Honestly one of my favorite Marshalls to shop at lately. They are clean, organized, and a one stop shop. Don't pass this Marshall's up just because they are on the smaller side. This Marshall's sucks. I'm not sure if she's a manager or just a regular employee but the mid or late 40's yr old lady with the big ears was extremely unprofessional and rude. She had an attitude with the customers and said snarky remarks. Also the guy with the obvious widows peak. There was a long line, with only two cashiers open even though there was 3 more people behind the counter and plenty of other employees just walking around, chatting, and doing nothing. read more

It's a Marshall's, you know? Somewhat hit or miss. This particular location does have a bit more of the Marshall's circa 2000 vibe (not in a bad way, just not the fancier remodeled ones that are popping up) All the usual stuff. The older I get the less of a shopper I have become, so I often leave stores either empty handed OR with some loot to make my dogs happy. How many purses, jeans, wallets and vases does one need? I feel ya' ladies, the browsing is super fun!!! If you struggle with overconsumption I highly recommend the book "Secrets of simplicity" by Mary Carlomagno, SO spot on!!! Anyways, back to this Marshall's at The Pruneyard; Tonight was my dog(s) night I guess. They scored a light up blinky ball, treats and a squeaker toy, all for $25!! Pretty good pet section, pretty full bath and body section, decor was well stocked... I like this Marshalls because it has a big selection of clothes and shoes. Marshalls is best when I feel like shopping for clothes but don't have anything super specific in mind. I went in for work appropriate maxi skirts and there wasn't a skirt section, nor could I find any skirts like what I was looking for. There's a lot of space in the dressing rooms. There's a "men's" and "women's" side so it's not very inclusive for TGNC folks. I did get a cute shirt, jumper, and a dress I can wear to work. read more

This Marshalls is TRASH. Who is the owner of this one? It's incredibly poorly managed. Went in for the first time earlier this week. Good Lord, what a mess! The disorganization of every single item in this place is atrocious. NOTHING is organized & I mean NOTHING. I went to the makeup section and it's ten times (no exaggeration) smaller than either the Coleman or Stevens Creek stores. They barely have any stock of anything. The shelves are more empty than full of the regular priced items. I walked in and walked out about 5 minutes later. Save your time. Go to EITHER of the other 2 in the area. read more

Since I have bumped my activity level to CRAZY, I have noticed that my bra's and workout gear can't keep up with my routine. So instead of my usual beat up 5, I now have 8 . Everything is organized except for their toy section! My friend and I were shopping before our movie since she has her niece's birthday party to attend (who is turning five). The area was a mess! We did find this little nail painting kit for her after scavenging through stuff for about 15 minutes. Some things were even ripped open and torn. Register person wasn't the greatest. She just rung up the item (which was $5) and said do you need a bag? We said no thanks, swiped our credit card, and left. read more

If you can find a parking spot, like any other place at the Pruneyard, Marshalls is worth a good visit. Not cool: Parking Cool: -Purses: Pretty solid purse and wallet selection. Betsy Johnson may be doing badly #bankrupt, but I still love her purses and am happy to find them at Marshall's. Home goods/snacks: Yay for my new water bottle. One of those cool ones where you put fruit in for infused water. The usual awesome Marshall's selection of snackies, containers, and home goods. -Clothing: Designer stuff, teeny bopper, and active wear galore. -Clearance galore A normal sized Marshalls. Kinda messy. Pretty large. Let the search begin. Use the bathroom beforehand. Fortunately, girl scouts has taught me well. You never know what gems you'll find. read more

I used to love going to this Marshalls for last minute clothes for the kids or a gift for birthday parties, toys, household items, and even clothes for myself. They USED TO have amazing merchandise, especially shoes, at a great price. Best of all, the store is so conveniently located for me. Unfortunately, ever since the Pruneyard was bought out by new investors the entire place has changed, starting with shrinking this store to bare bones crap. There's nothing there anymore but scraps. I think they are actually trying to get rid of the store all together. Too bad. It was a nice treasure trove when you want to avoid a busy mall. Miss the old Marshalls. read more

The selection at this Marshall's is fairly paltry. As a result, it's not very crowded. They have a very picky returns policy. I was hoping to avoid the long lines and return something there, but they insisted I go to the store from which I purchased the item. They were friendly enough about it, but it seems to be a very struggling store. They do not have a selection of petite or smaller sized clothes or shoes either. read more

I left the store in shock. my purchase today totaled $12.01. I gave the clerk $15.01. He gave me back $2.99 cents...all that change . I stated " why the change ? The line here on a Tuesday in February at 4:15pm... WOW. Had to stop and wonder if it was secret Christmas or something with the amount of people waiting in line with full carts and a full line of registers open. Is this normal? I dunno but good for them on keeping that paper rolling in. I needed some conscious yoga mats for an event so came to Marshalls because I know that's the best place to get a pretty nice one for $16.99. I had a hard time finding them because this Marshalls, instead of having them with the rest of their fitness equipment, puts them on a stand-up bin on the floor in the middle of the women's business casual clothing, making it impossible to find unless you're right next to it. Maybe not the best choice but maybe they're going for a speakeasy sort of yoga mat display. You have to be in the know to find them. It was pretty difficult to find anyone who worked within the store outside the registers. Seems they're so busy that all hands need to go up front leaving shopping customers without anyone to ask when they need assistance finding something (like the secret yoga mat stash) but I suppose most trips to Marshalls probably don't involve a whole lot of customer assistance. Compared to other Marshalls, this one seemed far less organized and as un-pretty as Marshalls displays and racks generally are, this one was somehow more discombobulated than the many I've encountered before. Could use some sprucing up, for sure, but when your store is that busy its very possible that its just too much to keep up with. Overall, not a bad place to get a budget yoga mat but beware of the parking lot- it's a real doozy. read more

I love shopping at this Marshalls. The people are friendly and helpful always willing to call another store for an item if you can't find it at their store. They did downsize the store a while back but they still have a really good selection a clothing and household items. I would recommend this store parking can be kind of tricky at times. read more

Rude management. Manager/supervisor Terra refused to give me a refund for a shirt that went short after hand washing it once because I didnt have a receipt or tag, i wasn't planning to return it hence didnt keep the receipt or tag. I understand they have policies but I dont understand her rudeness towards customers. read more

I love this store, but after yesterday's experience, I have no option but to give it a 1-Star. A woman not only cut the line, but also did it not keeping social distance. Even after letting her keep the spot I asked her to respect the 6feet distance requirement. She said no. When the store associate was called, she did nothing. Talked to the manager, who I expected to call this person out and ask her to leave the store, but instead she kept her in the line. The woman asked what was wrong with me. And after seeing nobody reacted to what was happening, decided to leave the store and take my business somewhere else, where I feel safe during COVID. read more

Stop buying your baby shower gifts and stuff for your kid at the regular retail shops. Sure Gymboree, Baby Gap and the local boutiques have such cute baby stuff it actually gives you a CAVITY. But those places also give you a CAVITY in another place, your WALLET. In the last 6 months, I have found some sweet deals at Marshalls. Five pack of Carters onesies for $5.99...the SAME stuff that is sold at Carters for $20 right now. I know cuz I looked. Super cute little outfits for boys for 1/2 or 1/4 of retail. Baby washcloth packs of 5 for $2.99. I even found a JJ Cole Bundle Me for $24 when retail is $40. Toys, strollers, other stuff you don't even know the PURPOSE of. Find it here and at other Marshalls around the area. Inventory is spotty and you can't go there shopping for one thing. You have to be ready to 'find' a deal. But once you do, SCORE!!! I plan to get 99% of my kid's clothes ,toys and books here over the next 5 years and spend the savings on SHOES. Only downers are the typically long lines and the general lack of product organization at discount places like this. But hey for a $2.99 bassinet sheet when retail is $10.99, it's worth it. read more

I'm a discount shopper kind of gal--and I take great pride in it, too! So when this baller on a budget needs to spice up her wardrobe, I often find myself at Marshall's strolling through their great selection. This particular location is great! Super well organized and well stocked. I always find TONS of stuff in their clearance items. Northface Workout Clothes, Dresses by Laundry, Shoes by Penguin for the BF, cook and bakeware at minimum 50% the regular price--SCORE! Right now they even have full wetsuits (by O'neil) and other fun sports gear. :) Parking can kind of be a pain at the Pruneyard but if you're in the neighborhood, it's definitely worth popping into. Dishonest location! The manager Nicole refused to give me a refund for perfume due to no receipt. However, I had to make a return a few days before and for a different (expired) item and the clerk kept my original receipt. I explained this to the manager as well as two other employees and they refused to own up to their mistake or rectify it. Would not recommend visiting this location due to poor business practices and managerial ineffectiveness. read more

I'm hesitant to even review this Marshalls because I want it to stay my little secret deal haven! I don't really factor in things like ambiance, staffing, or even really cleanliness with discount stores - that isn't what I'm there for. The deals on the high end brands in this particular Marshalls location are outrageously good. I've found steals here that you wouldn't believe, across the board in a lot of different departments. I went into Marshall's this morning, Christmas Eve, I expected it to be crowded just because it was Christmas Eve but it wasn't too bad. Found parking in front of Pacific Catch quickly, and shopped for about an hour for my kids without a hassle, and went to check out with some people in line, not too many. The most impressive part was a woman behind the counter watching the line and keeping the cashier's flow going constantly. Then I realized all cash registers were opened and the line I was in also had a constant flow. I've never saw a store do that or be that conscientious of it's customers. Just thought I'd acknowledge this store and the manager for doing a great job! This made my last minute Christmas shopping experience a pleasant one! read more

Associates at this location are very nice. I was there when they had this incident with couple today and I felt so bad as customer. Girl didn't do anything wrong she kept on saying let me make a ticket with some sort of machine . This lady and her husband went off on her like she did something terrible to them . This is one of the best marshalls store that is well stocked. They have so much stuff but small store compared to goods they sell. I found several items that are hard to find at other stores or online. The check out line is fast and associates are willing to help. The only problem is that it is hard to find a parking near the store and I have to park in the garage which is kind of far to walk. read more

Marshalls just has good prices for the things they sell. Plus, they keep things clean. There really isn't much more to say. I go here to buy dress shirts, pants and socks. No hats though. Lots ans lots of shoes to but I have too many shows and don't look any more. They also have great prices on towels and sheets, etc. No wonder it is always crowded. Last night this store refused to return a pair of Vero Cuoio shoes bought 2 days ago in another Marshalls location although they were unworn, with price sticker and I had the receipt and everything. They claimed that they couldn't take them back since "We don't have these shoes here!" Isn't a customer supposed to be able to return/exchange an unworn merchandise in ANY location within 30 days with the receipt? By the way, the manager on the floor were very rude. The associate tossed my other stuff I wanted to return on the floor and I had to ask her why and called her "Unprofessional". So I had quit buying 2 dresses I was planning to buy and left there as soon as possible. Gee. What a circus! I had enough. read more

When it comes to Marshalls or Ross, you can either have a really good experience or a really bad one. 99% of the time I have gone to either store, I end up finding something perfect; however, it isn't in my size. Fortunately, for the first time ever that was not the case. The Marshalls in Campbell is pretty well stocked and organized. The workers are very friendly and as always, the prices are perfect, and if you're lucky, you can find incredible deals for quality products. read more

This is by far my favorite Marshalls. It's the cleanest with the best selection, and the changing rooms are clean, well-sized, and private. I found a Michael Kors leather jacket for $100, Coach patent leather pumps for $80, BCBG dresses for $40, and I get completely lost in their selection of tops. They are also open late (until 9:30, I think), which is good for me since I often work as late as 8:00. The athletic department is unusually good. I have zoomed in and out of here at least once after work since it's close to my kickboxing class. Customer service is decent, but considering it's a Marshalls I have to call it fantastic. The fitting room ladies have always been efficient, and the checkout crew is prompt...even cheerfull! Definitely an unexpected plus. read more

They have a great selection of clothing, some of my favorite clothing brands for much less than other stores and the customer service is pretty good too. I like going to Marshall types stores to get a good deal. However I noticed over the years Marshalls had turned into a HIGH END sale store, much like the Nordstrom rack. I went here the other day to find a new comforter ;looking in the price range of 15-20 dollars(just for a comforter) and all they had were sets ranging from 60dollars and up. And they even had it under the back to college section. Anyone who is on a budget for school surely wouldn't spend 60 dollars for a bedding. Use the money for books! read more

As a veteran bargain shopper, I love me some Marshall's. But this one tends to disappoint. It's always crowded, the parking is consistently terrible and I have found there to be WAY better selections of both clothing and home goods at other Marshalls locations. The one redeeming factor-and this is why it gets three stars-is that I came here a few weeks ago and totally hit the jackpot-I found a ton of great stuff. Unfortunately, this was a one time miracle, so I wouldn't risk the car door dings or stress to come to this Marshall's-it's just not worth it. read more

What an awful Marshalls location came in to get some sheets for my daughter and everything is on the floor. I realize it's off price having worked in big box off price for years but this was not acceptable. All areas of the store were absolutely trashed, long lines and the heat had to have been cranked up to 85 degrees. While I ended up finding a decent deal for my daughter the lines were extended through the queue with limited cashiers. The cashier forgot to remove the hard tag sensor and when I asked someone to remove it I was told to wait. To top off this experience undercover LP employees were yelling at a customer for fraudulent returns threatening to call the police. Yes TJX company can apprehend shop lifters and cases of fraud but how about you do it away from the registers to where it doesn't impact others shopping? Very disappointing to have had this experience with a brand we shop at quite often. Hope this store gets better. read more

Just like your normal Marshalls only REALLY clean and organized. For a discount store this has got to be the most emmaculate of its kind. Everything is viewable and still upright in its hanger. NO DIGGING HERE!! The selection is great too. I'm not sure if they offer more than the usual Marshalls but the organization in the store makes the shopping experience here that much more enjoyable. why the minus one star? Parking gets CROWDED!!!!!!!!! For the eager shopper this shouldn't be too much of a deterrant. read more
