We had a similar experience to one review that was written 6 months ago. One salesman was trying to…read more"help" us and he was extremely pushy to the point that he made us uncomfortable. He was following us around the store and asking questions like what does my husband do for work etc. He kept interrupting us and we could barely look at items. The security guard also kept following us everywhere and was staring at us the entire time even though the store was empty. It was a very uncomfortable and weird experience.

I was followed around by security guards on two separate occasions, and the salespeople seemed to need to hustle me to buy. My girlfriend wanted some shoes and we took a look around, even went back to look again, and it was just a weird, weird place. I don't know a lot about women's clothing, but nothing seemed that good looking, even on the dummies. They apparently have a license to give away alcohol (?) so if you like to day drink while shopping, be stalked by security guards, and spend your money on items that lack style panache with people who look down on you for (what, being a customer?), this is the store for you.

I texted the number and Mario was able to set me up with an appointment for the upcoming Tuesday of that week. The process was pretty quick. Mario took my measurements, he explained the rental process, let me look at some designs and ultimately gave me freedom on the color I wanted. Price was what I expected between $250 and $300, including the 2 piece blazer and pants, white shirt, matching vest and two ties to choose from. They could have included shoes as well but I had my own pair. I'm not sure if that would have altered the price. It took about 5 days for it to be ready, as I could have picked it up the following Monday but it was a busy day for me. Mario even let me try it on and make alterations before I walked out ensuring that my suit was the perfect fit for my special day. Overall, the customer service was top notch and I felt like I was able to take my time throughout the experience despite all the stress that comes with getting married. Thank you, Mario for making my special day a day to remember!

I actually attended as part of a private company event and the staff were all super friendly and welcoming. There was a bit of a wait for the fitting rooms so I put my clothes on a rack while I shopped around. When it was my turn, to my surprise there was an extra pair of green pants that I didn't add and I pointed that out. They said that they added it for me to try on with my stuff! I was skeptical but I tried it and to my surprise the pants fit me like a glove and were super comfortable! I was super impressed they were able to pinpoint my size and it looked nice with the clothes I was trying on! I liked the pants so much I ended up buying them. They're the utility straight leg pants and I even bought another pair online in a different color (on sale) since I liked the fit so much. Their tops sizing seems pretty consistent. I was consistently around an XS. I did try on a jacket in XS but it felt a bit baggy so maybe I could wear XXS in jackets. They had a cool bomber jacket on the men's aisle that I wish they had on the women's aisle as well! I think Everlane's clothes are on the pricier side but they feel nice and I hope to get a lot of wears out of the pieces I bought!

I then sat for several minutes waiting for assistance with a return, only to be spoken to in a dismissive manner once someone finally approached me. There were only two customers in the store at the time, so the lack of service was especially disappointing. Afterward, I followed up with my SA, who has always provided excellent service, and my concerns were escalated to management. Unfortunately, instead of taking accountability for how I was treated, Salvador responded with an email attempting to justify the behavior by implying the team was busy assisting others. That explanation simply did not reflect the reality of the situation. I responded respectfully, emphasizing that accountability matters and expressing hope that this could serve as a learning opportunity for the staff. I also clarified that my experience should not be attributed to high traffic when the store was clearly not busy. I never received a response. At this point, I question how thoroughly my complaint was actually reviewed. It feels easier for staff to claim they were occupied than to acknowledge poor customer service and address it honestly.
