Delivery person told me she worked for DoorDash and not Marco's. They added add a large delivery fee but the driver didn't get any of it. She only got tips. The pizza was warm at Best and it was very little chicken on it. Had a good taste, but very little meat And people wonder why businesses are going under with crappy service in the Pizza with very few of the toppings I won't go there again read more

Website hours say store is open until 11pm but on Tuesday, June 30, I went there at 10:20pm and was told they were no longer taking orders because "business is slow and we are closing early". Came in here as a doordash driver and one of the employees hit on me. I ignored him and he persisted which was uncomfortable. Worse he started to assume I had children and finding me and my children "hot" as an attempt to make me pay more attention to him. None of his co-workers did anything, but it was honestly deplorable to anyone witnessing imo. I don't want anything from Marcos I just want the women and their children in the area to be aware and protected. See something say something. When I arrived, they said that my food went out with a delivery driver and wanted me to wait while they attempted to contact them to return with my food. Obviously cold and soggy, but they couldn't even get a two topping pizza order right. But then again, I'm sure ham looks a lot like pineapple when you're making the pizza. I ordered wings and bread tonight. Let me first say the delivery driver went above and beyond! Bread was good but the garlic parmesan wings tasted like hot butter. No garlic taste to it at all. I'm hoping that this post will be taken in the context of the actual experience and not considered a dish on the business. I think Peachtree City residents should be prepared for what to expect. 1 we stopped in at Marcos pizza on our way to Line Creek to get a pizza delivered. 2 we ordered 2 pizzas and a salad. They said the usual 30 min delivery by with a $3 delivery charge. 3 an hour later we called and we're told that the driver that had our pizza was directed to go to Sharpsburg delivery first, even though we were 5 minutes away. 4 not unexpectedly the pizzas were cold. What was unexpected was that the $9 salad we had paid for was not in the order. 5 when management was called they only offered a store credit and barely any concession or any apology. In hindsight not surprising they had an empty restaurant. Guessing the poor management has many implications. If you find out they come under new management, let me know. Good pizza! Way better than mellow mushroom or partners, almost as good as Jets (very close) and Johnny's. Big advantage: their gluten free is FANTASTIC! Way better than anyone else's! As an update to my original post (shown below), the manager did come back to me to explain they had some issues (drivers) that night and offered to make things right for the inconvenience. I have added a star for that... ************************************* My son placed a phone order to be picked up at 6:15 PM. I show up at 6:14 and wait while the girl is on the phone. Guy making pizzas yells out "takeaway for (whoever) is ready" to which I reply "what about the pizza for Will (that's my son)?" which merits a dirty look from the pizzaiolo but no response. Definitely off to a bad start. At 6:20 the girl finally gets off the phone and asks if I have been served. I give her my son's name, she mumbles an "oh crap!", runs back to pizza makers and tells me it'll be another five minutes. At 6:32 the order is ready -- no apologies. In the meantime I noticed there were two other guys hanging around waiting - same situation. Damn expensive, too (my idiot son didn't bother looking for any on-line deals when ordering) -- $25.38 for a large deluxe pizza & 10 wings. Pizza was on par with Domino's - doughy crust, nothing special about the taste, not much imagination as to ingredients for a deluxe. Place appears to be poorly managed. I tried Marco's right after they opened here in Peachtree City. Fortunately for them they do delivery, as their "dine-in" location has been the death of at least 3 restaurants I can think of! I ate in around 130, after the lunch "rush". The place was a disaster - every table was messy and needed wiped down. Bad first impression. Fortunately the pizza was decent. ( plus I had to wait over an hour for the pizza and the store is 2 miles away.)when I called to complain , the manager said she made my pizza herself and knew she put old world style pepperoni on it. The brohure I received in the mail lured me with their bragging of fresh ingredients and dough. I was leary of a chain restuarant but if what they said is true and they could rival Partners or Johhny's AND they deliver then we have a winnner. Delivery was 15 minutes past quote but still warm. The box is awesome! However the taste was sub par and that is what really matters. The toppings were good and plenty and cheese looked appealing. The sauce was too thick and rich and the dough was too thick. It did not blend to make awesome pizza. Leftovers were tossed!! Bummer! read more

We absolutely love the thin crust pizza. We order maybe once a month. Placed an order tonight on the WEB for delivery & was quoted 45 minutes on the delivery. At 30 minutes after the stated delivery time, I contact the store & and was told by an employee that it's ready to go & should be delivered soon.. After another 20 minutes I call again and ask to speak to a manager. The manager was polite & explained that because I ordered through the WEB, the order wasn't a priority. Uhh, ok fine but then why state 45 minutes. Let people know what the real delivery time is so they can plan accordingly or seek out an alternative solution. I asked the manager if he thought he should have called & let us know that they are running behind, be proactive!!! . He agreed. He then said that the pizza was now on it's way. I asked: Ok, but how many deliveries does the driver have. He said 3 but he told the driver to drop off your pizzas 1st & the others were all in our neighborhood. He did try to make good on the issue by not charging us for the pizzas. Thank you. However, 1 hour & 40 minutes later we get our pizzas. I ask the driver how many deliveries he had & if the manager had told him to deliver us first. The driver said that he wasn't told anything. I was his last delivery. So the manager lied straight out. He could of called the driver & notified him to deliver to us 1st. I'm thinking that Marco's Pizza is a company that feels the customers are ignorant & should just be glad to get their pizza. Sure I like the pizza, but I won't be back. No matter what you hear from them, you can't necessarily trust it. ordered $50+ worth of pizzas for my staff one Saturday afternoon. they took an average 55 mins to deliver it, not too bad. they show up without, plates, cups, napkins, garlic, cheese, crushed pepper, etc.. called back and spoke with the mgr, Stephen, who sounded like he was in HS claims that we need to ask them for those things prior to delivery. mind you it was a business we had the delivery sent to and it was a total of 6 pies and 2 liter sodas. he proceeds to not really care and promised someone will be back with all those items.. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP! we basically had to eat the pizza with our bathroom paper towels and go to the gas station for cups. Spending that amount of money and having it delivered to a business you'd think they would send plates and cups at least, NOPE! the pizza was ok nothing to write home about, but most certainly to write this review. I called after an hour of waiting, someone picked up and then hung up on me. I called back again, no answer and this went on for another hour. finally when I got someone on the phone, the female apologized but didn't offer anything. Cheesybread was awesome! Love the Parmesan Crust topper on my pizza. And the "old world pepperoni" is better than any other around. Similar toppings as Jets it's just not the greasy thick crust type. Apparently this location is under new management. Not only was the food 45 min late but the only explanation provided by management was "we just got busy..." I was looking forward to a place that can rival Johnnys or Partners AND delivers. The brochure describes fresh quality pizza and on a recent delivery the box is awesome. The pizza however did not live up to my expectations. The crust was too stiff and thick and the sauce was also too thick almost tomatoe past consistency. We arrived to find this Marco's almost empty of customers. That concerned me a little because it is a great location, Marco's has great food and today is Friday. The first thing we noticed is that all the beer taps were covered with cups. The guy taking our order said they were out of all beer, which is strange because they have 6 taps. He said he ordered last week and they never came to deliver the beer. Ordering went well and was speedy. We were given cups to fix our drinks. While fixing our drinks we found that the lemonade was out and the tea wasn't sweet. When we asked an employee he said, oh yeah we haven't added the sugar yet. The counter for drinks was kinda dirty and lids were not stocked. The restaurant itself was dirty. The floors looked filthy and it just looked like the employees didn't care. The food came out very quickly and was very tasty. The food was just as I expect from eating at other Marco's Pizza locations. The employee was nice and returned to tell us the tea had been sweetened. When I went to get tea I saw there was about a 1/4 cup of sugar that had been spilled all over the counter. It remained that way for the entire visit. I won't be back to this one the next time I'm in Peachtree City. It's kind of telling when the Arby's and Waffle House restaurants next door have more customers. Marco's has great food, but this location isn't capitalizing on that. They are ruining the Marco's name in my opinion. read more

Wow I think this is the first time Yelpers let me down. I ordered a thin crust UNO. I had it delivered and first, a quarter of the pizza slid off the crust by the time I got it. The crust was worse than cardboard, the ingredients were definitely canned including the mushrooms. I feel like I got taken for almost $15 for a medium. Go down the street to SAMs club and get a much bigger and tastier pizza for about $5 less. Don't waste your time with this place. read more

I have ordered from Marcos approx 6 times in the last 30 days and it has been hit or miss. Today I ordered 1 pizza online at 7:04pm with and estimated delivery time of 7:49pm. At 8:12 I call to follow up on my pizza. I was told it was out for delivery and I should see it in 5-10 mins. About 7 mins more it showed up at my door not in the warmer pouch and also no receipt. Driver did not have change so they went back to their car to find change and didn't have enough. I wasn't too concerned about the change because I was going to tip anyway, but to have to wait for them to return and also my pizza being cold( and super salty) got me to say that I will have to layoff Marcos for a long while. read more

Update... over the last year or so, the quality and taste have gone from a solid 5 to a 1 at best. It was great right after they opened, but not any more! It really is no better than gas station or cheap frozen pizza. Greazy, processed, and artificial. If you want a good pizza, then either make it yourself (do your homework extensively and buy the correct tools and ingredients to do it right), or stick with a local mom & pop pizzeria, Domino's or DiGiorno frozen. This place really has gone dramatically downhill. Not sure if it's this location only, or the company in general. They are obviously desperate for business too, because the longer I go without buying pizza from them, the better the email coupons get! I'm up to 40% off no strings attached now! I used to get a pizza here once a week, but the last year or so, It's more like once every 6 months, and then I regret it badly. It's just terrible. read more
