The surprise was how well the pickled onions on top of it complimented the salad! The second time I sat at a table and had a burger. It was delicious!! I requested extra lettuce and not sure that happened. But the burger was cooked to perfection. I had the side salad instead of fries which was huge. The servers were nice, treated our party well and made good (and pretty drinks). I got a Lemon Drop and it had the perfect balance of sweet and sour. The look of Gather Bar was cute as well as this spot is covered with long bead strands separating this spot from the main reception area. About 15 minutes later, he returned with a refund receipt, saying it was the best he could do. I understand they were extremely busy, but this isn't the way to operate an establishment. You prepay for your food, seat yourself, and then servers wander around aimlessly checking table receipts with no real system or direction. They're clearly in need of table tracker devices or better organization. The bathrooms were clean. The only thing that kept this from being an even harsher review was Mathew, who was genuinely kind and tried to help. Without him, my experience would have been much worse.
