    Warm Crab Legs
    Charlie L.

Friday Seafood Night is Back $55.99 or $50.99 with a Rewards Card. The Resort at Summerlin (fka Rampart Casino) has recently introduced new restaurants. We were most excited to try out Friday Seafood Night. We arrived around 3:45 PM and had to only wait about 10 minutes for a table. As we were leaving around 6:45, we did notice the line was pretty long. I immediately proceed to the crab legs. They have cold crab legs (near the front near the shrimp and oysters) and warm crab legs at the other two stations. The warm crab legs were pretty good. Here's a tip, if you are wanting warm crabs legs and the line is too long, they also serve the warm crab legs at the Asian station. The lady was restocking the fresh oysters and she was very polite and friendly when I asked her to put a dozen on my plate. Oysters were pretty good and plump. I always order a glass of water without ice to help clean the oysters. The prime rib was pretty tasty, too. The portion was a little small but since this is an ayce buffet, you can just ask for two pieces and/or go back. I also had a corn in the cob. Our server was very nice and attentive. You can tell there were a lot of professional seafood buffet eaters with their gloves and concentrated eating. The atmosphere was nice and orderly and the experience was reminiscent of past years at the Rampart. We will definitely be back. As indicated above, you get $5 off with a player rewards card. We also had a 2 for 1 buffet coupon that we received in the mail.

Hot crabs and hot butter, there's 2 section for this.

Friday Seafood Buffet haven't disappointed us here. The options of hot and cold crabs at 3 sections of the buffet makes a difference. Salmon is always good too.

Solid buffet Vegas experience. The price is excellent. The buffet price is $35 on prime rib night which is when I went. They have a wide selection of meat (prime rib on certain nights, hamburger, hot dogs, sausage, ribs, chicken wings, rotisserie chicken, fried chicken). Macaroni and cheese was tasty. It had a slight smoked flavor. The pear pasta was good, slightly sweet but good. The vodka pasta was also good. I had both pastas for sweet and savoy experience. The Chinese food was bad. The noodle was too wet and greasy. One of the reasons why I docked a star. The Turkey was dry. One of the reasons why I docked a star. Mashed potatoes were tasty. The salad was good, however, it was missing bacon bits and egg for toppings. The dessert was good. They have soft serve. Bread pudding. Brownies. The sorbet was not offered lile it usually is, so I was disappointed with that. They offers beer package, $8 for all you can drink beer while in the buffet. Overall, a solid experience for the price.

I like the different themes they have here. We went for Aloha night. This place also has a New York Deli Night (on Mondays) and Mexican Food night. Even with the themes, they still offer their regular buffet items, so the themes are just in addition to the regular buffet offerings. We arrived around 5pm. The line wasn't long at all, but there were still a good amount of people. Aloha night includes coconut shrimp, kalua pig with cabbage, kalbi short ribs, a whole succulent pig, pork belly, oxtail stew, and so much more. The coconut shrimp was breaded to perfection and had the perfect amount of coconut taste to it. Kalua pig with cabbage was very tender, though a little bit on the salty side. Kalbi short ribs were perfectly marinated, the succulent pig was okay, but the pork belly was crispy and the meat was tender. Oxtail stew had great flavor, but would be nice if it also included potatoes or veggies. Great for groups. Our server was super attentive and nice. I really enjoyed this buffet.

Service was good. They keep drinks full and empty dirty plates from the table very quickly. The place is rather large but spaced out well so you don't feel like you're on top of everyone while getting food. The food is very average buffet. The price makes up for it though because this is one of the cheapest buffets especially for the price. The have a good variety of options and have various theme nights each week. But overall the food was exactly what you expect from a buffet, basic, dry and meh. The deserts weren't bad though.

This was just my first plate. Orange chicken. Bell peppers. Crab Rangoon. Shrimp and noodles. So good !

First of all our server was great ! So sweet and attentive. Over and beyond ! Yes I gave her a $20. She deserved it just for her Amazingly friendly personality. Now let's get to the food and the choices... OMG ! This is the closest I've seen comparable to World Buffet at Rio which was HUGE ! We got there for lunch and Everything was so super hot and fresh. All stations looked great. Organized and clean. The entire place was spotless. Walking area was nice and clean. I honestly don't have one negative thing to say... You should definitely go and see for yourself. Thank you for staying open while so many others have closed or went down hill like a speeding 18 wheeler with no brakes down the Cajon pass !

My next best buffet so far! My Bf and i always come here on Sunday brunch! Good food! Great staff and love the corn beef hash! Also comps are good to use if you have the Rampart players card!

This buffet was better than a lot of fancy buffet places on the strip. Located inside Rampart casino. You would get decent food here without breaking your bank. Good various of dishes from different countries. Asian, Italian, Mexican, American. Loved the pasta bar and the gelato bar. Our server was attentive, always making sure our drinks were filled.

The quality of the food is good, the flavor is a little bit on the bland side. Overall, clean, modern and the servers had great customer service. I went for lunch during a Thursday and I only paid $26. That's still very affordable. Had three slices of prime rib. The only down side I found and maybe that was based on my perception was the fact that the person carving the prime rib kept cutting the pieces thinner and smaller every time I went back. I was staying by the strip so driving to the buffet was a big off the way. Would I visit again, depends on where I'm staying at. If I'm staying on the strip, then no. I wouldn't drive off my way for it.

Super affordable buffet!!! 2025 Memorial Day Monday lunch buffet $23.99 Line was pretty long for 30 min + but no wonder check out the price! Such a killer deal when Rampart Casino Market Place Buffet has steak, fresh food, and plenty of dessert options. It's also very spacious inside with plenty of tables. We went as a group of 10 and didn't have to wait too long once we paid. Overall this buffet has all the basic foods you could want. Food: Steak, sausage, pizza, salad, fruit, Asian section, charcuterie, chicken noodle soup, all the deserts, and ice cream.

Galbi short ribs (a bit salty after eating a couple) and soft shell crab blt sandwich for the NYE buffet event

I was here for the New Year's Eve buffet invite only event for the 4pm reservation time. I like the variety of food, and that there was an open bar! The bartender was so sweet and nice and made really good cocktails. I did only get two different types of cocktails, but they were both very good. She made a suggestion on what to mix with in order to make a cocktail with Disaronno and it was excellent! I've also eaten here many times before with my family and my kids love it here. There's always something for everyone to eat for their apps, main meal, and even desserts. I just wish there was some allergen info for the food items, as my youngest is severely allergic to eggs, peanuts, all tree, nuts, and sesame. I'm just so scared of misinformation from the chefs (I have asked before for multiple food items and most of the time they doing have a positive answer) or cross-contamination, so I usually just have to pack her own food, but it can be hard at times. So back to the NYE buffet - some of the food items were extremely salty. The galbi/kalbi short ribs were a bit salty but was still edible up to a certain point. But the lobster bisque - omg. SO SALTY! I even added a bunch of hot water to my bowl to dilute the saltiness, but then the soup was watery, and it was still a bit salty I couldn't bring myself to eat that much of it. When I was here for Thanksgiving, the lobster bisque was perfect. So it was just an off night for that bisque which happened to be for a pretty important event, unfortunately. We all still really enjoy this buffet though! The staff is always so kind and attentive and the variety of food that the majority of my family can eat is good.

Very disappointed in this buffet I've been coming here quite a while I've noticed since the pass 8 months they only give you half of the prime rib this is very sad for being in the best area in Las Vegas when I ask the server why only half he said that's what the chef wants are you kidding me are they trying to save money or is the chief taking home the other half this is uncalled for for as many times l have lost money here I could at least have a decent meal they're trying to Penny pinch prime rib not even downtown casino Pinches prime rib and it's a lot less expensive at $35.99 I expect a full slice of prime rib this need to be addressed by management I will definitely not come here again until I hear the give a full slice of prime rib look at the picture of my prime rib not even worth the money boycott only way they will listen!!!

I really, really, REALLY wanted to like this place. I heard some great things about this place so I was hoping for the same experience. I hate to say it but this was not the case. The people were friendly, the place was clean, there was no like, the service was great!! The food...was ok. We went on a Saturday night around 7PM for Hawaiian night. It seemed like a lot of the food was kept in the warmers for a while. The food was not fresh. The garlic eggplant had a LOT of oil in it, it looked like soup. The spam fried rice didn't have any flavor. As a matter of fact most of the food lacked flavor. The prime rib was eh, flavorless, even with the au jus. The only thing that had flavor was the raspberry ice tea and desserts. The desserts were the best thing going for them but by the time I got to the desserts, I was already full. I should have started there first. I would love to come back and try A different day...maybe it was just an off day for the cooks. If you're ok with bland food or are trying to reduce salt intake, this is a place for you to try. However if you are trying to watch your sugar intake, don't go here because the desserts will get you hooked. I'll try it again someday but not anytime soon.

More like evicted soon, am I right?…read more Wicked Spoon is the long-lived buffet in the Chelsea Tower of the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. I prioritized other casinos' spots earlier in my Vegas career, then shifted focus quickly to much-more-affordable local AYCE sushi experiences when I moved here. It was only after I heard the rumors that MGM plans to remove all buffets from their properties by next year that I started having some regrets. Fortunately, a friend from out of town invited me out here today for brunch, so I finally went. He kindly covered it for both of us, although I believe it's in the fifty-dollar ballpark, which isn't too bad in light of what I had. The wait to get in was probably about 15-20 minutes (possibly expedited due to low party size). (Buffet strategy advice section: walk around and look at everything, take small portions when possible before considering seconds, get creative like just grabbing lime/lemon wedges to add to other foods or beverages.) A lot of their takes on some of the main buffet draws are hits for sure. Their crab legs are salted to the right amount, and the meat releases easily from the shell. The shrimp from the same station is easy to peel and is cooked nicely enough. The steak from the carving station - I could only see a tri-tip label, which might track - was tender and pink, worked well with the chimichurri sauce, and also provided an excuse to enjoy great sides such as mashed potatoes and creamed spinach. The bone marrow was super decadent. The smoked salmon was pretty standard. And pretty much all of the desserts which I tried were good to great: mini chocolate lava cake, bread pudding, banoffee ice box cake, chocolate mousse, Thai tea gelato, raspberry sorbet. The biggest issue I had was with the short rib polenta. Although the short rib was tender and the polenta was cooked nicely, it was extremely bland. The dim sum options mostly looked mediocre upon lifting the steamer lid, and the shu mai ended up a bit too chewy. And they didn't seem to have little dishes for the soy sauce either, so I improvised only semi-successfully with the plastic butter cups. The green curry mussels were a little less than fresh. And the juice station looked real interesting, but the apple cranberry one was too sweet and the mango passion fruit tasted as if they'd made an agua fresca and let a bunch of ice melt in it. The server was attentive enough with refilling beverages and clearing the table. The music is their take on vaguely energetic buffet music which I was accustomed to in my trips to one of the more expensive Strip buffets. The plates, utensils, etc. seemed pretty clean overall. Overall, Wicked Spoon is a pretty solid mid-level Vegas buffet that definitely works at its price point. Consider me sad now that I've experienced it to know that it will likely go away sooner than later.

Inside, the buffet itself was underwhelming. The overall design and ambiance felt dated and uninviting. The floors were messy, and the food stations did not appear to be actively maintained throughout service. If you plan to visit, make sure to arrive early. Toward the end of service, many food trays were no longer being replenished, yet guests were still charged full price. To make matters worse, the soda we were served was completely flat. The only highlights of our visit were the prompt table service from the bussing staff and the excellent white chocolate bread pudding. Overall, I would not recommend this buffet. At the time we went, brunch was $54.99 per person, and we paid around $124 total for the two of us. Considering it's Las Vegas and during a holiday, I'd say the price felt reasonable for the variety offered. The buffet had a wide selection of food. They had all the brunch basics like eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, waffles, and an omelet station where they cook it fresh. There were also plenty of lunch options including pasta, pizza, roasted meats, and a carving station with prime rib. What I liked most was the variety--they also had sushi, a salad bar, fresh fruits, and a seafood section with shrimp, oysters, salmon, and other options. For drinks, they offered coffee, tea, and juice, which was convenient. And of course, there were lots of desserts like cakes, pastries, gelato, and mini sweets. The atmosphere felt more festive since it was New Year's Day. It was a bit busy, but still organized, and the place has that elegant Bellagio vibe without feeling too overwhelming. Personally, I didn't eat as much as I wanted because I wasn't feeling well that day and didn't have much of an appetite (as I've mentioned in my past videos), but my husband really enjoyed the food, so that made the experience worth it for us. Overall, if you're in Vegas during the holidays and want a place with a lot of options in one spot, this is a good choice. Just come hungry to really make the most out of it!

There was plenty of parking at 1:30 in the afternoon. It wasn't crowded. Seated immediately. The place was very clean and organized. And I should know by now that you should start at the end of any buffet but again I failed. By the time I got to the lobster my plate was full. Servers kept the drinks filled and dirty plates removed. Kudos to them despite all their soccer watching. As for the food, I did not like the lobster at all. They smothered it in some awful tasting sauce and the lobster was tough and chewy. There were 3 crab legs left. The beef ribs were not appetizing. Most of the other dishes were standard Chinese buffet fare, even the desserts. There was one amazing dish and that was the shrimp. Both the tempura and peal and eat shrimp were huge! And they tasted great. They also had roast duck that was very tasty. Great fresh fruit selections and ice cream. There was a small discount for senior citizens but not enough to offset the minimal amount of food we ate. Honestly, it's absolutely not worth the $50. Maybe if they didn't trash the lobster it could be better and make it worth the money charged.

There was a short line, so we decided to try our luck and wait it out. Luckily, it wasn't a very long wait for a party of 4. We ordered the Palace Pan Roast and the Bouill-Roast. Both were made in front of us and came out piping hot! They were delicious! Rich in flavor, lots of meat, and so filling! Price is as expected, especially in that part of Las Vegas, but such a tasty meal. We've tried to eat here a few different times, but the line can get so long and with limited seating, it just didn't seem worthwhile. However, if you can be flexible on your meal time, you can get lucky with a short wait. I'm so glad to have tried this out, and can't wait to make it back in and eat through more of the menu!

I had explained that I was diabetic and I saw a few single seats available and if she could seat me as I saw she pulled others out of the line after me. She said with a very rude tone--"if there was an empty seat, I would have seated you already." The food was just as I remembered and very good. I may go back again but not in the middle of the afternoon.

OK, it's not the first dining experience I've had here but I really needed a great meal and the GLC delivered the goods today. Folks when I'm in Vegas I'm normally dining here a few times. It's great food, open late and has exceptional coffee in the morning. When you're needing a comfort food meal this is the only place in Vegas that can guarantee you that experience. Best chicken salad sandwich you'll dine on. Sensational appetizers with my two favorites being the mini cheeseburgers & buffalo chicken rolls and FRANKS new favorite entree is the Jambalaya. Benefits for gamblers it's open late for when you need a recharge. The hidden gem is the coffee counter in the morning. NO LINE ( don't tell anybody ) plus its coffee is robust & delicious. Starbucks next door is 50 people deep and GLC not only has no line but the pastry's are exceptional. Also note you can get desert at the coffee area as well all day & night. Grab a slice of the carrot cake you won't be sorry it's so scrumptious. Hopefully this is a good enough guide for you to see the light and come try the Grand Lux Experience.
