The worst!!! We called for pizza and 2 subs to be delivered. One hour wait, my daughter went to pick it up. She still had wait 35 minutes. While she was there she asked for a drink of water, the girl gave her a cup, she went to machine but there was not any water so she had a cup of soda. Anyway.... after leaving the store, my daughter realized they charged he a delivery fee of $3... she went back in asking for a refund for the $3 delivery fee and they told her that she should not have drank soda!! They gave her the cup to get a drink of eater but there was only soda!! They should have said something when she did it, not wait until she wanted her delivery fee returned! CRAZY! The food was terrible anyway!! Steak & cheese subs had no meat inside!! Pizza was gross! Save yourself the trouble! Don't eat here!! read more

Horrible delivery times. We waiting an hour and a half for our pizza a few weeks ago and they NEVER came!!! I called to speak to a manager and there was NO mananger on staff! If there was an option for ZERO, that would be better. They are great during the sales phase of the transaction ("30-40 MINUTES"). However, the delivery time NEVER matches with the estimated delivery time you get at the time of purchase. If you are not in a hurry, go ahead and order. My favorite Pizza NATIONWIDE. I'm not a pizza lover nor do I eat junk food, but I would consider Marcos pizza my reward day meal. It's DELICIOUS!!! The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Time wise, my order was ready within the estimated time frame I was told over the telephone. I recommend MARCO's pizza over all famous and local pizzerias. My kids would agree with me too. read more

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. I do not know why I keep coming back to this location! Tonight was the icing on the cake. Marcos Pizza has lost my business going forward. I only come because my kid loves the pizza. Every time the order is either messed up, or the expected time for carry out is wrong by a long shot. 20-30 minutes at times. The last time I was in the store, there were three customers who had ordered delivery and their order had not arrived over an hour and a half past the estimated time. My carry out order was 30 minutes past the time I was told when I placed the order. Everybody in the store was outraged and the manager was not dealing with any of the customers, he was in the back making the food and letting a teenager deal with customers. When I I finally received my order and went to pay and after ringing up my credit card it was charged three dollars more then what the online order said. My past issues, I have called the corporate number to provide my feedback, and it appears it goes on deaf ears. read more

Surprisingly good for what I assumed was very similar to other chains like Dominos, etc. Had the pizza with two kinds of pepperoni and some cheese bread. Both very good flavor, pizza was a bit on the greasy side. Would definitely order again. read more

Ok pizza, bad customer service and lack of cleanliness. Due to doing PR I hope management will take into consideration the people they have representing their store. We Craved some delicious pizza and decided to try it out it's near the office. Walk in the tables were covered in food crumbs, and a sloppy guy with an attitude took our order. But intuition was to leave but We stayed. We walked to table and asked if could wipe it. He grunted, and loudly said "freaking Weston people" I sat down with my fiancé as the guy grunted and wiped it with a filthy rag and went back to the counter to talk trash on us since we were wrong for asking the table to be wiped? then the guy making the pizza asked if we were dining in or taking out. The sloppy guy responded loudly "I don't "F**kin care" .... at that point whether the pizza was decent or not we had lost complete interest. Weston is a family establishment, your sign says take our and dine in.... stick to take out if you want to deal less with people. read more

Had the thin crust and it was decent. It's a bit tough to find a budget pizza place in this local, so it is nice that this place is here and offers a quality product. They're a little limited on seating, but I believe delivery is their primary business driver. Certainly a good option for what it is. read more

We just had lunch and Marco's and was served by Brian Brown. We had the UNO pizza which was fresh, hot and delicious. Our wings were also done to PERFECTION! Kudos to the chef! The customer service was also top-notch and the restaurant impeccably clean. All-in-all, great job to the team! read more

If I could choose no stars for this location I would. I have been ordering from Marcos for over a year now and are satisfied with every delivery. I recently moved and the only location to deliver to my home is Weston. I placed an order online at 6pm for a large thin crust two topping pizza (chicken and pineapple) with no cheese and light sauce. When my order was delivered it had a regular amount of cheese on it. When I called the store and spoke to the manager Steven he immediately started interrogating me saying my order said sprinkled cheese. He would not let me get a word in and continue to raise his voice at me. And told me "next time you want no cheese on your pizza you probably should call me." What is the point of an online ordering service? I am absolutely disgusted and left a voice mail with corporate right away. Horrible 1st time experience! Called a good 40 mins before close for delivery. I had to spell and say my street address no less than 12 times before the operator finally understood. 1st the operator says he doesn't deliver to this address which is only a few blocks from the location. Then says they do deliver but are slammed and won't take my order because it's 4 mins after the cut-off time. It took this guy like 6-7 mins to figure out my address. Sounds like they don't want the business and I am happy to not give it to them. Called Pappa Johns instead!
