I went up and asked after people who placed their order after me got their food. I tried to call in an order just to listen to the phone ring for five minutes then someone asked me to hold, I sat on hold for 10 more minutes then they hung up.
