They were charging me about $19 something plus. (A customer who was picking up a small hat dry cleaned paid about $20.) I told the lady there I will think about it with the plan of never ever going back. I proceeded to Sparkle Cleaners and they charge me $9 something (see picture of receipt). On a Sat morning once, the store did open a little later than posted on Yelp (like 10-15 minutes) and there was 2-3 other customers waiting as well. ps - i used to be able to find the store location on yelp and the map feature, but it seems to be harder to find, when searching "dry cleaning" or "dry cleaners". you can find it on Google Maps. just a fyi for the store owners

Got one set back with stains still on the garment but assumed it might just not be removable. Idk figured it was worth giving the benefit of the doubt since the staff seemed nice and capable. I should've been more diligent in checking the clothes the next time before I left but the recent set of clothes I picked up I inspected when I got home and looked untouched, in their original state and then I noticed the tag reading "needs sewing" was still on my dress strapped and unfixed. It wouldn't be that annoying since it really is my own fault but I gave the woman an extra week to fix it after she told me she was unable to do it in the original allotted time. I really should've checked in store before I left so it's mostly on me and they were a nice enough staff, just be careful before you pay. Either way, I paid full price for all of this and it wasn't cheap so I'm annoyed since I'll have to pay for them again to get done somewhere else properly.

Located off of Berryessa in the plaza that is also home to King EggRoll & 7- Eleven, this laundromat has called this place home for as long as I could remember. Since my initial review, it seems like this joint has taken a turn for the BETTER. Here you will find 3 different sized washing machines: Large Washers- $7 Medium Washers- $5.25 Small Washers- $4.50 Management spotted me like a sore thumb and quickly came over to ask if i needed help. Thank you, Chu ["uncle"]. He was kind enough to give me the rundown of the different sizes of machines and made sure to show me where to put the detergent/softener. The machines are heavy duty and each wash cycle will set you back about 20-25 minutes- a whole lot quicker than my machine at home. The laundromat is tidy and upkeeping is definitely done periodically. The patrons and management are pleasant. Best of all, Bay Launderland offers laundry products for those who happen to run out of forget items. Extra points simply because of that given the previous business not offering this. 5/5 stars.
