I agree with the others who stated that the customer service staff are fantastic (at least those on the phone, not too thrilled with some robotic e-mails received). Kai also took care of me today and was very perky and pleasant. Unfortunately, I didn't ask enough questions or stay on the phone through the completion of the transaction, so I had to call right back as it wouldn't let me double up my codes. I had received a free shipping code because I've been experiencing RIDICULOUS lag time on their website for the past week. I've placed previous orders with this company and they did a fantastic job...much better than VistaPrint in my opinion. The quality is just much better and more professional. Normally I would give it 5 stars, but due to the technical issues and repeated calls to customer service, I'm giving it a 3 (not to mention my order hasn't been fixed yet).... When I called back today I got Zach. He was also very friendly, though quiet and calm (which is a good trait to have when dealing with customers). :) Still waiting on him to call me back to complete my order as he had to do a workaround and it takes time to process on his end. I have used this company or its predecessor for 11 years and I have seen the quality of their products and their customer service decline through the years. Most recently I ordered baseball schedules from them. I put in the order in early March, the new MLB schedule was finalized on March 11th and I didn't receive my schedules until April 8th. Each of the 200 schedules has a corner that is turned up, but I don't want to wait yet another month for them to be replaced. Customer service has been iffy the past couple years and when I contacted them to check on when they would be shipped, the rep was snippy and downright rude. I will not be using them again. Turnaround time is terrible. I placed an order 2 weeks ago for marketing materials for my clients, and it was never shipped. After I emailed them to cancel my order because I will not receive it on time, they went ahead and shipped it and then called me saying that it has already been shipped. Customer service advised that I will receive it in 3 days (the deadline that I needed it for.) I just went to track the order and am very disappointed because it will be delivered in 6 days, way after the date I needed it for. I have to purchase elsewhere and overnight it now to be able to get a similar product in time. I was a regular customer for marketing materials on House of Magnets for my business. Very disappointed with customer service. I bought 1000 magnets but was not satisfied with the color or the print as it was v small. I was told to re order a different set and return labels would be sent to me. I waited for more than a week before I called again only to be told I would have to pay for the shipping costs. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. Of course they were very quick to send out the reorder !!! I ordered calendar magnets to insert into my Christmas cards, I ordered the kind where I peeled off the top and stuck on my business card. I never thought to check to see if they were for 12 months. So imagine my surprise when I started to hear back from customers that I sent them calendars that only go to AUGUST! I will never order from this company again! read more

If I could chose zero stars, I would. Two years in a row they have messed up my calendar magnet order. Last year I gave them three chances before I finally just got a refund in March with the last incorrect order. This year I ordered in mid-November for an order that was supposed to have an eight day max turnaround. A month later they came in incorrect again. I tried calling, where I was given the runaround to finally be offered either a refund or my actual correct order, which will not arrive before Christmas. These were my Christmas cards so obviously after Christmas will not work. Their lack of customer service coupled with their absolute incompetence will guarantee I never use them again. read more

Awful customer service. I am still waiting for merchandise that I ordered in December of 2021. Tis is April of 2022. I ordered $590.00 worth of merchandise and 4 riders were missing. Since then the company has documented calls of me requesting those 4 riders, yet they still have not been delivered. NO credit has been given, and the riders are eventually supposed to be shipped out USPS ground mail. I called and explained again to the company on April 14th that I needed my Coming Soon rider for a listing for 4/25. Yesterday 4/22, I was told that my riders were sitting on a palette and hopefully they would get mailed soon. Really? You think they would want to show some good will. Ship them overnight or send me a credit. As a Realtor, our reviews are very important to our business so I very rarely write a bad review about a company or a person. After 4 months of being ignored, it's time to write a bad review. I will not use this company ever again. read more

I've been doing business with HOM for a couple years, and honestly have only place a few orders. However, after my last experience, I won't go anywhere else for my supplies. I ordered some baseball magnets for my business and completely screwed up my first order. So I had to re-order them. Because, well even customers make mistakes now and then :-) having dealt with other Printing companies before, I didn't have my hopes up when my reorder did not calm as I had ordered. However, when Katie got on the phone she was polite, friendly, funny, and most importantly, customer service minded. At the end of the day, she made the order right by shipping me my second order, at no charge, and she walked me through the whole process I wouldn't be surprised by anything that showed up on my email or on my doorstep. I've ordered thing through the website to be delivered and that's been fine and on time. For this order they are so close to me I figured it would just go and pick it up. Save some money. BIGGEST MISTAKE. Maps told me they are located across the street by the gymnastic place. They are actually down the road the opposite way. Hidden away with no sign on the building. I walked into 3 different companies doors before I was pointed in the right direction, you walk in a door and there it is. The tiny tiny sign as big as a piece of paper that says "house of magnets upstairs". Walked in, they don't have a desk or anything or a pick up area. I felt so awkward walking into an office where people are sitting at their desk and just be like "hi can someone help me." Doesn't that get annoying for them? Seems like an unorganized process. Just get it shipped to your house. People were helpful but it was just so out of the way. read more

I have ordered from this company in the past and all the orders have been very acceptable. However, last week I ordered business cards, they came promptly, but I was disappointed to realize they had a shiny-writing disabled back. The first thing I do when someone gives me a business is note on the back something memorable about the person, when and where I met them so when I put in an ever growing stack of cards I can remember who the person was. So I want people to do the same with mine, which is impossible with a shiny back. I didn't not see that I had ordered both back and front shiny--I would have NEVER chosen to do this unless the instructions were not clear on this and ordered such accidentally. I sent an email immediately advising that I did not order shiny back cards, needed to return the cards for cards without a shiny back. No response. Today I called and spoke with a young lady, and then left a voice mail for a "manager". I've placed orders for several hundred dollars with this company in the past, and will continue to do so as long as I feel confident in their "satisfaction guarantee" representation. read more

So I decided to contact customer service and sent them my pics and info so that I could place an order. 8 days later I received an email that basically said use the web site. I contacted House of Magnets early December to order some sort of magnets for my clients. I planned on giving them out at Christmas. I asked if the 2016 Football schedule would be on the magnets since the one online had the 2015 schedule. I was told it would be the 2016 schedule and they'd be shipped before Christmas. Two weeks before Christmas I received the 2015 (NOT the 2016) football schedule magnets. I re-ordered another magnet and they were supposed to ship my re-order out...I never received it. I was overcharged for shipping - their home page says there's a flat $4.99 shipping rate for greeting cards with no minimum. After I gave my credit card information, their website said they're charging me $8.95 to ship mine. It's either very misleading or intentionally dishonest. read more

I ordered 5 badges for $20 with my company logo. Thought what a great deal this was. What I received were 5 very cheap plastic badges. One had very sticky glue that I couldn't remove. They also had my order wrong. Ordered one red one but did not get it. Will have to use these cheap ones until I order from another company who will offer better quality. read more

Originally ordered 3 separate calendars the beginning of Sept of 2015. I received a partial order several days later. I called to advise I did not get the full order. After several more calls, I received the 2nd set of calendars, but was still missing the third. After many more calls and promises by managers, I was shipped the 3rd set of calendars, which were not the calendars I still needed, they reprinted the 2nd order again. After more calls and promises, I still have not got the 3rd set and it is 11/13. Estimated to be delivered next week, 2 days after my event...lol. Never again. read more
