The Food is good, if you receive it in one piece still, which is 50/50. The odds are even less that they'll even deliver your food if you order past 8:30. The only good odds at this location are that if you order anywhere near close you'll receive a call that they "don't have any drivers" and you will have to pick up your food or be refunded. My bet would be that that's a lie and whoever is working has decided not to put in the effort, though I usually prefer not to gamble when it comes to food. I'm not sure what happened to this place. We used to eat here all the time and it was great. Now we get stale tasting, room temperature pizza. We called in an order for one particular pizza and a family size Greek salad. They didn't have the big salads anymore (of course) so we ordered two regular sized Greek salads instead. 40 minutes later we get a stale, cold pizza and two salads I don't even know what. We wanted to try this place for dinner tonight, but ended up taking our business elsewhere. The 5 of us planned to dine-in, but the interior was disgusting. The trash in the dining room was overflowing and every single table was dirty. There were no customers besides us inside. They were not busy. Some were working making pizzas, and some were standing around and eating on counters in the back. There was a plate of pizza and drinks sitting by the register like somebody in the back wasn't finished eating. Approximately seven people working in the back and not one of them addressed us as a customer or said "Welcome", "We'll be right with you." Or "Let us know when you are ready." They just looked at us and went on about their business. After five minutes of totally being ignored, my wife and I decided to walk out. We have been to this Marcos many times before and it is usually pretty good, but you can't get a good pizza if you have bad service, especially if you can't even order one. read more

I'd never eaten at this place before and decided to try it. All I can say that heaven takes a pizza shape at this place. The marinara they use is so flavorful it's almost unreal. Whoever made our pizza was a pizza guru, because they put the exact amount of cheese to pizza to marinara ratio necessary when one creates a pizza masterpiece. The crust ... oh the crust ... where do I begin ... it was so soft and crunchy at the same time. Wow! Now being a native Texan I love me some Gatti's, but Marco's is fighting for that number one spot in my pizza lovin heart. So I would highly recommend you try this place. Normally I really enjoy this location, but tonight I ordered a cheese pizza with white sauce and it came completely dry, zero sauce, just cheese on dry crust. Called them about it and they say "the sauce bakes into the crust" what does that mean exactly? Because the crust is completely dry and crispy and the cheese is just peeling off from the crust. I've had their white sauce on plenty of pizzas and they're always really good.. I've never had a bone dry pizza from them before. The last thing I want to be is a Karen, but damn it's sucks to lose $20 on a pizza because somebody made a mistake and basically is trying to tell me that the sauce is under there somewhere but just vanished into the crust. By that explanation, why sell it at all if you can't taste it? She told me she didn't know but she could call me when the driver returned to give me an update. After 30 more minutes I called back and said I'd come pick it up. Their pizzas have been very good in the past, but I went by with my grandson and doors were locked at 11:30 a.m. A worker came to the door and told me and another person waiting outside that they didn't have any dough and it wouldn't be ready for another 2 hours. After enjoying the atmosphere and service of Illario's and the unbelievable freshness and flavor of MOD pizza across the highway for any pizza cravings we had in the past, we were curious when we saw another pizza place opening up right across from cheap (read low quality) and always busy CiCi's . It came the time to check out the new place several months after opening. We walked in and we're met with dead stares by the patrons sparsely seated at the minimal number of booths. There was one table left that had no diners but was covered with a MacBook and personal items. I asked the young person behind the counter if they were his and he said "yeah ". No move to get them out of the way or seat us at all or even sell is food for that matter. Ok so can't check the box for dine-in atmosphere. I decided to at least give the menu a look. Wow I was shocked at the prices. The pies start out high already then you have to add a dollar per topping! I didn't even see anything unique like Chicago crust. We walked out drove across the intersection and got MOD cooked fresh with a smile and all the gourmet toppings we wanted for one low price. Philly cheese steak was piled high with onions & green peppers, very little meat, in fact, we had to remove all the onions & peppers in order to check that they actually put any meat on there...They did but you had to really search for it because you certainly couldn't taste any. Pepperoni didn't have ANY pepperoni, not 1 piece. The order slip said 'Cheese Pepperoni', I guess whoever made the pizza didn't look past the word cheese!
