I've been going to Martinizing for years for dry cleaning services. Just recently I stopped by to see if they do alterations and to my pleasant surprise, I learned that indeed they do. I mistakenly requested a Thursday drop off and when I realized I needed it earlier, the staff and Bob (the owner!) bent over backwards to make sure I received it in time! I was looking for a local same day dry cleaner as I had a shirt I wanted to take with me on a vacation that I'm leaving for tonight. Saw they had a same day free offer on Yelp. When I went in to use it, the guy behind the counter looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language and said they don't offer free same day and that he didn't know anything about the Yelp offer. A wild night turned into staining a $1800 pair of Balmain pants. I immediately took them here and they took such great care of them. For any couture items, there is a bit of an up-charge but their delicacy with handling those pieces are well-worth it! My pants looked like brand new again.
