I would say most of the people working here are nice and chill but aren't interested in small talk (I can't blame them they're just there to do their job). The food is fine, I normally never get the food though because I don't really trust mall food if I'm being real. If you come here to have fun, I'm sure you'll find somewhere even though the mall is pretty boring. You'll see in the photos I put that there escalators are broken and they have been broken for months "temporarily" out of order? More like permanently out of order. The Lakeline Mall is a big and popular mall in the northwest suburbs of Austin, and it has a pretty decent food court which isn't huge, but has a little bit of everything and I appreciate that. I just don't appreciate the things that would have made this court a 4-star place being shut down. It's a nice place to hang out and people watch, or if you're me and Barbie just basically get stared at by lots of different people. In some ways it's a typical food court now that the good stuff is gone, but small and manageable and definitely a good addition to the mall, just sad to think of what it lost.
