THEY WILL SCAM YOU. I had a flat and came here I was offered either a used tire for $65 or a new tire for $120 because they "couldn't fix it" which is fine. I went with the "new" tire thinking that it will be better in the long run. Low and behold it went flat again. Me thinking that maybe the roads are bumpy and the pressure is just low I went to discount tire. There I was told I would need a new tire. Which is not only concerning but confusing so I stated that I just bought the tire last week. The service provider double checked the tire again just because know he was confused. And told me that " this is not a new tire at all" not only that but it's at a level 5. HOW IS A BRAND NEW TIRE AT A LEVEL 5!! He then proceeded to tell me that they don't even sell new tires and that I was just scammed. So if you would love to get scammed this is the place! read more

I went to 4 different shops. They all told me they couldn't repair my tire and that I'd have to wait until tomorrow. I came to Martinez Tire Shop and it was no problem at all. They patched my tire up super quickly, I barely had to wait and the end result came out well. I also appreciated the hospitality of the workers. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!! Took my new 4Runner to get my tire fixed since it had a nail. They took it in to the machine and an old man came out and said the tire didn't have a sensor.??????. I argued with him that it did bc the 4Runner let me know I had a flat tire. He didn't care and kept saying it didn't. He then told me they have sensors for $80 they can replace it. I bet it's sensors they steel of of people. He basically stoled my sensor and wanted to charge me to put it back on. Don't not use this location!!! read more

My car didn't come with a spare tire when I bought it and I was going on a road trip so I went on a search. All the tire shops in the area wanted $200-300 dollars for a spare tire with the rim. I pulled up to Martinez and there was no wait at all. I was greeted as I got out of my car and helped right away. They gave me a tire and a rim and tried it on my car to make sure it fit. They had me in and out very quickly. All the guys were very nice and the girl at the front got me checked out quickly. It only cost me $120! Friday around noon time I pulled into this shop for a simple rotation.. and to have my tires pressure checked.. I was charged 30 for rotation and 15 to have pressure checked. After leaving i began to hear a clicking sound on my front passenger side tire. I thought I caught a rock or a nail. After going to Discount Tire on Nagadoches it was determined the tire was mounted improperly and out of balance. Martinez Tire and Muffler over charged me to check air pressure and failed to properly rotate my tire. I do not recommend this shop. read more

I got 2 brand new tires today. My tires were in bad shape, I just wanted a couple used tires to replace the worst two that had slow leaks. The guy I talked to tried to upsell me on 4 new tires which I would have loved to do, but I can't justify paying that much money in one go. My car is front wheel drive so of course those are the most important. My technician was very nice and not pushy. I know it was a good price because i had been shopping around, and i saved about $75 by choosing this place instead of discount tire. Overall, 5/5 service and speed. I was only there for 25 minutes and got a great deal on brand new tires. The discount tire closest to me would have to order or pickup the size of tire I needed for a lower price. I don't have 4-6 days to wait without a car. Go to discount tire if you have a week to hold out (they don't carry the cheap tires that they advertise, they have to order them or run to another store to pick them up. Once you're there if you want to get out quickly they will sell you on much more expensive tires) but come to this place if you want it done and over with in a quick and reasonable price. I will go back to this place next time! read more

didn't tighten my lug nuts all the way and had my tire wobbling. and defiantly not the best quality at all. and they scratched my rims.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!! These people are crooks. Went in for a rotate and balance on my girls 15' Camry. They swapped my fairly new tires with fairly new treads for some other tires which was same brand name with lesser tread. I didn't bother to look before I left because I gave them the benefit of the doubt. They also didn't tighten up her wheel locks and I had to tell the guy to tighten it. Which they did the same to my 12' Scion tC and now I lost one of my wheel locks on my 12' tc. I should of read reviews before going. Now I learned the hard way with an expensive lesson. Dont let this happen to you. I just can't believe how some people can be so corrupt. We work very hard for what little we have just for people like this to take advantage of us. It's just not right. Nothing much I can do now but hope karma comes back to bite their a** Paid them 60$ just to get robbed of my almost brand new tires that cost me $600. SMH !!! Had to wait 30 minutes for a patch as others that came in after me were helped. Finally Javier told me patch won't work and I need a new tire. I asked if it will be long. He said 30 minutes. Then said one hour. I asked 30 or 60 minutes? He said 30, then said one hour? I came back and sure enough, it was closer to one hour. He bought my tire straight into the back hatch. I asked him to put it underneath where it goes, and he said he doesn't do that. He said it would take too much time. I will never go back there. read more

I had a slow leak coming from one of my trailer tires and came to get it patched, very simple repair. Before I took it in there appeared to be something stuck into the tire that was blocking the leak from being so powerful which I assumed would be taken out to fix the leak but it was not. It wasn't until I went on my way back to work (after being told they put a patch in) with my trailer that I noticed the leak had not been patched and the metal impaling the tire was still in so basically I was charged for nothing to be fixed. Had to come back to get it fixed AGAIN out of my busy work schedule. They lack communication between each other and customers for my trailer was jacked up without my knowledge and as I tried to pull up to move out of the way for someone else my trailer dragged off the jack and proceeded to get stuck under my trailer again without my knowledge. My trailer tire was eventually fixed which took an additional 30 minutes, ridiculous!!! Wouldn't recommend in the slightest to do business here when there's plenty more on Nacogdoches. read more

It seem a little to fast so i ask did you patch or plug the tire he reply and insisted he patch it, (i already paid at this point) i thought it was to fast for him to patch so i ask other guy to check it and had him remove the tire and show me the patch and to everyone surprise but me NO PATCH WAS DONE ANYWHERE ON THE TIRE!! I've been going to this shop for the last 12 years for my flat tires and have NEVER had an issue. 2008 Focus, 2010 Focus, 2013 Escape, (x2) 2015 Civics, 2017 Pilot, 2019 CRV, 2020 Pilot and a C7 Corvette Stingray. They've patched tires on that many cars for me over the years and NOT ONCE have I had any issues with their workmanship. The patches have held up for years and they've even done multiple sidewall (edge of the sidewall) patches for me. Whereas Crooked Discount Tire will look at the puncture before taking off the tire and then once the tire is off they'll say, "oh, sorry. It's too close to the sidewall. We can't repair it. Sorry, no, we can't put the tire back on the rim for you to take it somewhere else. You'll just have to buy one of our tires if you want to leave." Thats happened multiple times. When it's very clearly going to be a problem and they'll refuse to repair it, they'll still take it off to "inspect it" and then they force you to buy their inventory. If you don't have tires from them, they'll screw you over every single time. Happened to me 5 times. So I finally stopped going there altogether (unless by some miracle they carry a tire I actually want) and always make sure to have Martinez Tire repair them. I've driven on tires with their patches for years and never had another leak. They do good work and the same people have been working there since day one. That's how I know I can trust them. The same 2 guys have worked on my cars there for years and I trust their work ethic and ability to do it right. I see some bad reviews but honestly it's always been a painless experience for me. read more

RIP off!!! I had a flat tire and went there to see if it could be patched. The guy said no and that I needed to change the front two tires. He charged me $210 and I didn't even see the brand of tires till he was done. Walmart sells the exact same tire for $55 each I should have checked before buying but I had my baby and was in a hurry.
