Beautiful hotel and the presentation is great. Looks so good but tastes soso including the desserts. The desserts are too sweet. The fruit juice and slush tastes really good though. Happy Buffeting!!

feeling so nostalgic writing this, I'm already thinking of going back. we had reservations to the caesar palace buffet the night prior, but even with the reservations the line was 2 hours! we were so hungry and had no idea we had to wait so we left disappointed and got food someplace else. the morning after we decided to try the buffet at the actual hotel we were staying in lol and it did not disappoint! everything you need was there and was fresh and yummy. there were no lines, although I'm not sure if it gets busy later in the day. we enjoyed our brunch and ate lots of food!

Review is for Sunday night dinner at the Buffet. First, this is not to be confused with the buffet (same name) as the Buffet at the Wynn. This one is located inside Bellagio. Cost: $80 per person for weekend dinner before tax/tip. Came around 6pm and there was no line! Unfortunately, this is one of the few highlights. There is a wide variety of food, per usual at a buffet but the quality is lacking. The best items were the prime rib, elote, and protein skewers (chicken and shrimp). Best desserts were the lime custard and the pineapple whip. Everything else is just okay. There is a good variety of seafood options including crab legs, but they were dry. They also had a Seafood boil which I didn't try. I love clam chowder so I tried it here but it was watered down. I saw the staff poured in the chowder from a bag into the pot- disappointing. Dessert bar had several options like cakes, gelato, and a crepe bar; only one flavor for the crepe. The signs didn't match the dessert so that was confusing. Overall, would not recommend coming here for $80 dinner. Would recommend going to the buffet at Wynn (which I visited last month).

Well, they certainly have something here for everyone! The buffet includes (but is not limited to) breakfast items such as omelets, pancakes, and hash browns to salad, pizza, seafood and even Thanksgiving dinner fixings! And of course, there's a very large dessert station... You won't leave hungry but satisfaction is a different story as the food quality varies from item to item. Oddly enough, my favorites were the grits, mashed potatoes and country gravy. I'd recommend checking out the buffet and deciding for yourself ;)

I used to visit the Buffet at Bellagio before 2019, and I finally came back today -- and it still lives up to the hype! Guadalupe took great care of us -- very kind and attentive. The food was amazing with a wide variety: * Mexican live taco station * Live crêpes made fresh * Multiple kinds of pizza and pasta * Delicious seafood, especially the boil and crab legs * Flavorful Asian dishes * Fresh juices * A huge dessert section with lots of options The ambience is classic and a bit old-school, but still feels nice and elegant. Everything was clean, well-organized, and the experience was smooth. Glad I came back -- still one of the best buffets in Vegas!

OK, I know my reviews are all over the place with this Buffet, but since we almost always stay at the Bellagio on our 2-3 trips a year to Vegas, we always end up having breakfast here. After our last dinner experience, that's a forever no-no, but sometimes we want to get in quick, eat, and leave. You can say what you want to about visitation in Vegas being down, but there's been very little wait for Gold Level players the past few breakfast visits, even on a Sunday morning. There are some consistencies I'd like to point out. First, the ladies taking your money (or charging it to your room) along with the hostesses, just aren't super friendly. I usually have a better interaction with bank tellers. Now they aren't rude, but don't expect them to give you a warm welcome. And honestly, this has been the case for years. TIP: They'll ask you for a tip when you pay. I hate this, but I get it. Since we always charge it to our room, and we tip based on service, we always tip cash at the table. Maybe that's why the ladies aren't very nice to me? The servers, bussers, are usually really on top of it. The best servers will sometimes help you get your initial drinks and/or refills. If it's really busy, they won't have time, but it's a nice touch. I've rarely left my table to 2nds (or 3rds) and return seeing a dirty plate. This is much appreciated. I wish they would switch out the silverware at the same time, but it's standard at every buffet to reuse your fork and knife. The food is also pretty consistent, especially in regard to the selection. We occasionally see a new item, but rarely. I guess that might be one reason we go here, because we know what to expect. You might be seated right away, but there will always be a line at the omelet station. I can't think of any food that stands out, it's your basic brunch fair. Overall, for how long this place has been here, it's beginning to show its age in the furniture and decor. Since they remodeled all their rooms to be much brighter, it seems like the Buffet could use a lift and it's pretty tan and brown inside. Still, since the Bellagio lacks any real quick service for a hearty breakfast, (sorry, we NOT fans of Sadelle's Café), this Buffet will have to do, and in all honesty, it works.

A world class high end hotel that has a collection of the worlds finest retail stores and brands that unfortunately has a buffet that is the exact opposite of high end and --in my opinion--is a complete waste of your money, time, and also could be a risk to your health as both my wife and I had stomach issues for 5 to 6 hours after eating here today. Probably the worst dining experience of "Expectations" VS "Reality" my wife and I have ever had in Vegas Dining Ok My wife and I came to Vegas for 5 nights staying at the Cosmopolitan hotel. Keep in mind that even though we live in Tampa now we used to live in Las Vegas in Summerlin from 2010 thru 2015 and we have also been back to Vegas many times since 2015 over the years so we have plenty of prior experience eating at many great restaurants in Vegas and also on occasions the "higher end" buffets at Bellagio and Wynn. We have not been to Vegas in a few years though and this time we went back to the Bellagio Buffet and it was Horrible I would say back in 2010-2015 (and after 2015 to before the Covid Pandemic) the Bellagio Buffet was a 9.0+ on a scale of 1 to 10 as far as "buffets" go But now..... this place still charges like it is a high end 9.0+ dining experience (at least for buffets) but the quality of the food here has fallen to the 2.5 to 3.5 range on a scale of 1 to 10. An absolute waste of $90 for 2 people and it could have been worse as we did have a myVEGAS buy 1 get 1 50% off (and even with that discount it still was approximately $90 with tax) What would be an appropriate price in Vegas for the actual current quality of the food they offer??? Between $14.95 and $$18.95 per person at the very most and even at those prices --you would not feel very good after eating here as the food quality is so low. Even the quality of such simple things as iced tea, coffees, fruit and juices are very low. They use coffee machines now and to give you an idea of how bad and low the quality is.... Even Racetrack and WaWa and other chain gas stations coffee in their coffee machines are 2 to 3 times better than what Bellagio serves. As far as the food.... Like I said we used to live here from 2010 to 2015 and visited several times after 2015 to before Covid and at those times this place (as far as buffet food goes) was a 9.0+. But now the quality of the food here has fallen to the 2.5 to 3.5 range on a scale of 1 to 10. Both My wife and I also felt ill after eating here and have spent the majority of the morning on the toilet wishing we had just not gone to Bellagio Buffet. The bottom line is it is really sad and quite embarrassing how low Bellagio has fallen in this offering. If they are not going to offer high quality food like they used to then they should just close the buffet down permanently as it is extremely expensive and downright embarrassingly bad.

Ambiance: it's located inside the Bellagio hotel, right next to the O show theatre, very spacious dining area inside, although facilities are old and the food selections are not impressive as it's supposed to be a middle tier buffet, honestly, most disappointing strip buffet experience I've ever had. Service: the servers attentively cleaned the table and plates, but some of the kitchen staff weren't very nice, I saw other guests were yelled for not getting into the line, which I wouldn't blame them as there's no clear sign Food & Drink: mediocre taste and not so fresh ingredients Seafood - ** limited choices, small cocktail shrimps, not fresh tuna poke, octopus was fine, dry salmon, aged shellfish like crawfish, oysters and clams, so dry and no longer eatable, you don't need to be the expert to tell their seafood wasn't fresh, crab legs were fine, but not worth the surcharges Meat - *** slice of prime rib was okay, beef rib was so dry and rubbery, pork belly was old Omelet - **** freshly made, recommend Far East - ** limited choices, just like fast food trays Desserts - *** variety of choices, although taste was meh Juice Bar - *** pre-made fruit juices Beverage - ** self served coffee, tasted awful Price: honestly poor quality, not worth per person cost of brunch $54.99 and weekend seafood $74.99 plus tax and fees. Agreed with some other reviews, the food quality is horrible, such as chewing zombie meat. After all, I felt like throwing $170 for two into trash can.

My daughter and I enjoyed the brunch buffet here. It was tremendous. There was a full breakfast area with made-to-order omelets, a carving station with lots of delicious sides, an Asian station and a seafood boil area; Italian food of course and lots and lots of desserts. The brunch costs about $50 per person and ends at 2pm. Very enjoyable.

Great salad bar and the desert bar has great pastry chef offerings!

This is a very delicious buffet with all the standard offerings. I remember in the past, about 20 years ago, they had very high-end items, including wild boar and venison. Now, they've tailored it to the average person's palette. The omelette station is absolutely delicious and the selection of desserts adequate with each one not just your standard, but are true pastry delights. I love that the have a carving station with a variety of meats including traditional turkey and all the fixings! Don't miss the pasta station is it's not generic but absolutely gourmet. Especially the cheese pasta and the mushroom. I give this buffet five stars for sure. Self serve beverages are a nice touch.

We went for the Brunch buffet around 11 AM. There is a two hour seating limit. After paying at the front, we were seated. There were still lots of empty tables at this time. Tons of coffee/pop/juices to choose from for drinks. They also offer alcoholic beverages (extra charge). There was so much food to choose from. I appreciated all the variety! I was looking forward to the raw oysters but they didn't have any during the time I went. My favourite section was the poke bar which was kind of hidden. It's not by the sushi, but by the middle island where the bagels are. Would not recommend the turkey - pretty dry, unfortunately. I could feel the oil oozing out of the bacon with every bite. :') Overall, I think it's a good variety if you want to have lots of different things, but the food quality is not great. I wouldn't pay full price.

The Buffet at Bellagio Reviews in Other Languages

Ask the Community - The Buffet at Bellagio

Is there still a breakfast buffet at The Bellagio? Neither of us wants brunch. If it's still open, what is the weekday cost? Thanks so much!!

They are considered a Brunch during weekdays but have a lot of breakfast options. Price is about $55 per all day whether you are eating breakfast or lunch/dinner menu. They will bring out all kinds of foods as the day wears on and take away most…

How much is the lunch buffet?

    $54.99

Do they have king crab legs?

Sometimes. It's snow crab mostly or a "seafood boil" with some crab in it. Depends on the time and the day of the week too.

What is the wait time during the week? Does the menu change on the Buffet during the M-F 8am to 3pm hours?

We were just there and went on a Monday and Tuesday around 10:00 am. The wait wasn't very long, maybe 10 minutes or so. While they call it "brunch" on the weekends, and charge more, besides a little more seafood, we didn't notice a difference.

How long is the wait for walk in on the weekends (fri-sun)?

The wait can be long, 45 minutes or longer. Long line. If you are Gold rewards or higher it is a short line. I recommend 10 am as it is the time we have seen the shortest lines.

Will they seat us if we get there at 8-8:30pm on a Saturday? Our flight is scheduled to land at LAS at 7pm

They open at 9 but make a reservation and it will help

Can I make reservation for tomorrow?

Go to their website and book in advance. Might be sold out. You pick time.

Faut il prendre une réservation pour un groupe?

You would have to talk to a casino host depending on the size of your group. It also depends on the day of the week. Give MGM rewards a call.

Does the Buffett offer lobster or king crab on the weekends?

I had crab legs on Sunday there. They tasted like stale Cheerios plus all the veggies are mushy like they thought they could get one more serving out of it before throwing it out. $80 for the pleasure of old food. Enjoy!

Does anyone know why the reviews state no crab legs but others rave about the crab? Trying to nail down if crab legs will be available on a Saturday dinner around 5/6 pm.

Hello, You are probably looking at old posts. Prior to the Pandemic we had crab legs. However, due to the shortages of crabs, we are not able to have them daily. We will be…

My wife is vegan, does this buffet have vegan options?

Plenty of salad and fruit. There may be some vegan options there.

How much is dinner buffet? Per person?

    Fri to Sun 5pm to 9pm $66.99, children 6-11 50% off

Is there going to be crab legs for brunch a few days after Christmas? What is the price for brunch during that time period?

Probably not I went a month or so ago and they said no crab because it was too expensive. This was easily the worst buffet I've ever been to. Don't go.

To skip the line, is the $15 extra charge per person for for the group?

It's $15/pp. There's rarely a line; but if there is one, it's short and moves fairly quickly. Save your money for the casino.

Hi. What kind of non-meat (vegetarian, not vegan) options are there? We're ok with eggs / milk products. Thanks.

They have a good variety. Everyday the menu changes but they have a amazing salad bar. Lots of roasted veggies and I am sure you will be happy

Is it possible just to wait in line and walk in on weeknights for dinner?

Yes, of course. We don't take reservations. The buffet is on a walk in basis. First come first serve. The only other option that we have Its a line pass to skip the line but its only if you want to pay $15 extra per person but other wise you just…

Do you have all you can drink beer/wine?

THEY DO HAVE SOME KIND OF ALL YOU CAN DRINK LIQUOR. BUT IT IS AN EXTRA CHARGE. I DON'T KNOW HOW MUCH??

Will you serve King Crab Legs during the dinner this coming Sunday(Oct 2nd 2022)?

Hello, We do not serve crab legs for dinner at any time. Since the Pandamic happen we are not able to have them until the supply chain issues goes away.

    What days is dinner served?

Hello, The dinner buffet is open Fri-SUN from 5p-9pm

Do we need to make a reservation for Thanksgiving day?

We are not taking reservations. Buffet is on a first come first serve basis.

I realize my mistake and we went on Saturday at noon b/c we would be on a Delta flight at 5am that Sunday. We go and speak to Karen and their cashier. I tell Karen everything and ask if there's anyone that can fix this. She said NO. Then says we can pay the $146 again plus $50 to jump the line, and they would figure out how to fix the reservation I dated in error. That Sunday Aug 9th, once we landed I called and spoke to Stacey who identified herself as the Asst GM. I couldn't talk to her fully b/c I was in the airport, and we hung up. The second time, I was in the shuttle, and tried to reason with her. After she was like "there are no refunds", we hung up. The third and final time I called, I could talk and was in my car. I asked if ANYONE could make this right. Stacey stated that Sheri the GM could. Stacey asked me why I didn't ask for a manager on Saturday. I advised that I did ask and was told no one could reverse it. Stacey then says, "I'm not sure why you were told that b/c all THREE of us were here." I asked, "What do you mean all three?" Stacey disconnects the call. I don't call back b/c she gave me Sheri's email. I sent Sheri my email and it took a couple of days for a response. At first, Sherri only apologized for the experience. I wrote back that she did not address THE DUP CHARGE. She finally gives in and refunds my money after I advised that AMEX would be contacted. Lesson: DOUBLE CHECK your date of the reservation. Do NOT make a reservation, just go to the VIP LINE, pay $146 to get in and $50 MORE to skip the line. If you make a reservation, you WILL stand in one line after the next. I'm giving two stars for how this was handled. No ONE has an EXTRA $146 to GIVE AWAY! I don't know who else has experienced this, but I'm not paying for what I didn't get. Please share your thoughts!!! VER our WAITER was AMAZING, and this review is only for the greeters and management.

No complaints just compliments ^.^ Highly recommend to anyone it's very Convenient if you're staying at the hotel.
