Still as great as ever. The closest thing we can get to New York pizza. The sauce is good and they have coupons in their app and website. We usually or two specialty pizzas- all meat and deluxe are great. Sometimes we need to cook the deluxe in the oven a bit but other times it is fine as is. There is no ambiance review because we eat at home. The drivers are friendly. You can make special requests on the app. they are always reading the notes- we prefer no Parmesan and extra red pepper. Sometimes they give a lot of packets so I will grind them up with a mortar and pestle and put them to future use. Some people don't like them but I recommend trying them yourself. I ordered an XL pizza that looks great. I also ordered an 15 piece boneless wings. The "wings" are actually suggests smaller than the McNuggets at McDonalds. I took a picture next to a tape measure, and they are 1.5" square or whatever shape they are. The biggest one was 1.625" (1 -5/8). Tried to talk to manager and he was too busy to talk to a customer about a quality issue with their food. A employee told him I wanted to speak with him but he just looked at me from one of the stations at the prep line even after the emotes came to tell me he couldn't speak with me. read more

I love marcos but it varies by location. The hewitt/woodway location is absolutely disgusting. People are nice but the food is horrible.

Last two times ordering curbside I've given up and finally gone in to get the pizza myself off the rack after waiting 10 minutes for pick up. Even if someone confirms the order and goes to get it they end up having to help customers and not coming back. The time before the employee had to go help in the kitchen! I'm guessing they are greatly understaffed which makes me wonder about the pay and/or the management. read more

We discovered Marco's because all the other pizza companies quit delivering to my neighborhood and it appears that they all lost a lot of business because I'm seeing twice as many pizza deliveries out here since the others quit! So obviously, we're not the only family out here that discovered Marco's, and we're getting pizza more often. One more little tidbit of info on Marco's. They always tell you 30 minutes when you order, but just about every time it's been about 15-20 minutes from hanging up till he's knocking on the door. read more

Oh My Gosh! I'm sorry that I do not have a photo for you (this first time)! But next time we order the pizza from Marco's, I'll be sure to snap a photo for you! We had just moved in on that day of February 13, 2021. It was cold, icy and snowing in central Texas, which is our new home. We are from Michigan so we were hoping for warmer temperatures and some sunshine LOL. We were tired and what better comfort food than pizza? So we ordered the Hawaiian pizza & had it delivered. It came in about 30 minutes and the driver couldn't have been any nicer! We got the cheese bread with the Hawaiian pizza! Oh My Gosh! It was soooo yummy! It had not only ham & pineapple, but also nice pieces of chicken on it too. We had leftovers for days. It got us through being stranded in a freezing duplex without our things unpacked. Also without power for our first 3 days in Texas! We were some of the lucky ones. We had lots of blankets & luckily we had ordered a great big pizza with cheese bread just before "Mother Nature" tricked us in Texas. We will be back and it was absolutely wonderful! read more

Only updating because of their superior service. The rating hasn't changed. Yelp reviews attracted me here and their excellent food as well as excellent service has kept me coming back. Today we got a great deal 2 medium pizzas w 1 topping and cheesy bread and 2liter for 19.99 plus tax. The pizza was yummy see below and the cheesy bread delicious. My fiancé can submit her pie if desired. The salads again yummy as well as their sandwiches!! EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE: Sorry for all caps. The service today was excellent. I came in very upset caused by another situation. The manager?? Cheered me right up with a very honest smile. The exceptional service occurred when he saw my cane. He offered to "deliver" the order to my car instead of my having to make multiple trips. Even though I didn't ask. He was very understanding about my mobility without drawing attention to it. He also informed me that I got my customer loyalty points and can get my ten dollars off my order. If you wish to know about that as well as them sending a pic of the delivery driver etc read my original review. They did once give us the wrong salad once but since it was no big deal to us we didn't mention it to them. I do know that they would have fixed it if we had brought it to their attention. In proper acknowledgment of the owners response to my previous review: Where I mentioned the cheese was processed I am sorry to have made that mistake. Perhaps WHY I felt that way was because there was a LOT of cheese. Most people might like that. I prefer a balance of ingredients and perhaps the pizza would have been more to my liking with less cheese. And, for a FAST service (I.e., in and out or take out) this was likely better than many (such as Caesar's Pizza which has so much cheese one could take off 1/2 and still have too much. For a quick pizza it might be the time to go back and try again, with the caveat that they please don't put quite so much cheese on it. read more

I just had the worst cold pizza I have ever had from this place. As for the service I can't say much for that either. They had something they called "old world sausage" and it didn't even resemble sausage! But when I called, they didn't offer to do anything even though I explained I recognized it as pepperoni. It was a really bad experience all around. And add to that, the delivery driver couldn't even make change for a twenty!! I have to brag fifty orders later that this pizza is my favorite... crispy crunchy and delish! Fresh ingredients and fast friendly service make it a "ten" what can I say except excellent customer service and coupons have my heart it is a pleasure to go back and order online and home delivery quick! Marco's Pizza in Woodway: We have loved this place and have ordered from them probably once a month or more since they opened. They one of our favorites in terms of quality, variety of menu choices, quick and friendly service, and consistency. We love the Roma topping and they have a pretty good gluten friendly pizza crust and excellent pasta and salads. They don't skimp on the pizza toppings. The wings could be a bit crispier for our taste. The squishy fat is not a great texture. They have never messed up our order before. But last week, we ordered on the phone rather than online, and our order had some specific additions and requests due to dietary issues. When we picked up our order, my son checked all of them and noticed one of the pizzas was wrong even though the ticket was correct. They ended up giving us the incorrectly made pizza for free and made us a new one. We had hungry teenagers at home, so we decided to take the pizzas home and come back for the new one. When we got home I noticed another pizza was wrong. It had cheese on it when we had requested no cheese. We called and they made us a new one. When my husband went back to get the correct pizza, the manager apologized for all the trouble and decided to not charge us for the entire order because we had to make two extra trips over there. They were extremely professional about the whole thing, and showed commitment to making things right. I would recommend ordering online to make sure your order is entered correctly, especially if your order is not simple or you have special dietary needs. We tried this place out when it first opened and it has become a staple from which we order a couple times a month when making dinner is just out of the question. Their pizza is delicious and fresh, always piping hot. We've always had our food delivered and it's always been brought to our door faster than the promised time. Poor customer service. The excuse is that I order online. Many times I don't get the side of ranch I ordered. I order all of time and never get the rewards so during my last delivery I didnt get my ranch again and said how I never get rewards so she said when she gets back to the shop, she will make sure I get a $40 credit but that I had to call it in. So I just tried to call it in and they said no it was only a $5 credit because it was just ranch! So basically I'm a liar and need to find another pizza delivery option!
