An overabundance of toppings ( I only ordered 3) very unappealing. I called to ask for a refund explaining the situation and the manager said we can only give you a credit because you ordered online. They offered me to come pick up a new pizza. So, now I have to wait another 50 minutes, use my gas and time to go pick up a 2nd pizza because your employees let that 1st pizza go out the door, which in my opinion that should have never been delivered! Needless to say, I declined picking up the 2nd pizza. The manager processed to tell me that we will give you a credit and deliver you a pizza. I said great! Ten minutes later I get a text saying "Unfortunately, Primo Pizza has an emergency, we we've canceled your order. We'll email you with further details." Never got an email, never got a 2nd pizza and I'll see if I get a credit. Just a terrible way to do business. So unfortunate.
