I was happy to find a good pizza joint in the area close to my home. The first time I went there it was great, ordered and ate inside. Came close to NYC pizza and was very fresh. I decided to order pizza tonight after a school event, ordered 2 hours ahead online, and put in a pickup time of 6:30pm. I was disappointed that when I arrived at 6:30 pm, they mentioned they were backed up and it would be 10 to 15 min wait. Well that was disappointing. So I brought the family in to wait inside and 15 mins go by, 20, 25 and then it was 30 mins. At that point, there were a bunch of people coming in waiting for their order as well that called in earlier. We had checked after 30 mins and dsid they would get the order in now..they hadn't even started in the order yet! I had cancelled the order and just got a refund. They were surprised we didn't want to wait any longer. When we told them that, they seemed surprised. So disappointed in the service, especially since I ordered online beforehand, set up pick up time and waited 30 min to get nothing. I hope they get better managing their orders, it seemed like they were pushing out more delivery orders more than serving people that walk in or ordered for carryout. read more

Ordered for delivery. The person who took my order was new, but polite and said thank you for being patient. Having worked for three pizza businesses before I understand how the computer system can take some time getting use to. The delivery was 5 minutes passed quoted time. However, once the first bite was taken I was amazed with a rich taste. Marco's surpasses the chain line of Pizza Hut, Domino's, Little Ceasars, Papa John's, and Digiorno. Marco's definitely comes close to bearing the same quality as Luigi's Pizza in Flint, Michigan, Boriello Brothers in Colorado Springs, Colorado, Brick Oven Pizza in Kapolei, Hawai'i, Stone Creek Wood Fired Pizza in Olympia, Washington, and California Pizza Kitchen (restaurant not the frozen section). Went here with my wife for the 1st time a couple of months ago. Met the franchise owner who looked up our address and said we were in the delivery area. Placed 2 orders about 40.00 ea. With no problem. Then the loother day, we placed an order for 75.00 had friends coming over and thought they might like the pizza. When we called, I spoke to "Logan" a 2 year seasoned pizza flippin artisan (his declaration). He said we are NOT in the delivery area and who ever delivered before was wrong! He scolded me that as a "Manager" it was his call to deliver or not, and he was in charge so he was not sending anyone to deliver. Well Logan, lesson heard loud and clear! #1. Your years of experience obviously superced the franchise owners wisdom. #2. You are ignorant to how business succeeds or loses based on their "seasoned pizza flippin artisan" power trip. And #3 The pizza world is very competitive and the consumer can make or break a restaurant based on their experiences. Marco's already, only has 4 stars. More experiences like mine, and the franchise will be gone. Who knows Logan, you may have a bright career at Whataburger! P.S. I'm guessing this c/b a Yelp- customer communication issue. They close for carry out earlier than they do for delivery. Perhaps both need to update the info This is the best pizza I have had in a very long long time! The only issue I have is the website is a little confusing. Good food but HORRIBLE customer service. I placed an order through the Marcos app on Dec. 9 and was given a delivery estimate of 6:00-6:10 PM. Shortly after 6:10, the status of the order tracking in the app changed from On the Way to Delivered. I quickly called the store where my order was placed and asked what happened to my order because it got marked as delivered, yet my order never made it to my house. I was told that the delivery person went to my door, knocked, got no answer and then tried to call 3 times with no response so they left. I told them that wasn't possible because I have a Ring doorbell and 2 dogs that would have alerted me to the motion and the ring, if the person had actually come to my door. I also had no missed calls on my home phone. I said the maybe the person went to the wrong house and I was told their GPS showed he came to my address. I asked what was going to happen to fix this since it was the fault of the driver. They said all they could do is send the driver back out with the order whenever he got back. No offer for a discount nor an apology was offered. I asked to speak to a manager and was told I was speaking the manager so in my frustration I said he was useless then. I called back 20 minutes later and asked what was going on, was my order coming or was I going to be given a refund? The manager said the driver had just left. I asked for an estimate of when he would arrive and was told he couldn't give me one. About 10-15 minutes later, my home phone rang, the store was calling. My wife answered and was told the driver was at having trouble finding the address and asked if we could go out and signal him. My wife walked out and found the driver going to the house NEXT DOOR!! He handed my wife the order and asked if we wanted parmesan and crushed red pepper. NO apology was given since he obviously went to the wrong house BOTH times and now was delivering a cold order that was received almost an HOUR after it should have been delivered. I understand using GPS and technology to help find the correct location but the driver also needs to have some common sense. My address number is on my home and also painted on both sides of the curb on my driveway, specifically to make it easier to see. I've ordered from this store many, many times and never had this kind of issue so blame goes directly to the driver for this. The manager needs to be more considerate of customer concerns and not automatically assume their employees are right and the customer is wrong. At no time during my conversations with him did I ever get an apology for the error on the driver's part, an offer to make it right, nor did he ever ever show that he was taking my concern seriously. All he kept saying was the gps showed the driver at my location and that he had called 3 times. Needless to say, I'll be giving my business back to other pizza places instead of Marcos. read more

The workers on the phone absolutely DO NOT know how to take an order. Every time we order, we are told that our house is out of their service area. Yet every week, they bring pizza to our house! It also takes multiple times describing what we want over the phone, until they finally get it right. Overall, when it shows up, the pizza is great!! I just wish it didn't take me 10 minutes to order a couple of pizzas. read more

They'll arbitrary cancel your order due to "no longer accepting deliveries" even though you order before the cutoff time. If you have a cutoff time, then honor the cutoff time instead of canceling because you don't think you should have to work. read more

It's a shame that the pizza here is so good, because every time the service is so awful, the lobby is a mess, rude staff, inaccurate wait times for pickup orders, I understand being understaffed but at this point it's a long term issue, you can get pizza just as good from other places might as well not bother read more

Marcos uses nasty canned mushrooms..... nothing more to say.... The pizza is OK, the crust is OK, the sauce is OK, however I do like the fact that they allow you to choose how well they cook the crust because I hate brown and black crust. But back to the mushroom, any place that uses canned mushrooms in my head and in many others would be a below average restaurant. Especially since all of the canned mushrooms on my pizza were piled around the middle of the pizza. read more

We had a gift certificate for a free pizza because my pizza was missing a topping on our previous visit. Pizza arrived this evening, same exact thing happened. We ordered delivery from this location one week ago and everything was great. However, today when we ordered delivery we were contacted by a female manager saying that they do not deliver to our location. I couldn't get an explanation of how they can deliver one week and the next week they can not. The manager also lied about the distance saying that we were over 20 minutes away when we are actually 12 minutes away. I went ahead and accepted the refund but thought I would call back just to ask about our last order from them. The young lady I spoke with then told me that it depends on the manager on duty as to if they could deliver to a location or not. Hahaha. Really? If distance is an issue, then wouldn't the online program recognize that and not allow customers to order from them? Just FYI, I received confirmation through email for my delivery with the expected time of arrival as well. Unbelievable. This place is near my house and I have to say I've been pleased. I probably had them deliver like 20 times since they opened. I know, I'm a fat ass right? Not really but the pizza is pretty good. They deliver fast and delivery guys are cool and I pay them well cause they are fast as well! Favorite pizza around me. You HAVE to get the crust toppers - all of them! They take this pizza from ordinary to delicious. (However, there is something really off with their cinnasquares - do NOT get those, they taste like chemicals) Delivery is always super fast. While the food is good, prices are reasonable with coupons, and service is quick, there were issues tonight that need to be dealt with. I ordered online for a curbside pick up, but when I pulled up, and called the number posted on the window, NOBODY ANSWERED. What is the purpose of curbside pick up if you can't get anyone to bring your food out? So, when I went in to get my order, I noticed at least half the staff prepping food with no gloves on. I work in food service myself, and never touch food without gloves. Pretty sure the health department would frown on that. And what good is a mask when the young lady "wearing" it has it underneath her chin, and not covering her mouth OR her nose? Epic fail tonight. read more

YAY!! I am so happy there is a great pizza place nearby that does not rhyme with Flominos. Love the options...I literally judge a pizza place on if they offer feta cheese as a topping. Literally. Not only does Marcos offer feta, but they liberally spread it as a topping, without having to ask for extra...super rare. I love that there are salads! I can feel semi-healthy while indulging! Sandwiches are also great. This is our new go-to for Pizza Fridays at the house! read more

This place is hit and miss My wife and I do not get pizza often... The first run I got their standard pizza crust and it was really good. I had to wait since I ordered it online and they were busy, but that was OK by me because it was hot and tasty after my 5 min drive home. - That goodness has apparently declined... A few weeks ago I placed an order, and went by the ready clock online and got there about 10 min before it was to be ready.. it was sitting on a rack.. was not even hot - heated in the microwave and got by with it - Today, ordered pizza and requested the "lite" crust trying to cut down on the bread... Total disappointment - first the dough was thicker than their standard.. then it again it was on the rack even though I arrived 10 min early... and again was on the rack. Temp was luke warm My wife talked me into calling them so I did and the mgr was apologetic and offered to remake the pizza - OK went to pick it up and it was made with thin crust this time (which is OK by us) but noticed that the meats and onions were not really cooked like it should be (what happened to the oven)... this is our last time to Marco's ... too bad they are very convenient. read more

I love me some meat supremo pizza from Marcos! We moved to hutto and were bummed we didn't have a Marcos pizza near by. Once this one opened we were so excited!!! They delivered to us once and after that we told we are not in their delivery range. We are one block too far for them to deliver. We now order for pick up and still takes 45 min to pick up. Which we don't mind because the pizza is great!!! I would like to say that these kids need just a little more customer service friendly. This last time I ordered I was not charged. I noticed I wasn't charged and I called to pay. Blake answered the phone and I had asked to speak with a manager. Blake then ask me what is my issue? Really buddy?! What is my issue? I laughed and asked again to speak with the manager...... I did pay for my pizza.....the pizza is great!!! The customer service is NOT so great!! If only giving this place a zero star was possible!! I placed my delivery order at 5:30pm, I then was called 40min later because the driver couldn't find our home. When they asked to verify address they had something sooooo off that it was unbelievable because I spelled out my address letter by letter and word by word. I was then reassured my order would be delivered soon. I called back after waiting a total of 1hr & 15min now. The employ that answered my call said " let me speak with my manger about this " I was told I'd get half off my food and they would start making my food. I asked so the driver isn't even close to my home? He said no, there was a miscommunication and the driver isn't out on delivery for our food. Somehow this crap place spoke to me 2 times, had the address SPELLED OUT and yet still no brains to get our food delivered or even the decency to call and say there was another issue. Got a mailer and tried them out. Ordered 2 pizzas, cheesy bread, and a Greek salad. Freshest delivery salad we ever had. The pizza was very good. Will order again. We have Patty's and Double Dave's in the same proximity and they are all wonderful. Much better than dominos and Pizza Hut. read more
