It came out piping hot, fresh and fantastic. The crust was amazing. Light & crispy and held up to those ingredients perfectly. The way that the pizza is presented and cut into those grids gives it a stylish dimension & easier to share amongst others. A genius creation to make it effortless to handle. Atmosphere was fun. Even had time for a karaoke tune! Our server was polite and always on top of things to make sure we were being well taken care of throughout our experience. Superb customer service! This location is a family operated business. You can feel the presence of that right when you walk thru the doors. They had freezing cold AC blasting but also offered heaters for the outdoor seating in cooler days or nights. We were seated right away and the waitstaff were all very friendly and attentive. Garlic and buttery, but not too strong. Crunchy on the outside amd soft on thr inside. Overall, this was a very strong showing. It's gonna be a problem for me that this place is 5 mins from my home. I will likely eat in or just do the by the slice to keep that strong crunch. I may ask for some jalapeño on the Hawaiian or barbecue chicken to get a little heat. I requested them well done because we like our wings crispy and they arrived barely done. Literally right on the line of done and not done. Only six wings. I had to stick them in my Ninja Toaster oven the finishing cooking. Very disappointing. We order a margarita pie and pepperoni. We got an additional pepperoni for free. The dough was fluffy. Had a decent rigidity to it, but like the wings it could have cooked a little longer. A little char on that crust brings a nice Smokey flavor and crispy bite to it. The cheese and topping were ok. Nothing really wowed there. The sauce can make or break a pizza. It's literally what brings a flavor balance to the whole thing. On the plus side they have a savory sauce. I'm not a fan of the sweet sauces so that was good. That said, thats all it was just good. Another place playing too safe with the seasoning. They cooked it to perfection, crispy and with some chard ends. The pizza was pretty good, not the best we have had, however it was pretty good. We really liked the pepperoni and the cheese. Those two ingredient is what made the pizza good. Glad we had the opportunity to try their pizza, both were very nice and courteous.

Both looked fantastic, but we agreed that the meatball version had more flavor and was much heartier. The Italian stromboli was a little light on meat, making it feel a bit too bread-heavy for my taste. We also ordered the garlic cheese knots, and those were pretty darn good--soft, cheesy, and full of flavor. Overall, we had a great experience and enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere. We ordered a deep dish pepperoni and sausage pizza, a Caesar salad, fries, and water. The salad and fries came out quickly and were good, but we waited until 7:52 for the pizza. During that time, several staff members including what seemed to be a manager, were loudly yelling back and forth across the restaurant about staffing and schedules. With no music or TV volume, it was impossible not to hear, and it felt very unprofessional. Meanwhile, our water glasses sat empty. I had to ask three separate times for refills, and the third time I actually had to get up and find our server at the bar, where she was sitting, still discussing the schedule. When the pizza finally arrived, it was delicious. But basic things like Parmesan and pepper weren't offered. I had to flag someone down to ask. And even though we'd just received our food, the lights on the patio were turned off while we were eating, and we were brought a box very quickly, which felt like a not-so-subtle hint to leave. Overall, the food was good, but the customer service and atmosphere really took away from what should have been a nice birthday dinner for my daughter. Very disappointing experience.

There were a couple of irate customers in front of me who had trouble with their online orders. Both were given refunds. The speed at which orders were processed and food prepared was much slower than competitor Mod Pizza. My wife was disappointed by the puny container used for the custom salad as well as the limited options for greens. My veggie pizza looked amazing and they added ricotta cheese per my request. (Mod Pizza doesn't carry ricotta anymore.) Flavor wise, I was disappointed with how bland my pizza tasted. Fortunately, the bites with fresh basil were flavorful. After two pieces, I concluded it was their red sauce which lacked flavor. They have limited indoor seating (three tables and a bar) but do offer outdoor seating too. The background music of pop hits was nice. One of the servers checked in to make sure we were enjoying our meal which was nice. She also brought me a box. I will probably try them again in a few months.

He apologized sincerely and did his best to make the experience a good one, even though it was clear that he was let down by things beyond his control. It's rare to see someone stay so composed and customer-focused under pressure. He truly went above and beyond! Pieology, I hope management sees what a gem they have in Christian. He deserves recognition and support--because employees like him make all the difference! Management failed him!
