Chicken salad sandwich was just okay. Build your own omelette (spinach broccoli swish cheese and tomatoes in it) with home fries was very good. Breakfast quesadilla was okay. They don't allow you to add chicken. The only options are pastrami, bacon, and ham. It's made on a spinach wrap which is nice. Mimosa was fine but wish they'd add more champagne and put it in a champagne mimosa glass, instead of normal glass. Waitress seemed kind of pressed for time and seemed a little snippy when ordering, but was attentive with everything else. Pleasant casual atmosphere with kitschy Dunedin vibe of paintings and cute Knick knacks.

Lovely outdoor seating , cash discount, no straws and wait to be seated, they see you. ( there is a sign that says it) also "be kind."

Definitely my favorite shrimp and grits in the area. I have to come back and try the Reuben!

Nice place. Comfortable atmosphere. French toast was delish. The bacon was too salty for my taste. The coffee was weak.

We sat at the bar and watched the hustle and bustle in the kitchen/bar area. This is one of the few places that has a prep team and it shows. Food comes out amazing and very quickly.. We chose the Smashburger and a beet salad with blackened salmon. The dishes were amazing during our meal we saw an order of corn beef hash go by, so we added that to our meal. All three dishes were amazing. The dressing in the beet salad was awesome and the salmon cooked to perfection. The smash burger had all the trimming and some delicious sauce. We can't wait to come back sometime for breakfast and to dig into more of that wonderful corn beef hash.

My Brother lives in St Pete and takes our Mom to eat there or calls in for take-out at least 2-3 times per month. We arrived tonight (Thursday) around 7:45 PM to bypass the dinner rush. Walking in to be seated, I noticed several empty tables that had not yet been cleared with several people waiting outside to be seated. I was told "there will be at least a 10-15 minute wait, to give my name, and to wait outside." I thought maybe there were enough people waiting already to take up the empty tables, but that wasn't the case. We sat outside in the cold waiting and watching the guy stand at the bar doing nothing to help bus the empty tables, some of which were right by the window. After 15 minutes or more, we were finally called in last walking by the same uncleared tables, led to another table as the table cloth was being placed on it, no menus, no apology for the extra long (unnecessary) wait outside in the cold. When we finally placed our order, we waited some more. Finally our server said "there was a mix up and our order had not gone through." When Mom's favorite seared salmon finally arrived, it was dry and overcooked. I have never written a bad review on Yelp in my life. But, I hated to see my precious Mom & Brother treated this way. Loyal customers should not be taken for granted.

The cheesesteak: wonderful. Less cheesy than our other spot. The roll (they ship them in from Philly) was my favorite part! Fries were great! Service: awesome. The woman ringing us up heard us say we were going to share a large one so she suggested we could each order our half our own way. They have an abundance of topping options. She then came and checked on us later as we ate as well. Ambience: lots to look at here. A ton of sports and Philadelphia-related memorabilia. It's a retro, super casual atmosphere. Bustling. I like that sort of place. Overall, I think we will still have our original favorite more often, mostly because it is within walking distance. But if we are over in that area, we would definitely do Delco's again!

The order of fries we had no problem with. My dissatisfaction came with both cheese steaks. The rolls used were terrible. I couldn't eat my cheese steak sandwich. The roll was of inferior quality. Something you might expect at a Winn Dixie. I noticed the lowest grade bread before I took my first bite. It was not the authentic philly roll I've had on my cheesesteaks for 20 years st Delcos. Would have been great had Delcos advises me they changed to a substandard bland roll of cheap bread. I understand why they didn't have the balls to disclose this. I for one would of told them I'm taking my business elsewhere. How could you do this Delcos? Charge me an extra buck if you had to and provide me what I thought I was purchasing. The amount of 'meat' was still generous. Cheese and toppings you didn't gip me on. These issues don't mean jack with out the authentic rolls. As I said, charge me an extra buck for the authentic rolls. I wouldn't have complained!! I used to always come to you for your authenticity. We just cane home from Arbys. Trying their knew cheesesteak with Cooper chease. Anyone from up in Pennsylvania knows Cooper cheese. Too bad they didn't use amoresso rolls. It was still better than Delcos new version going with a poor man's roll. It doesn't feel right I'm slamming my favorite place for cheesesteaks. The people and service was stiil A1. I never went back again out of fear of getting disappointed once again. I'm not one to let anyone, or a business fk me twice so I'm not going back unless I get an explanation, and they went back to the real cheesesteak rolls. I'm even willing to reevaluate and change this review. Until then, I'm exercising my right to choose another place, just like Delcos used inferior rolls and kept their mouths shut to increase sales. Delcos as far as I'm concerned right now, you did me dirty.
