Crust was inconsistent.. super thin in center like nyc style.. super fluffy on the edges., some how managed to overcook it under cook it. So parts were doughy and sloppy and others were pillow like Detroit. Basically wasted money. When asked if the food was good.. we said no it's not. This is a Farragut neighborhood dive and roughly 10 minutes from where I live. This is not high end food it's Jets Pizza. My preference for Detroit style pizza and that caramelized crust, so good. We typically order a small 4 Corner Pizza and a small Antipasto salad, we typically have at least 1/2 the salad to take home. The service is always good and an amazing thing to watch, one or two bartenders will cover 20 plus tables and the bar no sweat and a lot of regulars. The bar has 8 taps and 1/2 are craft. The beer is Inexpensive and about as cheap as 3$ for a double IPA, insanely good prices. The ambience is a mix of Farragut images and old baseball placards. read more

Terrible, terrible, horrible customer service. I ordered a pizza on line for delivery. Estimated time for delivery was 40-60 min. Around an hour after I placed the order, I called the restaurant to see what the status was. The Jet's employee confirmed m order was made at the store. He said he could request an uber to deliver my pizza. He told me it had only been 52 minutes since I placed my order. He suggested I pick my order up. I declined his suggestion. Ordered online as a carry out order, was told it would be ready in 25 minutes. I drove to this location and had some plan changes so I walked in early and told the gentleman at the counter to just go ahead and make it dine in instead because I now have time to sit down, order a soda and relax and enjoy my pizza. I then watched a couple come inside for a table and they said the main dining area was closed off and only the bar was opened, so they tell this couple in the bar which I could tell they weren't very happy. A friend suggested Jet's recently when we decided to grab a late lunch after a workout. I had never really noticed this location but it's very conveniently located if you live in the Farragut area. It's in a nondescript strip center, but well worth a visit. This location has two sides - a more traditional restaurant side and a side that's more of a sports bar vibe. We sat on the restaurant side and ordered some wings and a small pizza, as well as a couple of beers. Food was good, especially the wings. I selected the sweet chili sauce, which was excellent. The best thing about Jet's is Bekah, the bartender and the regular patrons. Bekah has been there the longest but they have added new bar staff that are friendly and efficient. Food is ok but I prefer not to eat there. The restrooms are atrocious but any time I ask Bekah and Robbie take care of the issue. read more

Ok !!! This pizza defied everything I normally get... I usually get thin crust as I like a crunchy not all bread pizza... I like A margarita pizza with some fresh basil and fresh mozzarella you can throw some olives and some pepperoni or salami but just slightly not a bunch of stuff that mixes all the flavors up too much..... and then my son ordered the JETS 10.... Jets has always been my favorite pizza anytime I order pizza for delivery or carry out however this is the first jets I've been in that has a full bar and dining room inside. Most the other locations I have seen only have a couple tables for eating at and are predominantly take out and delivery. I will definitely be eating inside from now on. Spent nearly 2 hours at the restaurant tonight. We were the only table in the restaurant and it took them 20 minutes just to come get our drink order after we were told to sit anywhere and someone would be over in a few. 2 other families came in about 30 minutes later sat and got there food before we did. Half of our order came out and was told about 15 minutes after that that our other pizzas dough hadn't rise properly and that they had to remake it. Pretty large pizza place but you would not know it from looking from outside. To the left inside is a good size family dinning area and if you go right after walking in you go into the bar area. Bar area has a long bar with about 12 seats and 6 booths along with some table tops. They also have 6 TVs all around the bar. With several more TVs in the family dinning area. They also have the trivia boxes here if you like to play. For pizza I recommend the square style and make sure you ask for a turbo crust. That adds a buttery, garlic twist to your 4 corner pizza. Service can be spotty at times but they have some young men and women learning to work here. Management might be more of the issue as I see the kids working hard here. The small coverings by the registers would be about as effective as a sneeze guard on a salad bar. If the health inspector walked in I am sure they would have shut them down. Nom Nom! ^__^ I'm stingy with my five star reviews. But for classic delivery pizza, this is a five. Jet's is just yummy. The rectangle pan pizza is pure comfort. The crust has that "chawy" edge and loads of gooey cheese. They have a a ton of toppings. So far I've had diced tomato and white onion (they have red onion too) and one of my favorite combos, pineapple and feta. The latter was to die for. Jet's offers a variety of crusts other than the pan crust. They have: Butter, Poppy Seed, Parmesan, Garlic, Sesame Seed, Cajun, Romano, and Turbo with has Butter, Parmesan, and Romano. In addition to pizza Jet's has sandwiches, salads, and "boats" which seem to be calzones but stuffed with pizza sauce as well. I had a Greek salad. It was amazing! It even had beets on it. The Jet's Bread is good too, your basic cheesy bread. Jet's is located in the same shopping center as The Shrimp Dock in Farragut. They also have seating available inside.
