I reached out to Ana after my boss recommended her cleaning service to me. I had a deep clean ($600) in late December 2024 and just had my second regular cleaning ($200). The first time she came, she was with another person, maybe her daughter, and they both cleaned for 6 hours straight. I wouldn't have believed it but I was there the entire time, putting things away at the same time and I was exhausted afterwards. The place was immaculate but I felt terrible that it took so long. The second time they came there were three people total and it took them just an hour to do the regular cleaning for our 1000 square foot house. I felt like I'd won the lottery earlier this year when Ana finally granted me permission to schedule directly with Vania. YES...I'm IN. It's impossible to put a price on that level of trust, not to mention her amazing skill of turning my dusty, vintage-tchotchke-filled apartment into a shiny little showcase. I've settled on the routine of hiring her 2-4 times per year when I start feeling like I can't keep up with things and need a clean slate, so to speak. I prefer this flexibility over committing to a monthly scenario. I know it's not ideal for her and I appreciate her letting me do this so I'm willing to pay a premium. Now, I don't want to divulge what I pay because it was a deal that I personally struck with her and with Ana for my particular situation, but I will hint that it's somewhere around what a deep clean would cost for what is mostly a standard clean, taking into account the extra work involved due to the gap between visits. I'm very, very happy with this relationship and this arrangement, and Ana and Vania continue to have my loyalty. Bonus: Vania has left behind some great new ideas for arranging and displaying my stuff. Every time after she leaves, I come home and get a kick out of her staging tricks. Wow! Wow! Wow! I am AMAZED beyond belief at the work Ana and her team have done. Ana thoroughly cleans every speck of the house, beyond anything I expected! Windows, between screens and windows seals, window blinds, doors, cabinets, ceiling, baseboards, the tile floors, refrigerator, dishwasher, the bay window and the glass shelves underneath the plants... literally every inch of my house is spotless. She even got the grime off of parts of paint I couldn't get off myself. The bathrooms are sparkling, the kitchen is gorgeous, and my entire house smells fantastic. Ana dedicated a great amount of time to making sure I was not disappointed. Just incredible! I have a decent sized, 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment that needed deep cleaning. Ana has been cleaning my home for about 3 years now. We love her... She practically family! Ana is often flexible with the times she comes as I work from home, but like her to have the place to her self so I will make my self scarce OR move from room to room to get my work done as she does. Ana continues to be consistent with both schedule and cleaning quality. She's very responsive to texting which works really great for my hectic calendar. I have made requests for different products or cleaning different areas of the home and Ana has always been incredibly responsive and thorough. The best part? She's good with dogs! It was very hard to find someone who didn't mind cleaning up pet hair! When she started I had 2 large German Shepherds, we lost one last year, and the other LOVES her. Ana has been cleaning our home for a few years and we love her! In addition to cleaning our home she will also straighten up/pick up our kid's toys and sometimes even fold a clean pile of clothes. The kitchen and bathroom are always spotless. I'm not sure what she does when she wipes down the front of our refrigerator but it always looks brand new after she cleans it. They quoted me after a quick walk through and then proceeded to give me the most thorough cleaning my apartment has ever seen. As a student for many years, I always pooh-poohed the idea of giving a person money to clean what I could clean myself. I have not a single complaint regarding ana's services. Truth be told, I am a work-from-home self employed web designer. Having a clean zen like space to work is worth a lot to me, and I can admit that I'm a complete slob and probably not the best housewife. Dishes aren't my forte. I will do some prepping out of my own guilt such as loading the dishwasher, rinsing off the dishes, picking up the bong and related paraphernalia, putting the clothes in the laundry. Yes, I clean for the cleaners. When Ana and her crew arrives they sweep in at whirlwind speed and clean from top to bottom. They will leave no stone unturned, down to the tiniest detail. Organize all my messed up perfume bottles, pull the couch out from the wall and clean underneath, wash the floors UNDER the rugs, vacuum and clean out the cat beds, take out my trash all the way to the garbage cans...They do a fabulous job. If you point out some areas that need spot cleaning (once I asked all the windowsills done, and the windows outside washed) they will be happy to accommodate. Another occasion her team folded all my clean laundry that was left on the bed. Sure, the occasional little spot is missed but I'm not the type of person to put on white cloves and inspect, and complain. They already do enough of a fabulous job. If you are looking for a great crew, smiling faces, honest prices, and a manager who speaks English fluently, with attention to detail -- get Ana. Got a great referral to Ana from a friend. On the phone she quoted me over 3 TIMES what she charges that friend and my place is only 1 bedroom larger. Reading through the reviews on Ana a definite trend emerges...there are only 1 and 5 star ratings, no inbetweens. So what I take this to mean is that IF Ana shows up and cleans your place you will be happy with the result. That's a big IF in my experience. I called her to arrange a cleaning for move-out last week. I had to change the time on her but I gave her a weeks notice and she said that would be a fine new time. So I moved all my stuff up to Sacramento and was busy there the day of the appointment, my GF's sister was babysitting the place to let her in. Alas, she called at 1 pm and left a somewhat garbled message that seemed to make clear that she wasn't going to be on time. I unfortunately missed the message so I'll accept some culpability for the missed signals. I did get the message around 2 or so, called back and left a message but did not hear back until 3:30 or so, at which time I had already told my poor friend not to sit around in an empty apartment any longer. The circumstances were not ideal and perhaps I could have salvaged things had I been more present (in person or on the phone) but in the end she failed to appear any time close to the scheduled time. If I had known she was this unreliable I would have made other plans and probably recouped more of my deposit than I will eventually get. I suppose my best advise would be if you are not flexible with the timing of your cleaning needs go with a more reliable cleaner. If it's not critical, maybe she is worth a shot...just make sure that you have flexibility about when she will actually show up! read more

I found them on Yelp, and I was very happy that i contacted them. I live in a fairly medium sized studio. Ana's brother came to first evaluate the place and gave me pricing on how much it would cost for the first-time deep cleaning and how much it would cost to do regular cleaning. They did a great job cleaning the place, the first time i came home it smelled like lemon-fresh and everything was cleaned nicely. Our home is always so much better looking after Ana comes. And it's not just the cleaning. It's the attention to detail, the organization of stuff, and the little surprises. My lumberjack went looking for something a while back and pulled up the couch cushions to see if it had fallen there. "Oh my gosh!" he exclaimed. "She even cleans under the cushions!" She organized our landing strip (where we put our keys and loose change) in a way that made so much sense that we kept it that way. She did the same for some other areas as well. (Clearly, I'm not a very good home organizer. But I love that she helps me look like one!) Also, Ana and her family are super sweet. I notice the thoughtfulness behind a lot of the little things they do: the placing a (formerly wayward) photo just so, the stacking of old greeting cards, the clever binding of a yoga mat, the arrangement of candles, etc. It might not sound impressive to you but those small touches mean a lot to us. I'm confused by the 1 star reviews. I chose Ana because she had nothing but 5 star reviews on here! I've never had a problem with scheduling and she's been cleaning my place for over a year now. Also, she always answers the phone when I call. As I type, she is here with her team kicking ASS in my loft while my cat hides in the closet. Ana also knows the BEST products to use for cleaning and has given me some great tips! She and her team are all really sweet and with all the time in the world I couldn't get my place as clean as they do. I'm going to upload pictures so you can see.
