Came to meet with friends on a hot day. Their AC was definitely not working and when I asked about it the server rolled her eyes and said it was on. In just 10 minutes of being there our group decided to finish our drinks and go somewhere else where it was cooler. I usually enjoy their food when I come in but today was just not the day. They really need to do something about their AC! If it's not a hot day definitely recommend but if it's over 100 degrees I don't recommend coming here! read more

Came for dinner on a Saturday night. I loved the decoration they have cute little plants all over. We were seated right away. Waitress was friendly and attentive. I ordered the guayabito michelada and it was really good. My aunt ordered a lime margarita and she didn't like it because it tasted like it was made with artificial flavors and it was too sweet. We ordered the guayabito aguachiles and they were very flavorful, delicious, and perfectly spicy. My aunt got the camarones al mojo de ajo and she really liked them. Hands down the best seafood in town. So delicious! We got the shrimp cocktail, parilladas, with hand made tortillas and tamarind margaritas. Everything was so good. All of the sauces with the parilladas were flavorful and great on everything. We came with our baby and they were great at accommodating us. My order wasn't placed, the girl looked at me like I was nothing, she turned away and said wait 18minutes. I was fine with that. I then, took a seat inside to wait. I absolutely hate the service. But this is one of those places you only dare to come back for the food. Tonight I'm extremely mad as my family came to celebrate a birthday. My reservation was at 5:30pm and I arrived at 5:38. No one came to take my drink order till the rest of the party arrived at 6. By then I was parched. We got our food at 7 and as I proceeded to eat my favorite dish something was off and tasted burned. Upon further inspections noticed the shrimp tail ends were burned which transferred to what I use to consider my favorite shrimp dish! Bad customer service. Went one time and took us an hour to get our food and to call them over to Atleast get us drinks. I understand the virus and all has made things hard for businesses including this one ok with that being said, I went a second time and they had the same 2 girls serving outside and noticed a lot of people waiting on there food. My family and I usually visit this place every so often with my family. This time my family and I were very disappointed with the service. All of the girls working there had a disgusting attitude. We got all of our food at a different time. I got my tortillas when I was about to finish my food, my dad had told them to bring his drink when the food had arrived and he didn't get his drink until he was almost finished with his food. We told the server that we were unsatisfied with the service and she blamed it on it being busy when all she was doing was standing around and talking to the other girls working there. Also my dads plate only had 4 camarones and we told them if they could please put more and they took long. Many flies all over the place. Overall don't come here. And just today, my mom was called CRAZY by one of them because she was upset that she had to get her drinks herself twice & had to stand up to ask for extra utensils because the waitresses were too busy gossiping up at the front. The waitress seemed too busy to care at all for our table. She didn't check up on us. She didn't give us napkins. And she also never gave me my tortillas for my order. My friend also ordered a Jarritos and didn't get it till about 10 minutes later. When I go to restaurants I tend to be very observant, especially because I, myself am a server.
