Well I will start by saying that I never actually received my pizza. I ordered online and was told 60 minutes, when I arrived on time I was told it's just being made and that it should be another 20 minutes. I understood as they were very busy with about 10 other people also waiting. Slowly but surely, these people started demanding their money back and leaving one by one. Whilst this was going on, a man working on the front desk was telling one of the rare happy customers about his "homeboy" that's on the making line. I will also say that whilst people were getting very frustrated at their Friday nights being wasted, some members of staff almost seemed to find it all amusing. Laughing amongst each other that a customer called back again because the delivery driver had not arrived yet. After 35 minutes passed, I decided to try and find out where my food was. I stood at the counter for a good 6/7 minutes being ignored, one of the gentlemen was stood right in front of me and despite making eye contact several times, did not ask me if he could help. Eventually, the lady that served me came over to check on me. I asked where my food was and after she eventually found my ticket number, having not given me a receipt because I paid in cash (doesn't make sense), she checked on where my pizza was. After 5 minutes, she told me it's just being made and will be about 25 minutes. I questioned this as I had been told the same thing 30 minutes ago and if she could go and actually look if it's being worked on. This seemed to be a burden by the look she gave her colleague (the man still stood in front of me, not helping a soul), she came back and said "I think it is but I'm not sure what page it's on". I was then explained about how the orders generate and how they don't really know what one is next. It was at this point, I had seen enough and asked to speak with the manager. She gave me my money back. I asked her if she was going to say anything, she just said "I'm sorry". I did feel bad for her as she seemed to be quite beaten up on the night and her staff let her down. It's easy to start by raving about their pizza quality (I prefer above just about all the pizza spots in Spring Hill), but I must also commend their management and staff. Chad and his team were courteous, welcoming and true professionals when I came in today. I was scrambling to order 10 pizzas for my kids' birthday party, and they were able to whip it up in minutes and help me with them to the car. Can't say I'd get the same first class treatment at other takeout pizza joints in town. Go Marco's!!! read more

This restaurant just opened today and what a incredible place to eat. Had the chicken wings BBQ... Man alive yummy!!! Then to top it off are 3/4 of a tray of there cinnamon squares by myself... For a chain pizzeria, this place is great. Decent pizza (we are partial to NY style from living in NYC for a few years so are pizza critics LOL). Good sauce and the thin style turns out crispy/yummy/ reheats beautifully. The teens who usually are on duty are SUPER polite and helpful. Great value/great prices. Still trying to figure out why they cut the pie into small/jigsaw puzzle shapes instead of traditional slices. :-) read more

This Marco's just opened up in our area and we got some coupons in the mail and decided to give it a try. We ordered a large pizza with sausage and the cheese bread. The food was yummy and the sausage was big compared to other pizza places. We ordered online and had it scheduled to be delivered a few minutes after we were home for the day. They were about 10 minutes late but not a big deal. The delivery guy was friendly and the pizza was good! We plan to order again tomorrow night. They even sent me another coupon to my email! read more

They messed up a prior order and credited me back the amp my of that order which was fantastic. However when I called to redeem the credit they told us we were no longer in their delivery zone. On top of this the manager was not polite nor willing to work with me in this issue. read more

I've eaten here twice so far, and the pizza was great both times. Their brownies are also delicious. I really like their jalapeno ranch dressing. Their pizza is a little more expensive than some other places, but it's worth it. read more

First off, pizza here is great, great flavor and tasty. Customer service is what needs major help. Placed a phone order on February 24. I believe the person who answered was named TJ? Not very sure. It's been a while and I can't recall. From the time that he answered the phone to when we hung up it took 12 minutes to place my order. Way too long to be on the phone to place an order for 2 pizzas. I told him at the beginning of the order that I had a coupon for 2 one-topping pizzas for $18. He took my order and then gave me a total of $28. I said no, I have a coupon, even though I had informed him of this earlier. His response was "oh yeah" then asked me for my credit card number. I said no, I want the total before I give you my card to charge. I want to make sure you charge me for the correct amount. Again, he said $28. I told him how can it be that!? I have a coupon and I've told him a couple of times. Again, I get "oh yeah" and he now enters the coupon but not without asking someone how to do it. Never asking me to hold just turns away from the phone as I sit there. He finally gets the order then asks what my address was for delivery. I already told him at the beginning of the call but who knows what he did. Anyways, he proceeds to ask me how to spell the street; I spell it. He can't find it so says 'that's not our delivery area'. I said it is because I looked it up on the Marcos website and said I was in the delivery area. So he turns away from the phone, AGAIN without saying anything to me, and asks 2 people for help. He somehow was entering it wrong or misspelling it (who knows) but they find it. I am told 40 minutes for delivery. It arrives 64 minutes after hanging up the phone. The pizza was good but I ordered Old World Pepperoni on one of the pizzas. It was not the small, curled up pieces I was used to in the past. I thought maybe their Old World Pepperoni is different. Well, yesterday I stopped by and ordered a pizza. I got the Old World pepperoni and it was exactly how it should be. Therefore, this showed me that TJ messed up and did NOT put the Old World style on my pizza but regular pepperoni. The pizza is good but the service here stinks. read more

But tonight I must say I am inpressed, tonight is the Mayweather vs McGregor Fight so I figure I would be waiting over an 1 1/2 hours for delivery. Ordered from them for the first time today we got the Uno pizza and a turkey and ham sandwich. Very good! Requested well done for both and they didn't disappoint. They did let us know when ordering on line that it may take up to an hour, received it within 40 minutes. I appreciate that the didn't try to an earlier delivery time and then come late. You can also track your order on line and received a tex when it was on it way. Delivery guy was very nice I think we found our go to pizza place!! read more

Been an avid fan of this place since it opened. I went every Sunday. This last Sunday... i place my usual extra large pizza order for the family before the work week starts. I pick up the pizza and it has no pizza sauce. A pizza with no pizza sauce.... wow. You lost my business, my friends and families business today. When you pay more, you're suppose to get more. We tried Marco's for the first time last week and I was very pleased. I was offered great customer service while placing the order and our delivery arrived 15 minutes earlier than promised, from a very friendly and courteous driver. The pizza was fresh, hot, and very yummy. It is still "chain" pizza, but we all agreed that it was definitely better than your usual Pizza Hut, papa Johns, dominos, etc. We will be ordering from this location again! read more

We got a flyer on our door for Marco's and as pizza lovers, we had to try it! The order was easy (thank you, Brianne), the delivery was quick (unsure his name, but very kind), and pizza was DELICIOUS! We got a thin crust (Romano crust) pepperoni pizza and an original, garlic, butter crust with double cheese. Both pizzas were hot and delicious! Will for sure be ordering again read more

So, we placed our order online at 6:10pm tonight. I was quoted 60-70 minutes wait time, and I thought that was quite long, but decided we would be okay eating around 7:15pm. My order, which consisted of two pizzas and some cheesy bread, did not arrive until 8:25pm. I could have made my own pizza from scratch in less time than that. At 7:30pm, I called to follow up. The girl that answered took ten minutes to find my order, and then stated that it was coming out of the oven and should be here in less than thirty minutes. Ok, so we wait again. I call back at 8:05pm and ask to speak directly to manager. He puts me on hold, and comes back to tell me that my order is just going INTO the oven and will be out in 6 minutes and then immediately delivered. WHAT?!? But you guys just told me it was coming out 25 minutes ago? His response was "That was someone that just wanted to make you happy so she could get you off the phone." He did offer a small discount, but didn't remember to save it in the system so I had to call back AGAIN to make sure my card was charged correctly. That remains to be seen. I've never actually done a review here; this place is new and I had such hopes, but was totally let down. I will say, the pizza was awesome, but that could have been because we were incredibly hungry. I will not likely order from here again. read more
