Fresh corned beef hash with over easy eggs & rye
    Nay W.

I was told I could sit anywhere so I chose the bar bc it has seats with backs and Im by myself so I didn't want to take up space at a booth. Also beer (stella, corona, modelo, labat, coors, budweiser, bud light, & michelob) & wine (sutter home) are sold. When ordering the corned beef hash, you have the option of fresh corned beef or canned! That was a tough decision. lol. I ordered a side of french toast & was asked if I wanted it after or at the same time. That's interesting to treat it as a breakfast dessert. I enjoyed my meal. My waitress was extremely pleasant & attentative.

Roast beef sandwich - was just ok.

The beef sandwich just OK. Typical diner type beef sandwich. I would not get it again. The beef was just ok, a little chewy, and the mashed potatoes could have been instant? Nice little restaurant though, and I will go back and try something else. Maybe a burger, or a stir fry, or fish. Service was excellent, with smiles abounding.

Food was great everybody in there was polite and helpful so I can tell you you're gonna get great service and great food at the same time. Nice little mom and Pop place. They go out of their way to help you and make sure you are satisfied. Definitely will be back. I got the half pound mushroom Swiss burger enjoyed every bite.

No longer taking Groupons. Said they told Groupon they weren't taking them. Groupon never told customers though. Still ordered food.

Ordered dinner through the drive thru. Ordering was fast. Wait was not bad. Asked for a copy of the receipt since it wasn't provided. Noticed a W charge on the bill while waiting for food to be brought out and thought it was water. Called the restaurant as we didn't order water and it's an up-charge due to wing shortage. $8.95 for 6 wing dings is a bit steep. They aren't even whole wings. It's equivalent to 3 whole wings. Food was already ordered and family was hungry. Coney dog was crammed into a box like the wings (never have I seen this before versus a standard container for a hot dog). It was not made correctly as we clearly asked for onions and ketchup only. They were closing so it wasn't time to go back to have it remade. Vegetarian omelette was full of vegetables, but had no taste to it (missing seasoning). I wouldn't go back again. No notification of an up-charge when ordering and food not being correct was a turn off.

Smelly, mushy, past it's prime tomato.

I now see why there is always a GroupOn for this place. Place did not follow COVID safety distance rules. Food was just OKAY. Service is what helped fix the experience. I can't have a lot of carbs due to diabetes and generally sub my breakfast hash browns with Cottage cheese. They were out of cottage cheese- bummer,But let me have tomato slices with my Corned Beef Omelette then. The tomatos served were way past their prime, they had definitely sat at the bottom of the prep bin for too long that they smelled and we're clearly translucent. They tried to hide it under a SLIGHTLY fresher piece. My nose knew it was hiding before my eyes did. I asked the waitress for a plate to remove them and she obliged, noticing the nasty Tomato. She asked if I wanted more, I told her no because at this point tomato's were ruined for me. However a few moments later she sat down a plate of fresh tomatoes, apologized and said she went and cut them herself- and they were much better and clearly a fresh tomato. I was very appreciative. However the cook should have known better. My sister's medium steak was well done, her over easy eggs were over medium. My mother's breakfast was also lackluster. If it hadn't been for the waitress trying to fix the cook screw up this would have been a 2. Regardless, We won't be back.

Very clean, friendly helpful waitress/staff, food hot and good, TV on with good volume, staff always busy cleaning establishment. Plenty of parking, lot clean, bathrooms clean. Got fish and chips... 3 big pieces of fish, thick piece of bread, salad and fries. I like crispy fries and these were great. Came with jello or rice pudding... got rice pudding, came with whip cream and cinnamon sprinkled on top! Very attentive staff. Cozy comfy atmosphere.

This little unassuming spot became our choice for this year. It's small, quaint, clean and clearly a favorite for the locals. Service was top notch, throughout the course of the entire meal process. It turns out I would not have ben disappointed with either selection, but, my pancakes were the superior choice. The food across the table looked fresh and vibrant and the way everyone attacked and raved about their meals, there was the clear indication we had made a great choice in picking Orchid Brunch for this annual event.

Omelettes were delicious but a bit smaller than the huge omelettes you might expect if you are used to the size of omelettes from a generic family restaurant (like a Coney Island), but these were of course of much better quality and still plenty of food. The parking situation on a family oriented holiday -- Mother's Day -- was a bit of a nightmare, but that's because there's more parking in the back, and lots of cars were unfamiliar with that and then hesitant to go to the back part. But even the back lot was full on Mother's Day. On a normal day parking is fine.

Dellah is located on a mixed residential and commercial street with plenty of parking nearby. We chose to eat lunch here in June 2026 since it wasn't too far from our hotel and we saw that they had outdoor seating - important since we had my little dog with us. The place was very busy but since we were eating outside, we had no wait and we were waited upon promptly. There are a LOT of American choices on here (like sugary pancakes) but a third of the menu consists of Yemeni food. I got a traditional Yemeni tea ($4.50) and my boyfriend sipped on a smooth matcha latte ($6.50). We had a big breakfast that morning, so we chose to just share the lahm sighar ($20), which comes with a piece of khuba bread, and also order an additional khuba bread ($2). About 15 minutes later, our food was ready and after taking the necessary pictures, we dug in! Needless to say, the extra bread was not necessary. I don't know what we were thinking but we assumed a piece of khuba was small. Nope! Each piece is the size of my 17-inch computer. Anyway, we used bits of the khuba as silverware to pick up the deliciously tender lahm sighar, something I saw others do when I went inside to use the bathroom and nosily looked around. I must mention that the BATHROOM HAS A BIDET. I REPEAT. BATHROOM HAS A BIDET!!!! Hehe :) seeing it just made me happy lol. So anyway, I saw that the coffee section of Dellah is set up inside like a traditional coffee shop where you can grab and go some coffee, tea, and pastries if you'd like. I did grab my bf, dog, and I some water from the coffee counter, which is self-service. We didn't leave a crumb behind and loved our food here. I would happily come back again! There is a 3% card surcharge fee so I paid the bill with cash, which came out to about 45 dollars after tax and tip. A little pricey, thanks to our expensive drinks, but so yummy!

You have smoked salmon skillets or omelets, shrimp and grits, buffalo rock shrimp hash, steak bowls etc. I genuinely cracked a smile when scanning their menu. It was like everything I wanted, but had trouble finding, made its way onto there. Awesome. Food was absolutely fantastic. I have had shrimp and grits at almost every spot the sun sets on in the Detroit Metro area. This iteration was very high quality. Lots of gumbo sauce and lots of shrimp, just as god intended. Also the grits were very creamy and not mealy or lumpy at all. Loved it! The smoked salmon skillet was also extremely good. A good amount of salmon was on the skillet and the salmon was smoked well. Good sized portion of crispy hash browns as well. Well done I am going to be coming here multiple times to try all the items that caught my eye on the menu, so stay tuned as this review may be updated. Service has been great every time I've gone. Bronson was an incredible waiter and knew his way around the house specialities, was extremely pleasant, and was awesome with the refills (I drink a ton of water and coffee so this was much appreciated). He made the visit a treat and the excellent service I've received is a big reason I've gone back to FH multiple times. The restaurant has a "factory" theme to it! It's not overbearing at all, and makes for very fun decorations, bathrooms etc. I thought it was very cool. There's plenty of parking here (which is often a problem with nice brunch spots in the area) and the menu value is very, very good for the quality of dishes you're getting.
