If your idea of customer service is performing work WITHOUT discussing costs, sending SURPRISE…read moreBILLS afterward, and then dragging customers into court, this is apparently the company for you. We had a service contract. A technician came out, replaced parts, never discussed pricing, never asked for authorization, and when we asked about an invoice before he left, we were told, "You're all good." Spoiler alert: we were not all good. About a month later, the company withdrew $285 from my bank account without any prior notice. Mind you, I provided my debit card number for 1 oil delivery and then again for a service contract. I did not authorize them to "keep my card on file", but they did. That was how I learned there was apparently a bill. Not from a phone call. Not from an invoice. Not from a discussion. Just a surprise withdrawal. Then came round two. During an annual tune-up that was included in the service package we had already paid for, more parts were allegedly replaced. Once again, nobody discussed costs. Once again, nobody requested authorization. Once again, a bill magically appeared afterward. At that point I started reading reviews and was amazed to find multiple customers describing experiences that sounded incredibly familiar. Apparently, I wasn't the only person wondering why costs seem to become visible only after the work is already done. The company eventually took me to court over the disputed charges. After all the time, aggravation, paperwork, and stress, the case settled for a small fraction of what they were demanding. The lesson I learned? If this company tells you, "You're all good," immediately ask them to define what that means in writing. If you choose to do business with them, get EVERYTHING in writing. Ask for prices before a single screw is turned. Ask what parts are being replaced. Ask what isn't covered. Ask what will be billed later. Ask twice. Repairs cost money. Parts cost money. Nobody expects free service. What customers do expect is honesty, communication, and the opportunity to approve charges before they're billed. Based on my experience, I would never do business with this company again, and I strongly encourage anyone considering them to read the reviews very carefully before making that decision.

Service guys are also good- one exception- grouch that complained about his age, my crawl space, crawl space floor & left crawl space door wide open. Some pipes froze that night. Called office to relay experience - polite receptionist, asked to speak with office manager. SHE WAS A BIOTCH! Asked to speak with Owner -BIOTCH REFUSED. The office mgr. answered my call and was Immediately combative. She seemed to want a confrontation! WHAT THE HECK!?!?!?!?! "you can't prove. door likely to have been open when serviceman (grouch) arrived" TOTAL BS Customer Service. To the Woman Mgr. - STOP BEING SO ANGRY. If you hate your job QUIT, please. Customers are not being treated well by her and the Company Reputation is suffering. To the Mysterious Owner - FIRE HER ASAP. she drives away $$$ for business.

Last week the supposed painter came but with no paint, we were informed by him, we were supposed to prepare yet no information was given ahead of time by the office, we were informed this is a complimentary service which we highly disagree as this is a DAMAGE done by false marketing and promise by the company. We don't think collateral damage is appropriate for this as it was Guaranteed who OFFERED and SELL the service when which inspected after installation could not comply with the standards of the township, making it fail in inspection for 3 times, and in the process of supposed fixing of the company's mistake, a damage has been done on the wall and no proper fixing has been followed up with. We had to initiate communication and exert efforts to get it fixed. We were misled by the reviews we have seen online making us trust the company. We REGRET giving Guaranteed Service our trust and business. Some technicians were good, some needs training. In resolution with this, 1. We are opting to not avail any services offered anymore by guaranteed service. 2. Would not recommend the company to anyone. 3. Would fix the damage done by the company ourselves, in our own EXPENSE as we had enough frustrations and delays. With frustration and dismay, Residents of 100 wescott rd Some good feedbacks making it an updated 3-star: Love the service from Steve H., Roger Dela Rosa, Philip C, Tim O'K., Al G., Steven C. and Cody O. Their automated text messaging system with image of the technician is really helpful in determining if someone is posing and for safety
