    I bought a Performance Model 3 for my son from existing inventory to take advantage of the end of quarter incentives of 3 month free supercharging and $3,000 off if you choose existing inventory. I was immediately greeted by Wyatt. He helped me locate my son's car and helped with the trade in process. He also removed my old plates. As I was going through the pickup inspection (look for a list online), I noticed that the key cards wouldn't work. They quickly figured out they had the wrong keys since the serial numbers were so close. Ironically when I walked up to the car, the Tesla app prompted me to pair my phone as a key! This buying experience is way better than a traditional stealership. Since I have never driven a Tesla, Wyatt walked me through many of the key features. At no point did I ever feel rushed. Tips: Trade in all managed on the App: I had a 2017 Mazda 3 trade in, Tesla offered me more than Carvana! The convenience of not having to deal with the selling process is worth it. I also only had one key! A replacement key is over $200! Teslas will never have that issue. I also had a minor scrape on the bumper- I only took one pic on the app and the quote didn't change. Spend $12 at a car wash and be sure to empty all your stuff. (Garage door opener, sunglasses, charger, deactivate fastrak) Charging I had a home charger installed. But if you have a dryer near your garage, buy the mobile connector. I have a friend who only uses superchargers, but that can reduce your battery life. Curb rash Back in whenever possible, the cameras will help! Otherwise triple check as you get used to a different car! Take lots of pics The excitement can be overwhelming and you can miss things. I found Zero odd panel gaps! Tesla has improved their quality a lot. The Model 3 seems just as solid as a Model Y. PPF If you plan to get it, do it sooner than later before you get rock chips, scratches etc. I would love to buy at this location again if it was closer. The Colma or Millbrae location is way closer and I hope they will be as good as this one as I plan to replace all my gas cars with Teslas. I have Tesla Solar so it will be nice to charge from the sun!

    Simple easy! Like going to the Mac store! Assuming you know what you want they will set up a test drive for you based on the specs you desire. They can answer solar questions as well a huge plus! This isn't a lot where there is inventory. However where they are helpful is answering all the intangibles aka what county city etc discounts may apply (each county is different) other incentives depending on income, driving habits etc. Rob was very helpful and patient as Bae and I bombarded him with all types of questions. Frankly however, the car speaks for itself! Quiet powerful comfortable easy to drive (even a selection of fart sounds)... why I have no idea! Bae was hugely skeptical. My lease on the current whip isn't done for six months. But she was so impressed. She said I should go ahead and order. Yeah I was cruising 90 on 101 for a stretch and she had no idea. I do that in the sports car and she's white knuckling it why swearing like a drunken sailor to slow the F down! Set an appointment on line with Rob and back n forth over test to pin it down, drove up, was welcomed warmly: they took down my license, drove up the model I asked for; gave me the card fob key and said see ya in 30 minutes or so. The Location isn't in the mall but in a separate building where they have several cars in the lot (apparently for specific user test drives etc.) on the west side of 101 next to Land Rover on Casa Buena drive. This is a unique auto buying experience for sure! Credit card deposit fill out some on line forms with my own phone, a Hundi down and my Tesla is ordered! If it was any easier it might be criminal! Actually that's how I feel coming out of car dealerships. You go in feeling like you are walking into a bazar on some crazy street market anywhere on the world. Aka dickering and negotiating and haggling is part of the deal! Thank God not at Tesla. No fear your neighbor, the guy who purchased last week or the guy who will purchase next week is getting a better deal! If you can pay you can play!

    We decided it's time to buy a new car. We made an appointment on Tesla.com. The Tesla centre here in Corte Madera is closest to our home. Bill S. reached out the next day and confirmed our appointment, allowed us to ask all our questions and generally helped prepare us for our appointment. Bill is a very patient man. We ask a lot of questions. Bill allowed us to drive multiple models over two days and walked us through the decision making process. He understands the nuances of the order process, the delivery steps and even gave us helpful tips and tricks. Couldn't have done this without him and honestly we wouldn't want to. If you need a new car, go to Tesla in Corte Madera and ask for Bill S. You won't be disappointed. Bill, we'll see you in a few months for our Model Y.

It seems like it can be good in the right circumstance, but it's worth being a bit careful about it. A friend highly recommended the advisor, saying that they'd saved her a lot of money on her car lease and made the process easy for her. I called and talked for over an hour to the advisor. They were knowledgable and friendly - great customer service. I figured that I may be able to save a little money by looking for a deal myself, but that I wanted to save the time and hassle, so the cost would be worth it. Also, I liked the idea that Cartelligent had access to better deals than I would by purchasing at volume from fleet managers. My plan was to lightly get offer prices myself, compare them to the price Cartelligent got, and then hopefully having validated that they were beating my price sufficiently, I could use them forever and rest assured that it was a worthwhile deal. I reached out to a few dealerships and got opening offers. I was shocked when my Cartelligent advisor came back with an initial price that was worse than three of the five dealerships I'd reached out to, and that was before their $600 fee. When I explained this, they responded a little defensively and asked for proof I had better deals. When I provided it, they came back the next day with an offer $50 a month cheaper than the one they first sent me - a cost difference of $1,800 over the course of the lease! Thank goodness I'd looked on my own and not taken their word for it. The experience shook my faith a bit, so I decided to negotiate with the other dealerships myself and compare. Once I got a bit further into the process, I gave Cartelligent the ability to win my business if they could get to a specific number by dropping their quote a little further. They were unable to do so, so I kept negotiations up elsewhere. Specifically, when I asked if they could get to that number, the whole email they wrote back was "That's awesome. That's a great deal" and that was the last I ever heard from them. With a little bit of work, I ultimately was able to secure a lower price than Cartelligent had before taking their $600 fee into account. Using Cartelligent would have cost me many hundreds of dollars more than negotiating on my own over the course of my lease. At the same time, I was trying to sell my car through them. I did their thorough online process, taking pictures and filling out the form. After it was clear I was going to negotiate a bit and not just take their first price, I stopped hearing about the sale process from the advisor. After the "That's awesome" email, I never heard back from them again, even after asking for updates on the sales process over email. They ultimately never gave me a quote on my car. I think they got mad at me and ghosted me, which I found surprising and unprofessional. It's possible I was able to get an unusually good deal because the EV market is weak right now. The second quote - the one $50 lower - was reasonable, and it did take me a little work to beat it. However, it was clear to me that you should always do your own due diligence and get quotes to check the ones they give you. If you do that, ultimately, you aren't really saving yourself that much work, so I'm not sure the $600 fee is worth it. Edit: David reached out, and we talked about my experience. He sounded as surprised as I was by my experience, and he's looking into it. I was impressed that he would follow up!

Despite this I gave them an offer and they refused. Called me the next day and accepted. But oh...I thought you were a set price dealership. They also said I would get free oil changes. At 1500miles I wanted an oil change. They booked me and kept the car for 24 hours. I went to pick it up and they said they didn't do it because it wasn't due. I'm pretty sure the owner of the car makes that decision. They also failed to communicate any of this to me. Then they attempted to make it right a said they would arrange for my car to be picked up in San Jose for anytime I want a future service. So today I had an appointment for it to be picked up at 0830. Nobody showed up. Somebody called at 0830 and ask for information but could not give me an eta. I called them at 0900 to find out nobody is on their way and they were still trying to find a way to pick up the car. I took time off of work for these attempted services. This is not a luxury dealership. It's a hot mess from sales to service.

Christine was incredibly personable and easy to relate to right from the start. Our test drive felt more like catching up with a friend than a typical dealership experience. We spent the time talking about our lives, sharing career experiences, and discussing great approaches to living. With her background in engineering and mine in IT, we immediately found a lot of common ground. We ended our time with a genuinely fond farewell and a warm invitation to return. Behind the scenes, Jean-Pierre completely bent over backwards to make this deal happen. I was looking for a very specific car that wasn't even on their lot or listed on their website. Not only did he manage to track down the exact model I asked for, but he also secured the absolute best price for it. When it came time for the paperwork, he made sure I was in and out quickly while ensuring I had a full, transparent understanding of exactly what I was paying for. Not many people can pull all of that off so seamlessly. Acura of Marin delivers outstanding performance, and Christine and Jean-Pierre are just all-around great people. I already know exactly where I am going when it's time to buy the real car of my dreams: a brand new, fully loaded black on black Acura Integra Type S. Every question that I had received a prompt response. Everything I needed to market this car, and give it its fair due, was handled in a timely manner. Please know that I was someone who could have been taken to the cleaners on this transaction, but Brian's efforts resulted in me getting an excellent price on the car.... and better yet, the car going to a buyer who will love it as much as my father did. They had a very hard to find car in their inventory that I wanted and I called over and spoke with Mike Leddy who was very easy going. Mike really knows these cars! I drove over checked out the car, they checked out my trade and we made a mutually beneficial deal. They gave me top dollar for my trade and even helped me secure financing for the new car. No hassles no bullcrap! And... I didn't need to spend hours in their office going back and forth feeling like I was being taken for a ride, like other dealers. This is how car buying should be. Cars Dawydiak has a great team from Mike Leddy, Michael Balboa, Brian, their tech John, and of course the awesome White Lab shop dog "Cooper" I was treated with great respect and I have to say I've made new car friends at Dawydiak! Our family…read morewas looking for a Toyota Rav4 Prime to for the Bay Area Air District Clean Car for All Program (BAADCC), and checked that they had a few plug-in hybrids available within our budget. A rep forgot to book our visit at the South Vaness location and the car we were interested in was actually at their Geary location. Luckily we were still able to meet with someone at Geary with minimal wait. We spoke with Larry and he got us ready for a test drive. We knew what we wanted and was able to test drive a 2026 Rav4 Prime previously, so the test drive for our car was short and sweet. We let Larry know we had the grant letter ready to go so he got us squared away with the finance team, checked the special tax rates etc, and bought the car that day. We picked it up the following day after a complimentary interior and exterior car wash, full charge and gas tank before taking it home. It was great working with Larry: quick and clear communication over phone and text for updates. City Toyota SF is great because they're no frills with pricing. Very nice location but with some limited customer parking.

    Update based on Franks response…read more Your response sidesteps your responsibility to check these vehicles coming in for resale. The CARFAX is obviously useless and Certified Pre Owned doesn't mean much either if these types of things slip by your process. Everyone out there that purchased a CPO vehicle from you should be re-running a CARFAX report to check on damages that may not have been reported and notifying Toyota Corporate. Vehicles have a material decrease in value due to past accidents and you effectively knowingly passed that on to me due to your negligence. I'm happy to update this review if you take steps to correct this problem. Expect reviews elsewhere as well until you do.
