Came in at 7:57 pm and was told at the door that they would be closing 8:00 pm until further notice. I informed the bartender that I only wanted to grab a to-go salad from the salad bar... While I waited by the door for the lady to verify with the manager that I could grab a salad, I noticed the health inspection results... with a grade of C! Score definitely raised an eyebrow but I was way too hungry to walk out so I snapped a picture of the results. I put on my "Waffle House" mentality and refused to look at it until AFTER I ate my salad. After the bartender verified with the manager, I was given the okay to grab a to-go salad. While I understand it was close to "closing" time, the mushrooms were brown, the lettuce was browning my and tasted like cleaning products, the tomato's were firm on the outside but soft and mushy on the inside, the and the cucumbers were rubbery. Dear Management, My brother and I met at your restaurant to treat my elderly mother. First off, your handicap bathroom floor was greasy and slippery. The bathroom was very dirty. I live in Florida on the coast and we don't have a Rubys close to me so I was really excited to find one while I was traveling. I LOVE THE SALAD BAR. I'm vegan so getting a full meal on the road is kindof stupid sometimes. I use Yelp for directions so I obviously saw the rating of this restaurant and got a little weirded out, or- er, a lot weirded out- especially that one that says "the salad bar is not a full salad bar". Being the brave stubborn woman that I am, I went anyway. I walked up to the door and feared they were closed because there is a white paper sign posted but I parked and tried anyway- the sign simply states that they're closing at 8pm because they are short staffed. I walked in figuring this was going to be a hilariously terrible lunch but as soon as my feet crossed the threshold I was greeted by a very kind young lady, (later I found out ther name was Lana. I was the only person in the entire restaurant (okkkkk now I'm feeling like I've been set up) I indicated to the hostess that I'd like to sit at the bar and she walked me over with a smile and introduced me to Allison, the bartender. She greeted me with a warm, hello ma'am how may I help you. I asked for a Chardonnay and she asked my preference, house or something else, I chose house. She asked me if I was hungry or just drinking and I replied with a hesitant, "I'll probably have the salad bar but may I see a menu" she handed me a menu and proceeded to let me know that they were having a special salad bar + soup or salad bar + loaded baked potato and gave me some time. She made some chit chat with another employee and they involved me, it was just anecdotal banter but it was nice, because I came in alone. So, I made my way over to the salad bar and let me tell y'all something. It IS a full salad bar, it's stocked full and it's SO CLEAN! Everything was fresh and very well presented. The greens were crisp and so were the cucumbers (usually they are the first things to go soggy) I made myself a beautiful salad bar and proceeded to have great conversation with Allison and Lana. Keep in mind, I was the only customer here at the time so they were not abandoning their duties or ignoring other guests during this time. All restaurants go through hard times from time to time but it seems like whatever the problem they were having here was, it has been resolved. read more

Went at lunch time and had really low expectations due to the reviews. However, the service was punctual, friendly, and it was an enjoyable lunch date with the wife while waiting to go back to work. The food was good, nothing extraordinary to write home about but it left me satisfied. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because the waitress mixed up my order (the trio platter) with the "three dinner" order so instead of a steak I got chicken for my extra entree. We went to another restaurant first but from the outside and the crowd by the door we came here instead. I want to give the benefit of the doubt like they probably were shorthanded. (It didn't look like the Picture and " the Sauce" was missing) and a side of Onion Rings. The Bartender/Server FORGOT about the Onion Rings and had to get it on the Fly when I was almost done with my food. She was a Nice Girl in Halloween makeup on October 21. However, She was AWAY from the Bar HALF the time. We sat near the Kitchen and I could hear what was going on. It almost sounded like that there was only one or two cooks in. For a Bar w/ TVs, there was only one sports game on (across the room) and the TV that was right above us was stuck on a frozen frame of Wayne Brady and "Let's Make a Deal!" The place had a relaxed and slow pace. They had no rush to "Turn & Burn". We sat in front of a few To-Go Orders and no one came to pick them up. (We were there for an Hour or more!) I was trying to be very positive and patient when I came in for my visit tonight. (10/26/23) The food was sub par, the service was some of the slowest I've ever received in Hinesville which is HIGHLY impressive considering the standards at restaurants here are so low they are practically on the ground. My waitress was super sweet and it seems like she isn't typically a waitress but a bartender, which is okay, but the fact that I was one of 4 tables seated and waited 15 minutes for a drink, another 15 for my order to be placed and about a 45 minute wait after that for the appetizers to arrive, now that is just crazy. I ordered the wing platter appetizer and instead of notifying me prior to placing the order that they didn't have the amount of wings I asked for, they placed a double order to get the desired amount of wings (24) and it came out to $40!! 1.50 per wing!! I'm honestly appalled. The service is something I can overlook but careless acts like that can really ruin a reputation. As someone who doesn't have the comfort of being able to eat out more than once or twice a month, this was SUCH a huge let down. I won't be back. $80 for a couple appetizers and wings SMH. Do better Ruby Tuesdays. EDIT: 11.01.2023 I was contacted by the location manager, Grace, since my visit. She was extremely apologetic and tried everything she could to make sure she could right the wrong, crediting me for another meal, on them, at any location. Food was absolutely disgusting. Me and my husband took a bite and spit it back out. It was our first time at Ruby Tuesday and it will absolutely be our last. The ribs was burnt. The shrimp was very inedible. The mash potatoes was not fresh at all and the fries tasted like it was reheated in the microwave. The steak was completely flavorless. I stayed home while my parents went to go pick up the meal from the restaurant. They came back and we handed out plates. I had ordered a steak with double serving of mashed potatoes. The outside of the steak was exactly how I liked it (medium-well) but as I slowly started to eat more it started to become more softer and less flavorful. I turned on my light (I was eating without a room light on as i watched AOT) only to see that! My mother told me to to take it to my father so he could re-cook it. My father proceed to say how it was raw and that the chefs must've rushed. He re-cooked the steak. We shouldn't have to re-cook our meals and the steak shouldn't have been that raw. read more

I miss ours in TN so we decided to stop while visiting GA. Not a bad location. Accessible and good parking. Salad bar is still amazing. I only wish more salad bars had some fruit only because I like a little sweet with the salty. $11.99 for the endless bar is still an AMAZING deal. They provide gloves so you don't have to worry about touching contaminated serving utensils. The salad bar was well stocked and appeared pretty fresh. We were the first customers of the day so no wait for seating. My husband had the grilled salmon with grilled zucchini which was also very flavorful and a good portion. Unfortunately I forgot to take pictures because we were so focused on eating. Server was friendly and attentive. Will definitely go back when we are in the area. During my recent dining experience, I encountered a situation that I believe could be improved for a more professional and respectful atmosphere. The service began with a waitress who, while polite, repeatedly referred to me using affectionate nicknames such as "darling" and "honey." While some may find this endearing, I personally feel that such terms of endearment are inappropriate, especially when used by someone significantly younger than me. After requesting that she refrain from using these terms, I expected my request to be acknowledged and respected. However, I noticed a lack of response not only from the waitress but also from the rest of the staff. As I left the restaurant, none of the employees made any effort to acknowledge or engage with me, which left me with the impression that my concerns were not taken seriously. While the food at the restaurant may have been semi satisfactory, the customer service leaves much to be desired. Professionalism in communication is key to providing a welcoming environment for all patrons, and I would encourage the management to provide additional training for their staff to ensure that all customers are treated with the respect they deserve. Also, the staff needs to make sure the facility is clean and sanitized such as the tables, floors and bathrooms instead of sitting around like they are at a club. read more

Host is seated us in a window booth . I noticed that the window the windowsill or dirty with food particle as the blind was dirty said nothing except for this place is dirty to my husband. She came back after we had gotten our salads and brought the stuffed mushrooms . We'll just pay for the two salads and mushrooms and two waters. By this time the waitress had went back into the kitchen comes back out and says it's on the grill. Then about 10 minutes later she brings out the food we had ordered I had ordered the two chicken breast Cajun with mashed potatoes and my husband had ordered the bacon chicken breast with mashed potatoes and broccoli . Well I looked at it and I said so where is the other piece of the chicken both of them showed that it's two pieces of chicken on the menu. Oh I only put in for one piece of chicken per serving single chickings . I said I don't care I know what we ordered . I asked her to get her manager. She finally came back to the table after my husband had had enough and walked out. Because of her mix-up. The waitress stated our food took long so long because the kitchen works on the online orders first before the customers in the restaurant. The waitress said I cannot take the entrees off the bill. She said as well that the manager was not coming out to speak with me. I said you tell your manager I'm not paying for what we did not order you can call the police. About 3 to 4 minutes later the manager comes out and she's already in a state of frustration for the look on her face and eyes keep going around and she got an attitude with her mouth and her body language. I said to the manager what I want you to do is take the food off the bill that we didn't order and then she proceeds to tell me that she's been back in the kitchen she's been on the grill and I said well we didn't know that well I told the waitress that well she didn't say anything to us about you being on any Grill so that's not my problem that sounds like a management problem all along with coming in here this is our third time of coming back to this Ruby Tuesday to give him another chance in one year and we live here in Hinesville this is a dirty poorly managed and waitresses need to be taught how to be a waitress so do waiters it's just doesn't you know you go out there and think you can just wing it I was a waitress in my 20s and I'm sorry customer service is dead dead for the simple fact no waitress in here knows what customer service and that manager that whatever her name is since I did ask her her name and she pointed to the door and told me get out of my place and I was glad but I got news for you I did say this I said you are a coward and that's all I want to say people do not go here unless you want poor service poor attitude no customer relations and the cook and the manager who was the cook needs to get some skills of go back to school and do your homework about your customers if I could have given zero Stars that's exactly what I would have chosen read more

On average the wait for someone to take your order is about 20 minutes. The food may take about 45 minutes to get to you, and will most likely be prepared wrong. But the hostess is always very nice and inviting. If you have another option other than this restaurant I would take it. read more

We have had good experiences in the past and Ruby Tuesday. Sad to sad both times it was a little underwhelming. The first time service was very slow and the place was empty. It tasted like it was the one that you would get from Walmart in the meat section for the microwave. My sides were corn and backed beans. We have eaten here twice now and the first time was outstanding the second was OK. I had a fish fish the first time which was exceptionally tasty and I enjoyed it immensely, my wife ordered the chicken crunch and said it was fantastic! The second time we came I had a burger and the garlic parmesan wings...I didn't care for the wings and the burger was just ok...the salad bar is always great we had it both times everything appears fresh and crisp. The wait staff has been very friendly both times although it does appear they are under staffed due to the wait we had as the restaurant appeared empty but with the way things are nowadays it is happening everywhere...we will be back to try some new items read more

Man it had been a long time since I had come here cause we've been in Germany but man I was disappointed. My salad bar was delicious. That was the best part for me. My food was ok. I got the half rack ribs which were good not the best and my mashed potatoes tasted horrible. They tasted grainy and bland. Replace with a loaded baked potato was better. Where they sat us was by the bar where the kitchen door was. I get have fun while you work but they took it overboard. They were super loud in there. A couple moved cause they couldn't take it.
