I have spent the last two years living in a wonderful house that had quite a number of strange unavoidable problems (bees in the roof, water main break, squirrels under the house). Harry was really amazing through all of it. SUPER responsive, really understood the ins and outs of how to manage the issues and quick to make sure they were resolved. It has now been years that we have been trying to get them to repair some of the issues with the house. They are so poorly organized, I feel bed for the owners of the house. I rented one of the properties that Ursula managed (thankfully no longer with her). Do yourself a favor and stay away from Ursula managing your home or renting from her. Real nice at first and then once you sign the contract, boy you see a different side! She's rude, rushes you through walk throughs and acts like she has better things to do than take care of your needs. Oh and if you have a maintenance request, she'll ask you to fix things yourself and bill her for reimbursement from time to time. Isn't that the job of a property manager? She can also take up to over a month to fix a maintenance request if she deems it "not urgent" enough. Very poor experience, I'm sad to say. I completely agree with NT's review when he said "constantly felt like we were getting half the story, and our interactions with them left us feeling talked down to and dismissed. Please stay away. Ursula Murray seemed professional and nice when we met her. She was instead the most unethical and unprofessional agent. One example; Our lovely gardener and his wife had worked loyally for us for years. Ursula sent us an email as we lived overseas saying they had sent a letter saying they had family issues and could no longer maintain the yard, but she had a replacement gardener (who was $50 more per month) who would do it. No only did we find out later that this was a complete lie, but she also didn't pay our gardener the last two months. Apparently this is not unusual for realtors to do. She overcharged us for maintenance work and the list goes on. Please avoid at all costs. read more

We rented a property through Marquise Property Mgmt for two and a half years. We've been renting in the area for more than decade and Ursula Murray is the worst property manager we've ever had to deal with. My husband works in IT and said she's the worst person he's EVER had to deal with so that's saying a lot. She provides zero service to tenants, everything is done online so it takes forever to get any repair made and then she refers companies that she works with that are even more unscrupulous than she is, such Jeff Bentsen who charges 3 or 4 times to do a repair or installation than the normal going rate. Most of the terrible reviews on Yelp about her are written by owners. If she is so greedy and crooked with the owners, just imagine how she treats tenants. The house we rented was listed as having a/c. Not only was there no A/C which she pretended not to know (she'd been renting for the owner for a 7+ years) but the house had/has mold. We had numerous issues with the property that she never addressed or took care of. While she is busy overcharging owners for incompetent or incomplete services (we had the worst gardening service through her and when I complained, she accused me of racism), she slams tenants with the highest monthly increase possible every year. It's truly not worth renting a property through her or her company. read more

We rented a house managed by Marquise Property Management for the past 4 years. The experience was over the top from managing a property. There were a few issues with the house, we contacted Marquise and every issue was addressed quickly. They even worked with our schedule as to not inconvenience us. Their customer portal captures incidents and the action is to resolve is as quick as possible. Harry was our contact and he was always responsive for any question or concern that we had. Regular quarterly inspections are provided with details of inspection conducted. Preventative maintenance was also conducted as needed as well. complete waste of money you end up managing the property. I don't think she ever went to the house asides from on move out and then directed the renter issues to me and had them contact me directly. For instance there was a water leak in the landscaping that per the lease the tenant is responsible for until the owner is notified. She was unaware or didn't care about this term and directed the tenant to contact me to pay the bill as she thought she should not be in the middle !!! excuse me but we are paying you for . The terms of the lease were in black and white perhaps you should read your own lease. Another example faux paint in guest bathroom and formal dining room was damaged and needed to be fixed. Her painter couldn't/ didn't fix it but she wouldn't know this as she never checked on the work he or anyone else she had in the house did. So now since she has refunded the deposit I will have to pay the bill. Do your selves a favor and use someone else read more
