Come right in, when you can!" I was thrown off with them being next to the car rental place - at first I thought they were closed. I dealt with Art - who was extremely friendly, up-front, and went over the details with me over trading in my old car, and with the car I was looking at. I test drove. It was everything I was hunting for - and he went above and beyond getting all the paperwork in order for me. With the current supply-demand going on, the haggling has been much worse than ever before. I was referred by a relative to reach out to this dealership. I received straight forward price, trade in amount, and they were able to get the exact Telluride I was looking for. I completed my financing on their website and knew exactly what I was paying before I took the 9 hour drive. I got the call letting me know when my vehicle would arrive so I could plan the trip. Naturally, I worried that once I got there, things would change and I end up wasting all this time. I can excitedly report that my experience was absolutely seamless and the whole process was relaxing. Yes, I said relaxing because I know that's not a normal feeling going to a dealership. (Especially as a woman) Everyone I encountered throughout my process was warm, friendly and easy. Communication was great from the financing standpoint and normally that's where things start getting a little muddled from my car buying experience. I love my new ride and will take that trip when I am ready for another purchase. It's unfortunate that I had to drive so far and that other dealerships are not always this great. The staff is rude and unprofessional, and their customer service is extremely disappointing. I purchased a 2026 vehicle, and within two weeks warning lights started coming on. Instead of taking responsibility or standing behind the vehicle, they attempted to charge me $1,800 for repairs on what should clearly be a warranty issue. To make matters worse, the managers refused to speak with me or make any effort to resolve the problem. No accountability, no concern, and no customer care after the sale.
