Every time I've came here, I'm managed to find myself at least one thing. I can definitely rely on this place. This is literally the most dirty unorganized Marshalls I have ever went to out of every location I've been to in my life.

Depending on when you go, this place can have some good finds. It's a hit or miss. The place is always messy which is frustrating. They have a small section of womens shoes and handbags. And again that's a hit or miss. There's always solicitors in the front of the store or kids selling over priced candy. I only really shop here when I'm feeling desperate to find shoes or a handbag. read more

I usually come here for home decor or interesting snacks; every now and then I'll buy some clothes or shoes. There's always interesting housewares here and I can never leave empty handed. They have pretty great deals on name brand sports clothes for my bf ($8-$12) range. The store is a little messy most of the time, reason for the 4 stars. I had a few items to purchase. I stood and patiently waited my turn in line. When I got to the counter the employee named MAGGIE was the one behind the register. As I placed my items on the padded thing on the counter she shoved them to the side off of the pad and very rudely asked me not to place my items on it. (All the padded thing is, is information on how to apply for a Marshall's credit card.) One if my purchases was a shirt. I kindly took the hanger off the shirt for two reasons; One - to speed up the checkout process as there was a line of customers waiting. Two - because I did not want to keep the hanger. MAGGIE raised her voice and VERY rudely told me she'd appreciate if I did not take the hanger off the shirt. Not that I needed to, however I explained why I did so and she snuffed at me and told me not to do it next time. So I asked in return - 'You mean to tell me, I'm not ALLOWED to take a hanger off MY shirt?' She then began to run her mouth and become even more rude to me. I grabbed my items and patiently waited for the next cashier. As I was walking away from her, she (MAGGIE) yelled loudly to the one other cashier at the other end of the line, for everyone to hear that I wouldn't let her ring me out. Thank Heavens the second cashier - SHELBY was there! She very kindly scanned my purchases and allowed me the opportunity to speak with the manager on duty at that time. SHELBY was extremely kind and exhibited extraordinary customer service with me! Thank you SHELBY!! Had SHELBY not been there I would have very easily left all my items on the counter and left and never went back! MAGGIE is exceptionally rude and disrespectful to the customers, because of her level of unnecessary anger and disrespect I don't personally believe retraining her would help her the slightest bit! She needs a different job where she does not have the opportunity to work in any work force that requires face to face contact with any customers. If I ever walk in the store again and see MAGGIE, I will very simply walk right out and never shop there again! One last thing... all the locks in the women's restroom are broken and none will actually lock the bathroom stall door. read more

First this place is more disorganized than any place ice ever been! Half of the clothing were on the floor, missing price tags, and just in piles. Second, there's no changing table? At all. There's no spot it used to be or anything. There's just not one at all. So plan on walking back to your car or changing your baby on the floor. read more

Terrible store, always a mess and the line is so slow. Workers constantly talk to each other and don't wait on customers, can they discuss their break schedules after they have helped the long like of customers? They're all badly trained and rude, passive aggressive, bad manners and no skill. I hope they shut down and they turn it into a TJ Maxx instead. Awful. read more

I have spend tons on money in this store. I went to return a couple of items the other day and it took 30 minutes. There were hardly any other customers and it still took forever. The clerk had no idea what she was doing. The manager was nearby and never looked over to see that the clerk was clueless. The manager eventually came over and handled the refund. Ridiculous. read more

love this place butt i hate waiting in the long line. i get this store can get busy but it doesnt help when you only have about 3 workers cashing out. i try to come when they open so i avoid the long wait. they always have good deals on clothing and accessories. other than that hopefully they have more staff to cash people out. read more

My mom and grandma are visiting from Korea. My mom is a really good bargain shopper. She used to live here and she knows all the places where you never pay full price. Starting from $5 items to tens of thousands of $$'s. My grandma also loves buying nice things for fraction of the cost. We're ASIAN. We're all like that. So their favorites are Off 5th, Loehmanns, Nordstrom Rack, Marshalls for decent brands at cheap prices. This Marshalls opened recently and they went here without me one day and the next day we all went back to exchange something..and bought another trunkful of clothes. We swept the store 2 times and found that there were a lot of size 6+ pants but very few 0-2. I didnt look for any size 4's or 12+ so i have no idea. The dresses had a lot of small sizes liek 0-2 but very few 6ishes. The bedding part was very sad. They were all nasty lookin.The luggage section was pretty good. not a ton of selection, but had good ones. Most of them were ricardo and samsonite. few other decent ones. I personally havent been to another marshalls lately, but I hear these days the selection isnt as good as it used to be. This one had a pretty good selection. New items everyday we went in, 4 days in a row... lol... So this is pretty great sounding for bargain shoppers. Why did I give them only 3 stars you say? THE CASHIERS ARE SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO SLOW. Each time I got in line, we waited up to 20 minutes for them to get through 2 customers on 2 registers. If that didn't make sense, let me just say, one register had a customer who had a few returns and the casheir took her sweet ass time and was done after 20 minutes since I got in line. So I don't know how long they've been helping her before I got there. Another cashier was helping another customer b4 I got in line. She called for price check about 5 times, and she was STILL not done AFTER my mom and I were done with our purchase (of one item. so we weren't stuck for 10 minutes!). It's not that they had difficult customers (I'm sure there are some everyday), but its that the cashiers are just SLOW. they leisurely scan the item, slowly take off the hangers, and even more slowly look for the sensors and take them off. They just move moreno valley speed I suppose. What can I say to that! My mom and grandma are visiting from a much faster paced world so they were like OMG tell them to move and I'll just do it myself. Everyone in line with us were rolling their eyes and complaining how slow the cashiers were all the time. So I guess this is normal here. read more

SOOOO VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! One of the employees left a sensormatic on a pair of shoes that I bought! I didn't notice until I was home, so I called them to come to my home to remove it, (which is what all department stores would do in this situation, my mom used to work for Nordstrom's) and the manager refused. I came to this Marshalls and got a couple of items to purchase, when walking into the line there is an automatic system of who's at the front of the line goes to the cashier to purchase there items a worker by then name Jessica told another costumer to cut the line and go in front of me to make her purchase I was very upset and will no longer shop at this Marshalls due to their workers not being properly trained . read more

I am more of a mall kinda girl shopper... I went into Marshalls to find a gift for my little one for Valentines... There was no one on the floor helping customers, any questions I had for any one person they either point where to go or seemed in much of a hurry to bother with me.. The worst part of this experience was when I brought back 2 items to return with receipt the cashier and manager at the counter did not want to return my items for me because it was past the 30 day a lotted time based on the receipts date. Mind you these two items put together barely added up to $30.00. It was so displeasing to me to have a cashier let alone a manager stand there ground and not care about the happiness of there customers, as I could obviously tell conversion and sales were way more important. I did get my way, not because the customers always right, but because if I have 30 days to return an item then I was there on the 30th day, exactly.. Lucky for me February only has 28 day's, LOL couldn't catch that huh smart computer. My message to you team Marshalls, if you don't have happy customers you won't have longevity, and if this is how Marshalls wants there employees to act. Then I'm sure soon Marshalls will be another company going bankrupt. I'll stick with the malls. Although there's a lot of commission going on, I get great service. read more
