If you do the drive-up, its awesome - those team members are always courteous, helpful and kind. I really appreciate what they do - sometimes you don't want to pay for delivery but know you should not be in a store (like when you are sick). This is a great option. It goes through waves of stocking - some days shelves feel empty, others super full, so just a crap shoot! But overall, I have seen some improvements the last 6 months and continue to shop here on the regular!

It's the norm that most stores don't accept return on final sales. The more you accentuate it, the more contemptible it becomes. Even if customer attempts to return, so what? I was able to see bags and charms from Coach, Tory Burch, Kate Spade, Longchamp, and many more designers. I had admired some of the bags online and enjoyed seeing what they looked like in real life. The biggest surprise was Coach. I burned out on Coach purses over 10 years ago, but found some of their bags to be quite beautiful and well-made. I also saw some Tory Burch bags I really liked, and I'm not usually a fan. One sales associate offered to assist me and then kindly left me alone and let me browse. Spending time at Nordstrom was one of the highlights of my visit to the mall.

We complied immediately. After relocating and waiting as instructed, another customer was then allowed to cut ahead of us even though we had already been waiting, twice mind you. When I raised the issue in the moment, stating that we had been waiting first, the situation was not corrected and no adjustment was made to the order of service. The employee pretended to be surprised there was a line when he was the one who kicked us out in the first place. The result was inconsistent queue management that disproportionately affected multiple Asian customers who were waiting in line. Regardless of intent, the handling of the situation created a perception of unfair treatment and favoritism to Caucasian customers and was not addressed when brought to staff attention. I am sharing this feedback in hopes that management can review staff training and ensure consistent handling of checkout lines so customers are not redirected out of order or left waiting unfairly after following instructions.

When I was ready to try things on, I was asked to sort and count my items due to the 6-garment limit. I completely understand and respect that policy as a way to manage inventory in a small business. However, during that process, a few items fell behind the counter and weren't addressed at the time. Once in the dressing room, there was no check-in to see how things were fitting or if I needed different sizes or colors--something I've consistently experienced and appreciated during past visits. I did ask to swap out items, and Jocelyn was helpful and pleasant in doing so. At checkout, the items that had fallen behind the counter were brought up again, and I was asked if I wanted to try them on. Since I was already dressed, I declined, but it would have been helpful if those had been handled earlier. There was only one other customer in the store, who had already checked out by the time I was in the fitting room, so it didn't seem particularly busy. I've always associated Bombshell Boutique with attentive, thoughtful service--being greeted, having items held, and receiving support in the dressing room. That level of care makes a big difference and is part of why I've been a loyal customer for so long. This visit just felt a bit lackluster in comparison. It's a cute boutique offering California-made items such as pottery, clothes, skin care products, jewelry, art, and more. The store is nicely organized and their items are neatly displayed. A table with pottery near the entrance caught my eye right away. I also enjoyed checking out the flavored salts and oils for cooking, room diffusers, wall art, and jewelry. I was surprised to see they carry the wonderful Osea skin care products as I didn't know they were made in California. I ended up buying a ceramic spoon rest, room spray, and a tiny gold "diamond" ring. Their prices were reasonable. The store owner rang up my items and was very friendly and nice. I will definitely be back to shop here again.

I bought a tank top and it was $42 which was pretty steep but I didn't mind. Until today, I had washed the top I purchased ONCE and after only 2 or 3 wears it starts pilling almost everywhere! Sometimes the my washer does this which isn't avoidable, but I had washed it with like colors and fabric types so it shouldn't have done this. There's also weird lines in the fabric now so not sure if I would wear this outside my house anymore.
