We did have to wait a little longer than I would have expected for our food with the place only being half full, but the quality was worth the wait! Ordered eggs with spinach, bacon (4 slices!), hashbrowns and a biscuit, and iced tea, with a side of gravy (because why not?). The biscuit was piping hot and fluffy, the gravy not too thick with a bunch of sausage bits. A craveable breakfast spot that I wish was closer to my home! Cozy spot with a little parking lot, located off the highway and easy to find.

Honestly disappointed but what more could you ask for in a random down off the highway. The server seemed off, maybe something about us being newcomers or visitors she wasn't too enthusiastic to serve us, it was frankly, awkward. We were waiting to be helped while watching her and some other workers just talk and laugh at the front service desk. We finally received our food after ordering about half an hour prior as I witnessed others being served whom arrived AFTER we had. The food tasted fine, although it seemed like it was missing something; After eating, my stomach was twisting and turning. Needless to say, next time, I'm doing my research before I just stopped at a random place to eat.

You can't lose eating here. The Shasta Spritzer was a tasty cocktail made with their own distilled gin and if you are going for non-alcoholic, the Ruby Spritz was yummy as well. This would be my go to place if I didn't live 4 hours away! The staff are so friendly and accommodating as well. This is a win win spot! There's also a cool back room with the old vault where you can buy merch. This place has great ambiance that is old west cool with casual elegance. Eat here!!!

Two whole fish fillets (not positive what kind of fish, not cod) and a condiment cup of coleslaw with a lemon wedge. The fish batter was light and crispy, not at all greasy. The sauces could all pass for homemade; full of flavors that work well together.. It comes with either fries or salad for $19.00 *Would order this again :) The Bahn Mi Bowl (minus rice) was initially served with sauce all over the top of the dish. It was just way too much sauce *imo*. The waitress was so sweet and it was no biggie to have it re-made with sauce on the side. The combination of ingredients in the bowl were so flavorful together, that it really didn't need the extra sauce on top. The crispy diced pork belly was marinated and the cabbage was tossed in a ginger soy flavored sauce. The pickled red onions, thinly sliced jalapenos and the lime wedges were a nice bursts of freshness that made the bowl feel filling without feeling heavy. $23 is a little pricey for a raw cabbage based salad, but I'm glad I tried it :) Now that I know that it's here... I'll definitely be back for the distillery tasting located towards the rear of the building *so unique*

The bacon comes crisp, the pancakes fluffy, the omelettes delicate, and the hash browns seared beautifully. Beyond that, they push their menu to incorporate delicious, more elevated ingredients. The smoked bacon omelette is a banger. If you like the carmelized flavor of French onion soup, you'll love this! So rich and deep with umami flavor, melding with diced bacon and fontina cheese. The Belgian waffle is also intense with bits of walnut and bacon baked in, which collides beautifully with hot maple syrup. So delicious! Lastly, I like to champion breakfast spots that have the courage to deliver expertly done hash browns. Breadboard doesn't even try, with the usual "home fries" cop-out (that nobody loves but will tolerate). Brothers serves hash browns, but they're usually soggy and falling apart. Not the case here. You get a nice, flat, crisp, rigid slab of hashbrowns, ready to accompany your main. Overall this is my number one spot for an Ashland breakfast. Definitely worth the small drive from downtown.

We got the special mushroom crepe, two orders of the salted caramel breve (hot and cold), and the eggs florentine with the fried polenta side. Highly recommend.
