    Snoopy bed sheets (Christmas edition)
    Diana N.

I have been to this Marshalls before. I came here for the snoopy bed sheets emotions set. It was so cute & adorable. I wish they have more varieties of snoopy bed sheets and throw blankets. I couldn't find the throw blanket I wanted. Today, I got the peanuts Christmas bed sheet since this was the only one they have in stock. I was lucky enough to get the snoopy Christmas sets. The store is clean, organized, and good searches for clothing and other house essentials. The service was fast & employee is very nice and friendly. Pricing is affordable depending on which item you get. Parking is very hard to find since it's always pack had to park on the other side.

Had an exchange for a damaged item I purchased at a Marshall's in Cypress that's a dual Home Goods. Well, they wouldn't take it since the sticker says Home Goods. How inconvenient! It's not my fault although you're the same company AND it was a dual store that you don't have systems that recognize that. Do better. Annoyed. Now driving to a Home Goods to just return vs exchange for the same exact thing. I like it but with that horrible customer service, I'd rather return.

12/11/21 Probably the last time I will be going to this Marshall's location

12/11/21 OK I am being generous with three stars it should really be at two but OK it was a convenient location at the time so they get a three. Customer service could be improved, definitely. The 2 staff I asked weren't the most helpful bunch when I was looking for certain items. It is as if I'm a bother. I get it, everyone is getting to that point but as a worker, you need to dig deeper from within, customers are the reason you're employed.... Oh man, I felt claustrophobic & I don't have that phobia. I was worried my crutch was going to accidentally knock over breakable items as I passed by! The selections are definitely more limited & since I've never been here before, it was hard looking for items and I was in a hurry. I looked up for the signage over the ceiling, barely visible. The organization is definitely lacking. I was super annoyed-add that to the staff who were not very helpful, it was not a pleasant experience. At the very least, the check out time was not bad & of course, I happened to be in line next to the employee who is on training. I waited patiently as she rang me up while her trainer instructed her in a calm & supportive voice. Her name is Holly, I hope she survives training because she didn't look like her heart was in it. Holly looked like she could use some more customer service videos to teach her to smile & present her best foot forward. Maybe it's a seasonal job for her. If you don't mind the cramped spaces & employees who look like they don't like their jobs, this is the place for you.

Whenever visit Garden Grove, I'd stop by and visit this Marshalls as it's conveniently located in a big plaza with Ross, Walmart, McDonald's, Movie Theater, etc. The place is clean and organized, but a bit mind of crowded or cramped overall.

Love my bathroom decor that I got from marshalls

“Great customer service they provided, night and day difference compare to the one in Orange (Main and Chapman).”

I come here pretty often, mostly to grab food for Mochi ,  my dog. From frozen stuff to canned…read morefood, they've got a lot to choose from, and the prices are really good so I don't have to think too much. The store is usually clean and pretty well stocked. Even when it gets busy, it still feels manageable, not too stressful. Parking is easy too .  They've got a mix of everything here  groceries, random stuff, even some Disneyland merchandise which I always end up stopping to look at for a bit. Employees are friendly for the most part, usually a smile or a quick greeting when you walk by. Bathrooms are clean, which is honestly a big plus for me. Checkout has been smooth most of the time. I've heard some people say service can be slow, and I can see that happening during busy hours, but it hasn't really been an issue for me. I just keep coming back here without thinking much ,  it's simple, convenient, and works for what I need, especially when I'm shopping for Mochi.

I had a very disappointing experience today with Jenny, who identified herself to me as a manager…read moreand claimed she was the highest-level manager there at the time. I later found out that was not the case, which made the interaction even more frustrating. From the beginning, Jenny's attitude and lack of genuine customer care were extremely noticeable. Rather than making me feel heard or trying to help resolve the situation, I felt as though I was bothering her simply by asking for assistance. There was very little warmth, patience, or effort to provide the kind of friendly customer service you would expect--especially from someone in a leadership position. Thankfully, Tanya, a front-end manager, completely changed the tone of the experience. She was graceful, professional, and actually took the time to listen. I truly appreciated the way she handled the situation, and because of her, we left feeling much better than we did after our interaction with Jenny. One last thought: if your title includes the word "Coach," I would encourage you to really think about what that title represents. A coach should lead by example, communicate effectively, listen, support others, and set the standard for the people around them. Today's interaction demonstrated the opposite. Leadership isn't just a title--it's how you treat people. Thank you, COACH Tanya, for showing us what good customer service and leadership should look like. Let's do better.

The staff are very nice and fast at checkout lanes. We always stop here at least 1-2 times a month for new clothes or home goods :)

1 Star (less than if I could)…read more I've been a regular customer at this Burlington branch for year!! The extended hrs are convenient for those of us who work long shifts. Always recommended friends/fam to this branch specifically. On May 28, 2026, 11:25PM I arrived after a double shift to quickly buy a bday gift. Around 11:35 PM, an older associate with gray hair approached me in the shoe department and told me they were clearing the areas? I confirmed the store closed at midnight, she said yes but still stood from a distance to watch me. Uncomfortable as heck, I rushed to grab a pair of shoes & immediately headed to checkout. While waiting in line I decided to grab a gift bag in-front of the registers, from across the floor - I see the same associate sprinting over towards me loudly saying, "Ma'am, you have to go, we're closed." I checked my watch, clarifying that it's 11:45, leaving a mere 15 minutes before it's actually 12am ..? What's funny is I was literally next up in line. She rolls her eyes and walks away leaving me and the kind cashier at an awkward silence? The problem is the store wasn't closed. There were still multiple customers lingering on the floor while I was already waiting in line to pay. I understand employees wanting to go home, but customers shouldn't be rushed out before the posted closing time. but this interaction made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. SUGGESTION -- If customers are expected to leave before midnight, then Burlington should post an earlier closing time. Don't advertise midnight hours if customers are going to be followed around the store asking us to leave before 12am. This will be my final visit at this branch due to the little-to-no customer service and poor time management from 1 single associate. The LITTLE TO NO UNTRAINED customer service recieved today will 100% be shared for community awareness with family/friends. Also have reported this on the main Burlington website to ensure corrective actions are taken to avoid this from happening to future consumers.
