I honestly don't know how you can have 3 types of meat that have no flavor. I asked for oil dressing, and I'm pretty sure I just got vegetable oil, and not some sort of sub dressing as normal. We have already had more than four incidents where the food was completely wrong.The worst one was telling my daughter they have to view video before remaking the sandwich because they are sure they put turkey in it. Again today 9/17/24 No turkey. We have grown so used to it that we just shrug and deal with it. Also, today we were told no substitutions on an Italian sub. We've done substitutions at previous stores. The list goes on an on. I just hope it gets better as we are very limited in Kendall.
