Have been ordering from this location for the past 10 years and the service has continued to decline. The quality of the pizzas is not as high as it was before and they apparently need to hire more drivers as they give a time of 45 minutes for delivery and it is always at least 20 minutes later and many times is incorrect or not hot. Today was the last straw, when I called after the pizza was over 30 minutes late, the manager started handing out excuses about them being overloaded with orders. While I can appreciate that causes a problem, it really is not my issue as a customer and is the responsibility of the manager to ensure enough personnel is on duty to meet customers needs.While the driver was polite and apologetic, our pizza was cold. When I called again to the store and let them know the pizza was cold and even the driver confirmed it, I was told I have to come to the store to receive a refund if I didn't just want a credit. I told manager if I had wanted to go to store, I would not have asked for delivery. I will be returning to the store after I finish having to recook my cold pizza for a refund. Mismanaged Pizza Hut, constantly getting order wrong. I've given this location the benefit of the doubt with constant messed up orders, but the most recent order really confirmed the fact that this management at their location is completely inept. We ordered pizza and had part of the order delivered hours ago-- it's been almost 4 hours, and we're still waiting for the rest of our order that we paid for. We call, and the kid says "the order is on it's way" an hour ago, still no complete order that we paid for. EDIT: We finally decided to cancel the missing items. 4 hours and we still didn't have a complete order. The store's response "ok, we'll cancel and refund the missing items." We still had to pay the delivery fee, tip, and didn't get a discount or even a sincere apology. Or all the items we actually paid for. Avoid this location, it's truly incompetent. And I have low standards. I'm supremely patient, but at some point, you have to call it what it is: incompetent Pizza Hut location that's not worth even trying to order from. Perpetual screwed up orders, such a waste of money. I'm charged for items I never receive regularly and have been for several years, get cold pizza at least half the time, missing drinks most of the time, wrong type of pizza order altogether every few orders, and constant problems with this location. Worst off, they do NOTHING to try to make it right. NOTHING. They don't care that they're making mistakes, no apology, no discount, no actual complete order delivered to you right away since they screwed up, nothing. This location is staffed by a bunch of kids/teens, so I try to be patient-- but, really, if you can't get orders right at least the majority of the time, don't work there. They need actual management here with some iota of experience, or teen staff who aren't lazy slackers who screw up orders most of the time. There are plenty of teens who do good jobs-- I was one of them years ago, and I would never have brushed off complaints and screwed up orders like they do.
