Like others have mentioned, Marram is a minimalist but very nice resort. You are paying for the prime beachfront access in Montauk. The resort is also walkable to many cafes, restaurants, and shops. Once we got to Marram (we took a cab from the LIRR to the resort), we did not have to do any additional driving while we were there. The rooms are on the smaller side, but comfortable. The bed linens are like you are sleeping on a cloud. You can control the air conditioning to your liking. The room has very little in the way of amenities - free water, sparkling water, popcorn, hairnets, and makeup remover. No bath robe or slippers, so be sure to bring your own. The pool is very small but it does go up to 8 feet, which is nice. The cafe/restaurant on the premises is awesome. We loved all of the baked goods including the ham and cheese miso scone, the croissants, and the cookies. This area of the beach was quiet during the week. Fun place to sun bathe, watch the surfers, and really relax. While we were at Marram, I also took advantage of one of their free meditation sessions. If you're there while Raymond is doing the meditation, definitely check it out! It was a very relaxing way to kick off our stay. The walls are hilariously thin, but nothing that we weren't able to sleep through. Our room faced the courtyard and I was worried that it would be too loud at night, but it seems like they're serious about enforcing the quiet hours, which is nice. We were hotel guests at Marram Resort in Montauk Point located at 21 Ocean View Terrace over Memorial Day. the hotel was advertised as a high end resort. needless to say, our room was disgustingly dirty with unwashed bare concrete floors, feces on the shower wall and an overall dirty environment. the rate was $1,000 per night. need i say more? of course, the staff was totally unhelpful and didn't even answer the phone or respond to my messages. the lack of an in room phone didn't help the matter. if you want to risk your life in this unsanitary environment, be my guest. we'll never stay here again. read more

My wife and I Just had an amazing and relaxing experience for five nights at Marram in Montauk. Quite possibly one of the best hotel experiences ever. If you're looking for five star accommodations, this is not it. No room service, no concierge and very little available as far as food and beverage service. This place has been remodeled into a serene, minimalist getaway with very few distractions from the outside world. No TV's in the rooms and no complimentary newspaper; both of which make this the perfect escape. Get a room with a view of the ocean and you'll enjoy the scenery and the sounds. Unplug and enjoy the quiet environment. Read a book. Don't laugh, but the soap and shampoo make you smell like vacation. Take advantage of the heated pool and beach chairs and walk into town for meals and cocktails. Everything in Montauk is only a few minutes away by car. I would suggest trying to plan your stay in the slower part of the season to avoid the influx of the Instagram influenced city folk. As I mentioned, the food and beverage were the only areas that could use some help. It's daylight by 5am but the restaurant doesn't open until 8am, so you'll have to hike into town for coffee. Or sleep late. Coffee was great though. Breakfast was also minimalist but really amazing; simple food done well. 4-5 savory selections and a great assortment of pastries. The lunch / dinner service was puzzling so we avoided it (literally a protein with sides for $45 and the menu was not published). Cocktails were on point; pricey, but you're in the Hamptons so it's expected that every cocktail is $20. It would have been cool if they had some "pool food" or "beach food." I don't do the Yelp thing often but figured I would share my thoughts for posterity. I'm on the fence about going back to Marram. On one hand, we already have our room picked out for the next visit. On the other hand I don't think I can ever recreate such an amazing and relaxing vacation. We'll see. read more

Nice place on the outside, good views and beach access. Disappointed at how environmentally unfriendly the business is. Many if their practices are unsustainable: here was a bee trap to kill bees, no recycling bins throughout the resort, excessive use of plastics and cheap/carcinogenic firestarters. Needed a quick getaway and was attracted by Marram's minimalist design and zen vibe. I'm surprised by the poor reviews because we absolutely enjoyed our stay and can't wait to return. First of all, COVID is very much still a risk so it's not business as usual. Masks are required, social distancing practiced and no housekeeping. They will definitely attend to your needs with just one phone call. I absolutely appreciate all the precautions they have implemented to keep us and their staff safe. Beach service was excellent. The staff, mostly young adults, work very hard. The only thing I noticed is that guest of the hotel will invite others to join them... taking away seats, umbrellas and space from hotel guests. That's not really the fault of the hotel, there's a public entrance to the beach. There's also a pool that looks inviting but did not use. Mostrador serves delicious food, but yes it is expensive... just like everything else in Montauk! There are several places to pick up food within walking (7-10min) distance. They also offer bikes for your use so you have options. Rooms were cozy - love the design! My fave is the sliding door that opens up for fresh air to enter the room. If you need an escape from the busy city life or the chaos of the world then this is the hotel for you. No TV- so bring that book you've been meaning to read or finish. If you need media then download movies on your tablet or phone. WiFi was great within hotel premise but Montauk generally has overall poor connection. Bring an adult coloring book... step out of the norm and just relax! I honestly enjoyed sitting outside and listening to the ocean while drinking my coffee or better yet - a cocktail! Teach and staff were wonderful. Friendly, accommodating and present. I have to say, please visit their website before booking. This is not the best hotel for young children. Our teens enjoyed their time here and made me bump up to 5 stars instead of the 4 stars I originally had. I heard a father complain that the place is not kid friendly and his children are bored. Well, it's not the hotel's job to entertain your children and they clearly expressed what their vibe is about on their website. My family had an awesome time at this great beach hotel. We had an oceanfront room which was awesome. You are close to the water. Rooms were outfitted nicely and seemed quite durably built. Nothing super fancy but they are well designed. We loved the way the food was set-up with no waiters, ordering and then you pick up your food. Breakfast was amazing with sublime pastries, croissant type pastry was fantastic as well as fruit tarts etc. The whole resort has a very cool vibe to it with an interesting mix of people and it's close to the town so you can walk there. Marram has been on the list of places my partner & I have wanted to stay for a while. I am very partial to Gurneys (both in Montauk & Star Island are great) because of the restaurants & bar, but Marram was fantastic & exactly what we needed. The hotel is super casual and they've done a really great job of creating a relaxing atmosphere throughout the whole property. We arrived late at night & found our king courtyard room easily. Upon check in there were a lot of flyers / information about activities, it was a little overwhelming and the clerk gave us an after hours phone number in case we had any complaints which made me nervous (especially since I'd read some not so great reviews)..... and seriously, there was nothing to worry or complain about. Our room was small, but fairly comfortable and designed well. I know some people have complained about the lack of closets, but we found the mirror / hanging situation more than enough - we had an event to attend and were able to hang a suit, dress and other pieces with plenty of room. I packed a steamer, which is lucky since I couldn't find an iron or ironing board. Overall the courtyard room was very peaceful. The onsite cafe is handy and tasty - I wasn't sure what to expect from the vague description of "abundant counter service" - it's mostly pastries and some made to order items. And the pastries were DELICIOUS. I recommend getting your breakfast / snack / coffee from here and heading to the beach to chill. The beach & pool attendants were lovely & helpful. The beach chairs are unconventional (not loungers, more like a chair with an ottoman attachment), but super comfortable. No, there isn't pool or beach meal/cocktail service, but if you just want a place to relax, it definitely hits the spot. Its also an easy walk into town, either on the road, or along the beach and easy to drive to restaurants & bars around montauk. Really great location. I guess it wasnt bad but the place that was there before was just so much better. the food they serve is awful nothing anyone would want to eat. i went to town every day and brought back breakfast & lunch from the baks shop & hooked. so did so many other guests i spoke to. how do u have a kitchen in montauk but no clams, lobster, mussels, burgers for kids? literally they had zero and i eat just about everything! lol they also removed all the TV's from rooms, not kid friendly, they also made the rooms look awful by pulling up the rugs and now the floor looks like unfinished concrete. they also removed the kids arcade smh and all the ice machines but one over by the maid office. its a cute place with a nice pool on the beach that if they ran it the right way could be great but its not. will not be back. read more

A lot of good and a lot of bad. You could rate this place a 5 or a 1 depending on what you expected before you went there. They need to do a better job advertising the property to their desired guest. To start off, do NOT call it a "resort". Call it a beach club. The word resort implies amenities and this place has none. They advertise having beach chairs, but neglect to say there is no service on the beach. That's not resort-like. As a matter of fact, there is not one place on the property where you can actually get service. No service at the pool, which is a tiny area with 20 beach chairs, not a "resort pool", no service at the beach, no restaurant on property. There is one grab and go spot on where you take your food on a plastic plate and eat it wherever. There is not one place where you can order water, not at the pool, not at the beach, not at any of the tables they have set up. And the beach makes no sense. Their greatest selling point is the fact that they're right on the beach, and they somehow manage to colossally mess that up. They lay down the beach chairs all the way in the back, as far away as possible from the ocean and add new rows of chairs closer to the ocean as the day goes by. So the earlier you show up to the beach, the worse your seat! You're not allowed to bring beach chairs next to the ocean. The resort next door has them, so this is just a stupid rule this resort came up with to piss off their guests that pay 2x the resort next door. I'm attaching the picture so you can see the level of stupidity. This is taken at 12pm peak beach time. Now the good. The place is meant to be a retreat. There is yoga and meditation sessions, healthy organic food (but no decaf !), dunes everywhere. It's meant to be a minimalistic retreat for people that don't care about the material things in life and are here to live very frugally. Now this is where the disconnect is. This place is the second most expensive place you can stay at in montauk, after Gurney's. So if you don't know what you're getting yourself into, you end up spending thousands of dollars a night to sit on a towel at the beach, no beach chair cause why would you sit in the back, walking 5 mins to get yourself water cause there is no one to serve you, wait in line to get buffet-style food and eat it from plastic plates. Being here will make you feel like you're traveling on a budget and it's ridiculous for the money you spend. I didn't spend that money to feel like I'm living frugally. I know that's some people's vibe, which is why I suggested they rename themselves into a "retreat" instead of resort to attract the right kind of yoga loving people that are not into material stuff. This "resort" also has no concierge, no room service and no spa or any sort, not even a beach massage. Oh and there is no lifeguard on the beach! With all the recent shark sightings in the area, I've appreciated having the lifeguard at Gurney's keeping an eye on us. Also Montauk has a lot of rip currents. The AC units are extremely loud making it very difficult to sleep. For a place that's striving to be a retreat where you can relax and recharge, they should do something with that to make sure guests can actually sleep. The place is severely overpriced for what it is. I have no problem spending money since Gurney's is my usual go to, but I want to get something for the money. I am not sure what I'm paying for here. My money is not paying for beach staff, or amenities. It seems like I'm paying for their interior design which is cute but you could get that for 1/4 of the price at any other beachfront motel in Montauk. Now, if you're like me and you're looking for a "beachfront resort" in montauk, spend the extra 2k for the weekend and go to Gurney's where you'll get served everywhere, be treated like royalty at a true "resort". If you're not looking to spend more money, or if you want to be right in the heart of town, go to Hero beach club. It's cheaper, the location is arguably better, certainly for walking back at night, and you get more service, while still having no amenities. And if you're someone who liked what I described a negative for me as I am not the target audience, there are more positives, below. - the rooms are spacious and extremely nice. The minimalist touch is all throughout the hotel and the room decor makes you feel very serene - If you're on the second floor, you'll have an ocean view. Every single room on the second floor has a beautiful view of the ocean. You don't have to pay for "oceanfront", partial ocean view is more ocean than you'll see at some other places. It would be fine if this were Baja Mexico and cost $50/night. The audacity of Hamptons rip offs know no bounds. Still sadly this is better than places like Gurney's "residences". On a positive note, they do loan bikes (by the vending machine) Other technical notes: Rooms do not have televisions. He answered all of our questions, provided a lot of great information and thoroughly presented new Covid rules to us. It rained both days of our stay, with no TVs in the room, minimal covered areas and Covid-season .... meaning not many inside activities permitted... it was semi challenging to find things to do! read more

I had never been to the Hamptons but one of my besties goes all the time so she went ahead and planned the entire trip. It was both of our first time staying at this hotel. If having a beachfront hotel is important to you, I would recommend this hotel. It wasn't perfect but I think overall it was a great experience and my friend and I decided our annual girls' trip to the Hamptons will be at this hotel. We checked in in the lobby and greeted by sweet and helpful staff. We were a little early to check-in but still got an early start to the pool/beach. The rooms are minimalistic as other reviews have stated. I'm not really into minimalist decor but I wasn't bothered by it. There aren't closets but there was a hanging area for a couple of outfits and there was enough room for two women to hang up our dresses for the events we were going to each evening. There was enough drawer space for both of us for casual wear and storage so no complaints there. The rooms weren't the biggest but for two people we never felt crammed. There were a bunch of complaints about no t.v. which I don't understand because it's posted on the website. They have Le Labo products and Frette sheets which was a huge plus. As I said I'm not into minimalist decor but the bed more than made up for it. The beds had to be some of the very best I've encountered and can say it rivals the Four Seasons and other international five star luxury hotels. I had some of the best sleep here than any other travel I've done. I also appreciated they have multiple pillows as I find many luxury hotels have very plush pillows made for back sleepers but this hotel had firm pillows already available for side sleepers. The pool is heated which was perfect since it was a little cool the first day. There is pool staff to check you in and ensure pool guests are in fact staying at the hotel which I appreciated. The pool is small but for the most part was enough for everyone to enjoy. At least during our stay, there were enough pool lounge chairs for guests and you didn't have to wake up at the crack of dawn to claim spots which anyone can appreciate. The one down side (depending on who's reading this) is it was a bit more family oriented than I preferred. It wasn't much of a big deal until our last day. There were multiple kids jumping in the pool, splashing around, kicking furiously (I got kicked by swimming kids a couple of times) that we were bound to the deep end only. We used the pool lounge chairs and went to the beach a couple of times throughout the day. I didn't use the beach lounge chairs so I can't really review on the experience. They have someone to check you in on the beach as well. There is a nice deck right on the beach which is pretty enjoyable during the day or evening. Despite it being a boutique hotel, the hotel never felt cramped for space. The pool and beach area were clean and comfortable so no complainants there. The hotel doesn't have room service which wasn't an issue for us but I can understand others being bothered by this. The hotel puts two sparkling and two still waters in your room daily which was a nice touch. My biggest complaint was the café. The coffee/tea bar was pretty good and enjoyed my daily matcha lattes. I'm not a big breakfast person so I just stuck with a fruit bowl. My friend ordered toast and eggs and while not bad, she said it was not incredibly memorable. I was really unimpressed with the lunch offerings. It's basically one protein plus 1/2/3 sides and starts at $47. The food was incredibly underwhelming and not worth the price. I would highly recommend getting food offsite. There are a lot of places within walking distance so I would do that. The water prices were ridiculous. A small can of sparkling water is $5.50 and a small still bottle is $4.50. You're really just paying for convenience. Next time we'll be sure to stock up on water. There was a pool bar that was quick to make drinks but they are $20 a drink but of course there's up charges for alcohol and it is the Hamptons. Still, they made good drinks. Also, the hotel has great location. We were able to walk to get lunch and walk to Pilates. Going to the Montauk bars and restaurants will be less than a couple of mins at most by car. It only took us 30 minutes to get to Sag Harbor. I would recommend this hotel to others (with a warning of a lackluster but convenient café providing price gauged water). My friend and I enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming next year. read more

We just had a good two night stay here. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Very kind and welcoming. I couldn't give 5 stars because the AC unit in the room is apparently shared with 3 other rooms and if just one of those rooms has theirs set to heat you are unable to run yours on air conditioning. So we didn't have air for our visit. We were able to sleep with the bathroom window open and the sliding glass door which made a nice breeze. Also there are no rugs in the room..so being a beach resort it poses challenges with sand. We had to use one of our bath towels as a rug to wipe feet off before getting into bed. Be aware there are not TV's in your room which we liked but some may not comfortable without that tech. Other opportunity the property has is the insulation between rooms...there is no insulation. We could literally hear someone using the bathroom and the entire 1 hour phone conversation our neighbor had while we were trying to nap. However, The beach was gorgeous and well kept. We liked there are many places on property to sit outside. You can tell the property is well cared for. One of the highlights was watching people surf which we don't get to see living in Dallas. Everything you need like food and drink or a small pharmacy are all walking distance, very convenient. read more

Back in November I was lucky enough to spend two very relaxing days at the Marram with my teenage daughter. It was truly a wonderful escape from all the craziness that was 2020. Now in the midst of this Covid winter, I find myself longing for the peace and quiet of the spotlessly clean room, waking up to my Nespresso, followed by a walk on the beach, just a stone's throw from the room , a leisurely bike ride around the town and catching up on my reading without any of the normal distractions of home. For someone who has had sleep issues for a long time, I was so relieved to get the best nights' sleep in years thanks in part to the comfortable bed and luxury bedding far superior to my own at home. If you are looking for a retreat, where you can relax and unwind, the Marram is the place for you. read more

Overpriced minimalist hotel. The check in process felt like the first day of summer camp, we were literally given rules to follow. The hotel itself is beautiful and right on the beach. The rooms are very minimal, was disappointed that there were no TV's in the room, no safe and no closets to hang your clothing. The Le Labo products are nice, the bed was comfortable but overall the rooms are very plain. The service was not good, we got yelled at by the valet parking guy every time we parked in the lot even though we had a parking pass, the front desk staff was very rude and callled 3-5 times at 11 am asking us to checkout, no alcohol on the property as they don't have a liquor license. Overall not worth $1,250.00 per night plus resort fees. I would recommend staying at Gurneys. read more

Loved the place. A true gem that lives up to every claim on its web site. It is not The Ritz and it's not trying to be. It is an oasis where you can relax and rejuvenate. Rooms are spartan but thoughtfully done, with an understated cool about them. No tv and that's a plus! Swimming pool is heated to a perfect temperature. Sit in a chair or on a bench by the sea and listen to the rhythm of the rolling waves and you will reconnect with nature and yourself. Lots of outdoor space with many sitting areas. We've been to the best resorts in the world. Some were more beautiful and most were more opulent, but none was more satisfying. Thanks to Teach and the entire friendly staff for your thoughtful attention during our stay. Tip: have the breakfast scramble. Pricey but worth every cent. My husband and I stayed at Marram the week of Sept 16th and it was magical, relaxing, and simply an amazing hospitality experience. The hotel is brand new and gorgeous. Every detail about this hotel is purposeful, modern, and clean. The architecture and the flow of the entire area makes you feel calm. The rooms are the perfect size and they really encourage you to not pack too much by offering a modern hanging closet. We loved it! The style of the rooms is very zen. No tvs (common you dont need them you are here to relax). The bath products are super high end. The walls are a bit thin so you can definitely hear your neighbors if they speak loudly. The crowd at the hotel was generally couples looking to have a relaxing and romantic trip. Read: this is not a party hotel. People come here to relax, zen out, and eat good food. Marram offers fun activities daily. Although we only partook in the evening smores (SO AWESOME), there were plenty of people partaking in morning meditation, etc. The cafe in the hotel is lovely. They offer pastries and food made in their kitchen along with delicious coffee. Pricing can be steep but comparable to Montauk prices. They source everything locally so I fully support paying more for better food.The hotel is right on the water so you can either relax near their heated pools on under their cute umbrellas on the beach. We planned a last minute get away for a 50th birthday. Planning anything within 1-2 weeks of travel during the summer in Montauk or the surrounding beaches is always a challenge. We were extremely happy with our choice at the Marram. Our group felt the hotel's guidelines, check-in and check-out procedures and general vibe were right where they need to be during this Covid-19 time. I read through the other reviews. Overall, I think the hotel delivers a pretty cool beach atmosphere. I liked that the rooms had no TVs and that there are cement floors. The room, shower and bathroom were very clean. Our group agreed the rooms are chic and comfortable. We had a terrific dinner outside at Il Buco de Mastrador. We were very well cared for by Mark and the team. The other tables weren't close and it was a beautiful night. The food lived up the chef's name and reputation. The breakfast is awsome, definitely go for the egg sandwich. Of course, the big draw is the beach. The only thing you need to bring is suntan lotion and a frisbee. You can grab food and drinks just a short walk up the stairs. You cant speak after 10pm in the common area, and you must whisper in your room. There was a table of 4 30 year olds..super considerate and they were asked to leave. I was with my 75 old mom and we were asked to leave the outside area too. We came back to our room at 10:30. My mom and i were talking and some crazy lady starting banging down my door my telling me and my mom she hears every word we are saying through the paper thin walls... and to stop speaking. If you have remotely any reason to be on vacation and have fun NEVER stay here. If you're looking to be on a silent retreat, then maybe this your place.. I passed up other hotels to try something new. I was excited to give this hotel a try and take my mom who btw recently lost her husband on a little get away and I'm beyond disappointed and upset. This was supposed to be a trip to make her happy and it only made us all upset. Do not do the chef menu for $75.00 a person . They serve you on paper plates and plastic forks in brown paper bags . The portions were beyond ridiculously small and not anywhere near enough for a table of five. the amount they gave you for five people was maybe enough for two. The food was tasty but there was hardly any food. ALL five of us left hungry after a $500.00 bill . Shame on you Marram. Beautiful setting though and very nice staff. read more

This recently renovated beachfront resort is well worth a visit. Great location on one of the best beaches in the U.S. Friendly and professional staff. No liquor license so if you want a glass of wine with dinner bring your own. My only complaint is they have five fires going every evening in the middle of the resort and the smoke is everywhere. Yes, the free smores are fun for the kids but one fire would do the trick. But overall a nice resort. read more

I've never written a yelp review before but this experience was so terrible that I had to. I was hoping to take a relaxing trip outside of the City during off-season timing, so I booked a three night stay here. We arrived on a Monday just after some heavy rainfall so I assumed that the weirdness was due to the weather and having to "clean up" the hotel after a storm - but I was wrong. We stayed in the room right next to the surf shack/fire pits and the noise was horrible. The hotel absolutely didn't observe the 10.30 pm - 8 am quite hours that they say they do. The next day we were hoping to catch some sun at the beach but there was no room(!) for hotel guests because they had given the chairs and towels to outside guests/the public. They didn't help us find a spot near the pool either, so we went and found one ourselves. However, that also became unbearable after about 27 (yes, we counted) kids from age 5 to 15 got in the pool and were yelling and playing games. We cut our trip a day short and went back to New York after 48 hours. For the amount of money you pay, the hotel absolutely doesn't live up to the standards. If you're gonna pay this much, I suggest you stay at Gurney's. We went to Scarpetta at Gurney's for dinner and instantly regretted that we stayed at Marram. At least you can get services like 24 hour lobby concierge, spa treatments, breakfast etc. At Marram all you get is 2 bottles of water and a bed per night for 900$. read more

If I could leave a review less than 0, I would due to the experience, I just had at the Marram Hotel. I am in disbelief on how management handled my situation today, I paid top dollar for a view and the first floor, what I got was, the second floor, dirty room, no closets, no help with luggage or assistance with credit or reimbursement for future visits. How someone could be disrespectful to guests and potential future guests is unheard of in this day and age, but clearly they don't want my business or to build a relationship that'll last longterm. Please do not waste your money here!!! Never coming here, or spending another penny at this run down hotel!! read more

I stayed here for 2 nights during the Covid-19 pandemic needing a getaway, and let me just say, you come here for the amenities and the location. It has a great location right on the water, and it is just a 2 minute walk to town. It has great amenities like a pool, a private beach where they bring down chairs and umbrellas for you, and evening firepit, unlimited use of complimentary bikes, and a great area to lounge in the middle of the grounds. It also very cool that you can see the ocean from the pool. However, that is where the pros end. The rooms are overpriced, and not very luxurious. There are cement floors, no Tvs, and the shower floor was pretty disgusting. Everything is so crammed, the sink is right there when you enter the room, and the living conditions with over 2 people is really awkward, and we paid for the room with 2 queen beds. If you are just 2 people, and you pay for a room with just a king, I could see space not being an issue. However, the you can hear everything from the room next to you, the walls don't block out any noise. There is no complimentary breakfast, no closet, and no room service. They did handle Covid pretty well, you are required to where a mask when walking around the grounds, and all the employees are wearing masks as well. If you need a getaway during Covid, I highly suggest going to Montauk, just maybe look into other hotel options if you are a family of more than 2, because this definitely not worth the price with those living conditions. read more

My fiance and I stayed at Marram for three nights and overall were very pleased. The staff throughout the hotel was incredibly friendly and helpful. I thought the minimalist look and cement floors made sense for the location, and the beds and towels were super cozy. Everyone took COVID precautions seriously and we always felt safe. There is staff set up at the beach to help with umbrellas and chairs which was great since the biggest perk of staying here is the private beach. Our positive experience aside, I do have to highlight just how thin the walls are. I had seen some other reviews and thought "it's probably not that bad", but we originally stayed in a Queen Dune, and it was that bad. I used to stay at Atlantic Terrace growing up, and it's clear that these smaller rooms were once part of a larger room that was cut in half. It wasn't just murmurs we could hear, we could hear every single word spoken by the people next door, all night, up until they left to go out at 11PM and then when they got home at 4AM. The next day we told the front desk and they were extremely accommodating and apologetic. Yamila was especially wonderful the whole stay, and quickly moved us into a new room and discounted that first night. Thankfully the room we were moved into had neighbors of young families that went to sleep at a reasonable hour, so we didn't hear much the next two nights. Overall, my fiance and I kept saying how great the trip was and how we'd love to go back, but I would definitely be cautious again about what room I book, and even confirming who our neighbors are at check in to ensure it's not a group of people looking to go out at stay up all night. But I will stress again that we felt very taken care of and at the end of the day did have a great trip. read more
