Whoever answers the phone to take orders is very unhelpful. I simply asked for a cup of ranch to be added to my order (I have done this multiple times with no issue). She went back and forth with a manager, never putting the actual manager on the phone, starting the conversation back with "unfortunately this" and "unfortunately that" each time. Very unhelpful. It's dipping sauce, not rocket science. Just add the damn ranch. There is no option on the Uber eats app to add ranch, hence my call. Marcos pizza is the best pizza I have found, and that's saying a lot coming from a New Yorker. When we went on a trip over to the West Coast we ordered Marco's Pizza. We did not know it was a chain at the time. We were very impressed with our garden pizza. When we returned home to Port St. Lucie we learned that there was one right here in Port St. Lucie. I walked in and was greeted very nicely by staff. They took my order and I got an XL pepperoni pizza for $14.99 I'd say If you're out looking for a quick hot pizza that is better than most chain restaurants I'd go here. Staff was very nice food was hot and the wait wasn't bad. If you want to know how it tasted, I'd compare it to dominos pizza but much fresher and better. The pepperoni was crispy and greasy how it should be and the cheese appeared to be a white and yellow blend which personally I like. The sauce is great, not too sweet not too savory. Very balanced. The only issue (to each their own) I can see is the crust is slight lack luster, could use a buttered seasoning of some kind. Definitely recommend. Will be returning. read more

Ordered here for the first time. The driver could not find my place, so she called and told me that my address was wrong. Lmfao, no, you just don't know what you're doing and went to the wrong building. As soon as checked my order, it is missing 2 of the sauces that we had paid extra for. Should've known that if she couldn't go to the correct address the first time, she didn't have the sense to check my order before she left. The beef sandwich, I ordered with onions. They literally threw an entire chopped raw onion into this sandwich and called it a day. It was beyond disgusting. I do not know what they were thinking with that one, maybe they weren't. They pizza, was bland cardboard. The tomatoes were mashed to the roof of the box and raw.... like they forgot to add the tomatoes to the pizza and put them on after it was cooked. Please read if you're considering ordering by phone. Ordered a pizza the other night the person on the phone was having a hard time writing down the credit card number that I was telling him he literally kept putting additional numbers. After finally getting the number right the expiration date in the security code he placed the order he comes back to the phone and says he's having problems placing the order. We go over the numbers he has its wrong we try it again he places it it goes through yet he says it didn't he takes the order. again places it again goes through 30 minutes for delivery. About 35 40 minutes goes by we get a phone call it says you still want the pizza at this point we should've just said no but we went ahead and said OK they had said it was just coming out of the oven would be there in a couple of minutes as this place is literally a couple of minutes away. In the meantime he asked me to look and see if the order went through on my bank I said yes I did And that you build me twice I said to them well don't credit the card just give me $21.10 the cost of what you build me he says OK. 30 minutes later after having a conversation with him telling them that they double billed me for the pizza. The pizza arrived with the wrong soda and no money. I get in my car go to the place explain to the person that took the order that the order went through twice they're insisting that it didn't and that they have to credit me one don't figure if it didn't go through why would you have to credit it and why would it show up on my account. So the moral of the story is please be careful help today unfortunately just doesn't care I for one will not order from this place again so they Lost what could have been a weekly customer. They could have made it better by just saying sorry we made a mistake and will credit your account they couldn't even do that. read more

I really like Marco's pizza but I will not be purchasing from there again. Today, I went online to order our favorite pizza. When it came to check out it said I had an invalid email address. I have had the same email address for 40 years. I tried the order five more times with the same result. I then called the store and they told me there was nothing they could do. I could not get any info on who I could call. They were of no help at all. I finally gave up and ordered over the phone but then I could not use my coupon. I won't order from them again. We have ordered from this new Pizzeria three times now. Each time the delivery person was polite and personable and on time. And the pizza was actually delicious we like the regular pizza better than the thin but both were good I would continue to order from them. And just a tip they do charge a few dollars for delivery for the convenience but the store gets that not the driver so take care of your delivery person. read more

We've ordered twice from the Prima Vista location. Service was great and the pizza was great. I'm routinely disappointed with pizza delivery around here.
