I find potatoes and hash browns to be fillers when not extra crispy for texture. Sadly they were filler here but so far they are light handed on the filler so all is right in the burrito. Did well on my request for light cheese as well. Ambiance reminds me of all my favorite cafes and tea shops with the artsy flare, welcoming colors, tons of plants, and some cool jams.
