Ordered a couple of pizzas last week, they were unacceptable. I counted nearly a dozen places where the pizzas bubbled up and left bare spots, and they leave way too much plain crust around the outside to begin with. So I was left with more plain crust than pizza that actually had cheese and sauce on it. I decided against asking to have them re-made, I was in too much of a hurry. But I wasn't happy. Maybe those pizzas would have been acceptable to some people, but I doubt the majority of people would have been content. But here are a couple of photos of what I got, you be the judge. Personally, I'm done with them; I don't want to have to ask to have my pizzas re-made every time I order from them. read more

Extremely Disappointed with Marcos Pizza - Poor Service and Unacceptable Response I order from Marco's Pizza regularly, but after my most recent experience on May 31st, 2025, I will seriously reconsider doing so again. My order was delivered, and the driver did not ring the doorbell--instead, left my pizza on the ground. That was frustrating enough, but when we opened the pizza, we were shocked to find an ant inside of it. I immediately called the store and spoke with Manager Serena. I explained the situation in detail, but she seemed unconcerned and told me she was the only one working. I asked for a full refund, and she offered a store credit instead, which I declined. She then placed me on hold and attempted to reach another manager, only to tell me she hadn't been taught how to issue a refund. When she finally reached someone, that person refused to issue a refund, stating the order was marked as contactless--even though my order doesn't show that I selected that option. To make matters worse, she told me it wasn't their fault that an ant got into my pizza and that no refund would be issued. That response was completely unacceptable. As someone who frequents this location often, I've never received such poor customer service. I was met with dismissiveness, lack of accountability, and zero resolution for an experience that was clearly unsanitary and unacceptable. Very disappointed, Marco's Pizza. On the evening of 5/31/2025. I ordered a pizza for delivery. I never once chose the option on contactless delivery however, somehow they seemed to give me a contact less delivery. So upon delivery to my home address the delivery person simply put my pizza on the ground and never even bothered to even as much as ring the doorbell to let me know the pizza was outside on the ground. After waiting for what seemed to be an assured amout of time I became anxious and looked out the door only to see a pizza on the ground and a trail of ants. I then immediately called Marcos pizza and inquired as to why did they just put the pizza on the ground and simply walk away without notifying me or simply ringing the doorbell. The person that answered the phone stayed that they had no obligation to ring the doorbell because it was a contact less delivery. I then opened my Marco's app and saw nowhere in my delivery instructions that I chose a contact less delivery. I asked to speak to a manager and the manager was very rude and refused to give me a refund. I will never ever use Marco's pizza again and if I were you I wouldn't either. read more

I stopped in at this location to grab a quick small pizza on Tuesday, Dec. 16 around 11:00 AM. There was one man waiting. I ordered a pizza and was told it would be about 10-15 min. to wait. There was one guy working, and 1 lady in the back. I waited at least 30 minutes. During that time, three people came in, and waited a few minutes and left. The phone began ringing. It rang at least 30 times and was never answered. The one guy who took the order was making the pizzas or whatever other orders. I saw him take out a couple of orders to be delivered, and he put them on the rack. The guy who was waiting finally got his pizza. Another gentleman came in, and ordered two extra large pizzas. (One being free since that is a Tuesday special) . I was never offered that opportunity, and saw it on my phone as I was waiting. Since he was not responsive to other orders, I let it go. When he finally brought my pizza up, I asked if I should have been able to get a second one free, he said, "yes, did you want another one?" I didn't want to wait for another half hour and I said no. The pizza was good, but there was certainly a lot of lost business. I've been in there before, and the workers were very much on the ball, and very customer oriented. This one was NOT. I'd hate to see this Marco's close, but if something isn't done about the service, and taking care of customers, it won't be able to stay open long. I'm 3 orders in and every order is fresh hot and great quality ingredients. I normally don't even eat my back crust but with this pizza I do. It's soft and crunchy at the same time. I just ordered a pizza after several years. My husband and I used to eat Marco's pizza so frequently that we just got burned out on it. Not Marco's fault. I found myself craving it once again so I went online to order my usual works with extra sauce for dipping. There was no place where I could order that extra sauce for dipping. Now, the order hasn't even arrived yet but I remember how necessary that extra sauce was for me. The fact that it isn't available anymore leads me to believe that streamlining their pizza delivery process is more important to them than customer satisfaction. I'm so tired of dealing with restaurants that don't give a flying flip about their customers. I already know I will be disappointed and I will not be ordering from them again. But they had a nice run for awhile. I despise managers who don't care about their customers and clearly Marco's has such people employed. You had a good thing going Marco, but you blew it. This is not amazing. It's a great local takeout option other than the standard chains. So for what it is, I give it 3.5 stars for the pizza - a buttery, American grocery store-style crust, but it works - with a not overpowering, nice tomatoey sauce, a perfect amount of cheese, and a really healthy amount of fresh delicious toppings (especially love the Italian sausage done in nice large chunks). We've gotten a sausage and onion, an all meat, the Founder's special (pepperoni, sliced sausage, mushroom), and an onion, pepper, and mushroom and they've all been solid. Another 1 star for the constant barrage of coupons and deals I get in my email, the fast and friendly service/delivery, and the great selection of choices. Minus 1 big fat star for how awful the steak and cheese sub was. The photo says it all. The filling was non-existent. I had to add about 4 ounces of deli roast beef and a couple slices of cheese from my refrigerator and toast it again to melt before eating. I only wish I had had some mushrooms to add as well. This is the SECOND horrible experience I've had with this Marco's. The first time the delivery took over 2 hours and our food arrived cold. The manager was apologetic and gave me a credit, asking me to give them another try. Tonight we used that credit and received our pizzas. The BBQ chicken pizza arrived with the cheese and toppings slid all off of the pizza (see picture). One of the other pizza's was incorrect (wrong crust). I called to let the store know because the BBQ chicken pizza was inedible. Chicken fresco and deluxe uno is what we got and couldn't be happier. Comparing to other big chain franchises, Marco's takes the win in taste and quality. Now the unfortunate part of our visit was that we paid 42 dollars for 2 large pizzas. We did end up with some coupons from them which would help pricing later on but the price is still pretty high without. This would be for people who don't mind paying a premium when it comes to taste and quality. Some places have pizza that if it's not eaten within a few hours from it being made it won't taste the same; Marcos doesn't have that problem. Their pizza even if microwaved (I recommend toaster oven) still felt fluffy. I will however say, I won't be visiting this place 2-3 times a month even though I wish I could. This place is new to the area. Delivery is always on time or faster. When it becomes an issue though, they step up their game and make sure you're satisfied after any mistakes. Which is rare for my experiences so far. The wings are great, salads are huge and well done, the pizzas are definitely worth it. Anything to avoid Pizza Hut. They have decent specials for a variety of things. From pizza to pizza wing combos and such, I'm glad this pizza place is around. Online ordering is easy and gives a tracker to your order. All my orders have been done and delivered well before the estimated time. Ordering fresh with a walk in too doesn't take very long at all. Good clean store with workers working. Nice thing to see. I've ordered from them twice, I give them 2 thumbs up. But If I could offer some constructive criticism, I'd tell them to fix their website. One of the online deals is buy 2 or more medium 1 topping pizzas for $6.99 each, but the way the website is set up, you can only order 2 at that price online...the deal says 2 OR MORE. You can get 3 or more at that price if you order it over the phone or at the store, but then you don't get your points toward a $10 credit. Had the misfortune of ordering a dinner this weekend from the blue mound location. My order never arrived and after calling Marco's and being hung up on by the alleged manager (Henry) two times, i determined my credit card number was compromised and my dinner that I paid for was delivered to a location no where near me. Henry is a poor example of leadership and should never be in charge of a restaurant. Henry was rude, disrespectful and was no help with my compromised credit card issue. I would highly recommend NOT risking a potential identity theft issue or at a minimum, fraudulent use of the credit card by patronizing this establishment.
