Be careful if you have allergies!!!! this location on Palm Valley always makes huge mistakes on my order. I always have the jalapeños removed. 9:30 AM. Today I placed an order for a regular size and they put extra extra jalapeños on it when I specifically asked them to remove them. Check your orders before you leave the location.. I have no way of getting my money back. I will not order from this location again. I prefer the one in Pflugerville anyway they do a heck of a lot better. At least Pflugerville tries ock does not.

The team at this store does a great job. Came in during Lunch rush and everyone there was working together to get orders out. 10/10 thanks y'all

Barrier for appearances, completely ineffective. Lol

Jersey Mike's has always been good. The only deterrent is chips vs. fries and I love me some fries with any sandwich. Service is good but this makeshift plastic barrier is just for appearances and completely ineffective towards airborne virus. Oh! And get the Kahuna with chipotle Mayo! That's my go to.

The most authentic and commonly used brands are Gonnella or Turano. "A crusty, dense, and chewy Italian-style roll. Brands: Gonnella and Turano are the standard, authentic choices in Chicago. Characteristics: It must be sturdy to handle the "dipped" (entirely submerged) or "wet" (extra gravy) serving style, retaining texture without becoming immediately mushy." The bread here falls apart. Not good. The fries were good, but would've been better if they were crispy. Maybe you have to ask for that. Next trip to round rock, we will be back to try the hotdog and also the Italian sausage.

They make the wait time enjoyable by talking, smiling, and kidding around. We all broke out laughing when an older couple in their nineties walked right past me and took my seat at the counter. It was the funniest thing. But I was still able to get a seat at the counter, and what a joy that was. I wished I knew the guy's name and the names of the gentlemen behind him delivering the food. They were the best group of people! I know you all are waiting on the food review! Well, I'll tell you that everything was perfectly made, thanks to a great staff! I hope this place never loses its charm, its friendliest staff, and the fluffiest of pancakes. I've never met a group of people who can make you feel so great and deliver the best breakfast.

The pancakes are fluffy and the eggs are always done correctly. Although the food is quite delicious the service needs work. A manager seated at the food counter would solve some server errors. For example, "no arugula" was missed, no syrup was given for the pancakes, no water for the table, no water was offered, and a side of avocado was forgotten. These are server issues and maybe the cook didn't read the ticket correctly. This will not stop me from returning, but if they would like to increase the star rating, this needs to be corrected quickly. Lastly, adding sound wall panels will help with the loudness of the dining area.

Unfortunately, the brunch menu left much to be desired. The Sunday menu had very limited vegan or vegetarian options (not even a salad?), and substitutions were not allowed. I was told I "couldn't substitute bacon," not even for avocado. I ordered what I thought would be chilaquiles, but it turned out to be a trendy, Americanized version of the dish. Being Hispanic, I know better than to order dishes like this at restaurants because I expect traditional cooking. So know that the eggs in the chilaquiles are served over easy and very runny, they are not scrambled. Also, instead of tortillas, the dish used Dorito-esque chips. Since I can't eat undercooked eggs, I was essentially left with a bowl of chips for $13 (pictured). Overall, the menu felt like it was trying a little too hard to be trendy or "cool" rather than letting the locally sourced ingredients (which is really cool feature they offer!) speak for themselves. I liked that they care about sourcing ingredients, but the execution felt more focused on creating "quirky", elevated twists versus making dishes that are cohesive or satisfying.

Their service can be inconsistent though as the first time we came here, it was slow. However our second time here was completely different (different staff were working); the girls were quick and efficient. That being said, their food quality each time was pretty consistent which was a plus! We had their Firehouse meatball on garlic bread and Firehouse steak & cheese. Both were delicious. You can choose your bread (white, wheat, or gluten-free), and we went with wheat. I really love their bread as it has the perfect chew to it. The meatball sub was good but a bit too salty which was a mistake on my part to order it on garlic bread which was already salted. We went there again the next day, and got the same steak & cheese (with double meat) because we really liked it and also tried their Jamaican Jerk turkey, it was pleasantly good and lightly sweet (from their sweet mustard sauce) but not what you would expect from anything that has word "Jamaican jerk" in it as it has no kick and is not dry. I also got their garlic bread which was so good (crispy edges and soft inside)
