But it doesn't seem to have the same crisp/chew that other NY-style joints in the area offer. Otherwise, the ingredients are quality, and these guys don't skimp on the cheese. I've had a few pasta dishes here through the years, and they have always been good. The (red) pasta sauce is a little on the bland side, but a lot of people like it that way. The chicken was tender and the vegetables were perfectly crisp. My only wish was that the entire dish had been a bit larger, as the mashed potatoes were gone in just a few spoonfuls.
