The people there were incredibly nice and welcoming. I ordered two extra-large pizzas, and they told me it would take about 20 minutes, but it was ready in just 10! The smell coming from the box was amazing. I've heard some people say that Marco's Pizza doesn't always cook their food well, but that was definitely not my experience. My pizzas were cooked to absolute perfection and tasted fantastic. If I could give more than five stars, I would -- easily a 10/10 experience. Highly recommend! read more

Middlebrook Location. I ordered garlic parm wings, pepperoni bread and the works pizza. Order #143 on Dec/10/2025. wings were soggy, drenched in that sauce, raw. In the inside, nasty, worst wings ever. To complete, pizza was dead cold, you could tell by the tomato sauce separating from the vegetables and cheese. Once I called the store, they had me on hold for over 5 mins, then the manager was trying to give me credit for it. CREDIT? REALLY? CREDIT? Like I wanna order from Marcos again?! No. Stop beating around the bush. he couldn't care any less! I live 10 mins away as much... that food was NOT FRESH. I am a restaurant manager and this is trash food And terrible service. read more

I had placed an order at 8:20 and my food got delivered at 9:30 as there app says 30 minutes tops on delivery! And then we I called to asked where my food was they were telling me it was on the way and that they were going to hang up and call us back so they could speak to there manager and I was getting back talked for no reason and they where being rude and disrespectful. And then when the food finally arrives we are missing are a salad that we paid for. And then we were given drinks that that were extremely flat and almost exploded every where. read more

If I could leave no stars, I would. Food is fine, but customer service is lacking. It took over 2 hours for our food to arrive, I called an hour after waiting, was told it would arrive in a few moments, and over 2 hours later, still no pizza. I ordered a pizza from Marco's on Middlebrook Pike tonight. After two bites of my pepperoni pizza, a stringy strand of cheese was stuck under the pepperoni. I couldn't chew through it, so I tried to pull it out of the pizza slice. After digging it out, something looked wrong. Upon closer inspection, it wasn't cheese. It was a very thin, round, rubber band. Someone baked a rubber band inside the pizza! I called the store to report it to the manager. He offered to make a new pizza but I just wanted him to know I almost swallowed a rubber band. I thought he could speak to the employees and never let that happen again. He did not seem too concerned about it, so I will not eat at Marco's ever again. read more

Totally screwed up my order. I was at the location to make sure it was going to be made right. Wow. After he repeated my order I left to pick up a prescription at Kroger. Came back just in time for my pick up. Checked to make sure the order was right. Really..... Not thin crust like I requested. So he was reluctant to remake it the way that I ordered it. Then after lots of attitude he slammed pizza and pans like a little baby. Then when I finally got my pizza home it was still wrong. I told him no bacon because my husband doesn't eat pork. When I got home and checked it had bacon and I called and the guy was rude and said I told him no onion. My husband lives onion. Just no pork. He said f--- you and hung up. I was actually pleasantly surprised at how good the "gluten free" pizza was. My only complaint is I don't believe they use cauliflower crust like they claim, but it is a gluten free crust. I had a Chicken, spinach, mushroom and banana peppers with white sauce pizza on a gluten free crust and it was really good. Service was good and my order was complete pretty fast! Definitely plan on going back - perfect for a night I don't want to cook! read more

Horrible experience. Ordered delivery. Received part of my order via DoorDash. Called the Marcos location and informed I couldn't get the remainder of my order. Requested refund and was told I could get a partial store credit. Requested to speak to supervisor and informed there was no supervisor or anyone above the person I was speaking to. This post relates to the Marco's pizza at middlebrook pike in Knoxville. After a previous complaint the employees finally started wearing masks. I would be happy with that correction except that tonight when I picked up my order 4 employees had no masks on and more disturbing the two young ladies that were preparing the food both had their masks below their noses. I made a strong comment about this problem and I was met with a combative attitude and I was told in so many words if you don't like it don't come back. I am especially concerned because In our area most of the cases recently fall into the age group that work at this store. We've always had good luck with the gluten free pizzas at this location. We decided to shoot-the-moon and get a regular. It ended up arriving with cold, uncooked onions, and uncooked dough. For a $25 specialty pizza we decided to complain. After getting the run-around that "I cut it myself and didn't see anything wrong" to "the quality of our product is always good," we asked for a refund not a remake. Got $20 credited, not the whole amount. Plus, the driver got a good tip. Bottom line: Marco's won't get our business any longer. read more

Ordered carry out from this location over a year ago and although service at the register was pleasant, something seemed off. Got the pizza home (large thick crust and just a 5-10min drive) and it was lukewarm and the crust was really chewy and the sauce did not taste good. Had been ordering regularly from this location up until then. Only ate a few pieces of the pizza and trashed the rest. It was not even close to memorable. My boyfriend and I order from this Marcos A LOT! The service is usually really good and the pizza always comes really hot when we order delivery. However, today, 9/1 Labor Day, we ordered the same thing we always do and it took forever! I was told it would take around 45 minutes, which is pretty standard, but an hour and 15 minutes rolled by when the delivery girl finally showed up. My boyfriend asked, "Are you all really busy today?" She replied, "No, not at all. Pretty slow actually." Ummmm so why did it take so long? The pizza was just kind of warm and nothing special. Even the guy who took my order over the phone wasn't as friendly as the guys who work later on in the day. I used to order from Marcos at middlebrook all the time and the service was great. Just tried ordering from the new Marcos on ebineezer and so far the service is horrendous! Made my order at 6:15 pm. Was told 45 minutes delivery time. It is now 8:35 pm and still no pizza. Have made no less than 15 calls to this pizzeria and no one will pick up the phone! This is horrible customer service!!!! So for now I cannot recommend this place as it seems they still don't have their act together. So I'm now eating a ham and cheese sandwich. 10:07 pm and still no pizza. Still can't get through. Im in town on business and stopped in after a very long day. I ordered a small pizza and a salad to go. The restaurant was very clean, with just a couple of tables for dining in. My order was quickly and accurately taken. It seemed like no time and they brought out my order. I took it back to the hotel to eat. It was hot, tasty and plentiful. I ate half and saved the remainder for a midnight snack. The pizza crust was great, crunchy and tasty. All the fixings were fresh and tasty. The salad was fresh and had lettuce, onion, tomatoes, olives, cheese, it was great! We're getting a Marcos Pizza in my town soon and I can't wait! Yum!! read more

I have to change this review. The pizza was made without key toppings which made me fairly upset. After calling them and ranting like a child they called me back to correct the issue. You order a simple pepperoni pizza. Doesn't seam hard. There are no marking on box. When the deliver it you get a cheese pizza. No pepperoni. Yet you paid for toppings. They just rip you off and disappear. Buyer beware. read more

This is absolutely the best pizza place I've been to. I'd eaten at Pizza Hut, Domino's, Papa John's, Big Eds and Little Caesar's pizza many times over the years. At any of these places the prices are either too high, with low quality of pizza or the price is really low, and the quality of pizza just above having catchup on cardboard, or its way too cold and soggy. With Marcos it ssssoooo much different!!! We order online and go on store to pick up. The website allows you to select the exact amount of toppings on the pizza (light, medium, extra) and offers FREE crust toppers!! We usually ask for additional crust toppersoon the side and they happily provide it!! The quality of ingredients is fabulous!! Two slices of the large pizza and I'm stuffed!!
