Sometimes there's a downside to influencer videos, because if you change the menu and people come and expect a special for five dollars for five fish tacos. They're expecting that. I love in East L.A and it was my second time having Mariscos El Bigoton. They're a lunch truck parked right on Whittier Blvd. usually about 8 lunch trucks on this street if you're from the area you know. The location is very easy to spot. Parking is a little chaotic because you do have to park inside the commerce center. They're usually there during the day and leave early. As far as the locations they have this is the only one I know. The food is pretty good, my husband and I decided to stop by and grabbed some Tacos dorados de Camarón and a pastelazo. The mariscos were very good and clean. However, I do think customer service could be more welcoming. Unfortunately, I saw a customer place an order to go and they didn't give him tostadas with his order and charged him instead. Which I thought was very ironic since he got Mariscos. There is an option to either serve it on a tostada, or serve a much larger portion in a large cup. We decided to order the tostada portion. The small portion was incredibly generous, and with the tostada there was also avocado as well as spicy sauce. I'm not a big fan of shrimp, but I loved the ceviche, which shows just how much I loved it. The fish was very finely chopped, and the acidic flavor really enhanced the quality of the fish.
