Service from waiter was fast we placed an order note sushi menu does not have a price we ask and it was $20 a roll . We got 2 sushi rolls . Kids meals of Mac and cheese and fries (portions were big could have ordered 1 for both toddlers ) we got a melon drink for them and might as well have them a tub of sugar . The rolls were dry . The ceviche tostadas are small Basically none of it was good except for the kids meal and the quality is not worth the price .

Agua de tamarindo to sweet and agua de horchata that doesn't taste good.

The price is over exaggerated! I have eaten in better places, Horchata sucked the tamarindo too sweet. Service is not that bad but the pressure while ordering is uncomfortable. The cheese deep is watery and the chips taste like burn, the taste is awful. When coming to this place, you could think that the food is going to be good but is otherwise. The loud music is overwhelming. The rice mushy and shrimp hard with no flavor only color.

Ok..we had to stop on our way back from OBX for lunch! Hubby had the seafood pasta and believe you me it sure had a lot of seafood in it! Each morsel had its own distinct flavor, and the sauce was perfect. It came with a piece of toasted bread. My three shrimp tacos on the corn tacos were delicious. I also got some guacamole which added a great flavor. Osker was our waiter and he was terrific just like everyone says.

This has to be the top 1 Mexican restaurant in NC. And one of the best restaurants overall. This place was too good and reminded me of one of my favorite restaurants in Cabo San Lucas. I want EVERYONE to go here because the food will blow your mind!! For starters, the staff was all super friendly from the host to our servers. We were checked on often with a smile and everyone was very helpful with the large menu. The place itself has a fun and vibrant atmosphere with music playing. It was definitely packed but we also went on a saturday night. The drinks are amazing!! I'm someone who usually thinks all margaritas taste the same but their margarita flight and frozen margaritas were outstanding. They give you complimentary tostada with fish which I thought was very unique. We got the pescado zarandeado which was snapper grilled on a flame, camarones brass, and two shrimp tacos. Our friends got the camarones brass with a lobster tail and the shrimp wrapped in bacon which they loved. The prices were amazing for the portion of food they give you and the food came with a buttery piece of texas toast and a side of rice and veggies, fries, refried beans, or salad. The pescado zarandeado stole the entire show. Aside from the massive plate that could feed two or three people, the fish was one of the best I ever had. Super flavorful and grilled to perfection. I don't think I could come here again and not order it. The camarones brass were so good and tasted unlike any other shrimp dish you'll find anywhere else. If you're here to order shrimp I'd definitely recommend this plate. The ACC (ACP but with shrimp) also looked good. The shrimp tacos... now THAT is what a taco is. I haven't stopped thinking about this place since I ate here.

Amazing decor, I mean amazing decor! The waiters are extremely attentive. They give you large portions, I mean extremely large portions, so I would order one thing at a time and go from there. Unfortunately, to me, the food is not good, although it's pretty, it does lack flavor. However, I went there for the margaritas, I was told they made great margaritas, and the presentation was nice. It wasn't a lot of liquor in it unfortunately, but it was pretty.

Wow! Was this place great! So many seafood options that exceed to typical texmex slop that is the norm for Mexican food in the USA! I had the octopus tacos, my fellows dinners had shrimp taco and another had a fried octopus dish and all were amazing. All three of us were still talking about the place the next day!

This is the Ceviche Nayarit. 10/10!

The food was tasty and delicious. I would definitely go back. The service was really friendly. I enjoyed the live music.

The menu is a little confusing and there were options of food that was not on the menu and there were foods listed with no prices, but the waitress was sweet and answered all of my 12 questions. Hubby and I shared the shrimp tacos and the ceviche Nayarit. Both dishes were amazing. The shells of the tacos were cooked to perfection and the shrimp and other stuff inside the tacos were so flavorful. I would have liked a side of fries and for the price of the meal it should come with them. The ceviche brought me back to my childhood in Lima, Peru. It has just the right amount of lime and spices and the mango updated this old favorite of mine. I just loved this dish. Def by far the best ceviche I have had in NC. I am already planning to try the flight of margaritas next. This is a fun, delicious restaurant with sweet efficient staff and super clean. I can't wait to return.

Such a fun special occasion type of place for Mexican seafood. Platters looked amazing! We just got appetizers but it was plenty enough to fill us up. As soon as you sit down we were served with complimentary tuna ceviche or or something like that with a side of fried tortillas. My spicy shrimp appetizer was amazing and so flavorful! My husband tried their mixed seafood ceviche. Seafood was really fresh and tender. I definitely want to come back and try more of the dinner entrees. Overall it's a great place to try just know it's a little bit pricey which is understandable for it being seafood. Plus you get lots of food!

We went with the Cajun wings and a seafood boil with king crab legs, shrimp, boiled eggs, potatoes, and corn. You can choose between different marinades and spice levels. We went with garlic butter and mild spice. I really wanted to try the shrimp fried rice but it was no longer available, I assume due to being sold out. Next time! Upon delivery, the food arrived very hot and smelled delicious. They ensure it's packaged so a leak doesn't occur. The wings were super crispy, flavorful, and delicious. The boil was a huge portion, truly fresh, flavorful, and delicious. You never know what you're going to get when you order seafood for delivery, but we were thoroughly impressed! The seafood boil and wings could feed two people I'd say. I can't wait to order again and absolutely will be. I will say the only downside is the price, it was about $160 for the boil and wings, but for a special occasion, absolutely worth it. I was debating between four and five stars but it was SO delicious and fresh, that I had to go with five.

Had the calamari as an appetizer, very chewy, I would not recommend. I really went for the crab broil. Mine had, crab legs, shrimp, potatoes, corn and sausage, everything was cooked well. I went with the Big Bang sauce, mild which includes Cajun, garlic and lemon pepper. It is salty. Overall, it was a solid broil for the price. I went in early on a Friday, service was quick and friendly. Dim lighting and cool upbeat music.

We couldn't decide which was better, they were both delicious, not at all the cafeteria restaurant soup we almost expected, but very homemade. $5 a cup, but $3.90 since we ordered lunch menu items. Well worth the money! Lunch was Fish 'n Chips for me; super good crispy fried white fish, not greasy at all, which is the sure fire way to ruin any fried meal. The fries are really good, too, almost McDonaldy. Comes with tartar, ketchup, malt vinegar (asked for), and a really good garlic aioli. Hubs had Shrimp Risotto, which was blackened shrimp over really creamy risotto with red peppers, scallion, and tomato. Delicious. Also couldn't decide who got the better lunch. Our lunch specials were less than $15 each, a bargain today, and we each took half home. Hubs also had a beer, and I had the house Cabernet, which was really smooth. Around $50 for everything; didn't mind spending that at all since everything was so good. Really glad we found this newer place; fingers crossed it doesn't go the way of so many downhill the longer they're here.

When you arrive there is parking in front of the restaurant as it's located in a shopping plaza. When you walk in you'll feel like you've been transported to a trendy, energetic, and coastal beach restaurant. There are also TVs at the bar if you are looking to watch sports. We checked in with the host and opted for a table. To start we ordered the queso (Smoky queso, pico de gallo, fresh cilantro) and added the smoky chorizo. The queso was very good and had a great smoky flavor with a little spice. You'll want to order an appetizer as chips are not complimentary. For drinks my partner ordered the strawberry mojito (Bacardi limon, mint, lime, soda, strawberry) which was good and on the sweeter side. I ordered the Desert Fire (Jalapeño infused lunazul, triple sec, chipotle simple syrup, lime, spicy rim) which was on the spicier side but was so good. For mains my partner ordered the Mahi Wrap (Blackened mahi, napa-romaine mix, fresh avocado, honey chipotle sauce, Caribbean salsa, grilled flour tortilla with seasoned fries) which had a nice balance of flavors. The fish was a bit overcooked but the seasoned fries and flavors made up for the dry fish. I ordered the surf & turf burrito (Grilled shrimp, marinated steak, queso rice, grilled onions, pico de gallo, queso fresco, baja crema, topped with habanero onions & arugula, cilantro served with black beans) topped with the tomato cream sauce. The sauce had a nice smoky flavor and the shrimp were cooked perfectly. As for the steak, kind of the same issue as the fish where it was overcooked/cooked well done. For dessert we ordered the Sugar churros (Whipped cream, caramel dipping sauce) which were served piping hot and they go perfectly with the dip. We ended up stirring the whipped cream and the caramel sauce together. I definitely would stop by salt & lime cabo grill for mexican food but would opt for just shrimp as the main meat vs mahi or steak. Looking forward to my next visit to salt & lime.

You really do 'get what you pay for'. The bar and dining area are casual, modern and inviting. There is also a spacious patio for al fresco dining when the weather is nice. I was particularly impressed with the Salmon BLT. This enhanced version of the classic BLT is hearty, meaty, slightly crunchy and simply delicious. Another favorite of ours is the Honey-Chipotle Shrimp Wrap with lettuce and roasted red peppers. There are plenty of lightly fried, slightly briny shrimp crammed into an interesting spinach tortilla wrap. The unlimited basket of golden brown, almost sweet Hush Puppies comes with semi-soft honey butter - addictive. There are several lunch options on the 'Small Plate' menu (we found the servings to be more than adequate). That old standard, Fish and Chips was done to perfection. The thick piece of delicate, mild white fish was was covered in a light, golden-brown batter. I substituted Fried Okra for the Potatoes, and it was delicious. The Flounder and Oyster small plate is another winner. The ten crunchy, juicy fried oysters and a large founder filet were cooked just right. Small plates also include a small cup of Cole Slaw. The colossal slice of Coconut Cheesecake was simply scrumptious - creamy, smooth and so coconutty. Do yourself a favor and indulge.
