Martin was so welcoming from the first encounter, a woman going to an auto shop can only hope for the best.... He was so knowledgeable, suggestive, compassionate, kind and assured me he would fix my car. Boy did he fix it!!! The bumper was being help on with zip ties when I went in and they secured it as if it was new fixed the dent and a new fender. Honestly one of the most humble and kind people I've ever met. Also noticed a cracking noise in my car and gave me his recommendation to a shop to be checked out. Great proud family man and I CANT thank you enough Martin truly blessed I came across your shop. We got recommended with Martin and I have no regrets he is amazing. I thought my truck would never be the same. We went for an estimate and he was fast and friendly. He told me when he was available and how long it would take for my truck to be ready and he kept his word it took only 2 days it was ready a day sooner. I was referred to this place by a friend when a girl backed up into my car and hit the driver's side. Was not dissapointed. Was greeted by Alonso who undertook the whole repair, one of the friendliest and nicest guys I've met in a long time. Had my car fixed in two days, perfectly repainted. It looked brand new. I was skeptical since I wasn't going through my insurance but glad I took a chance!! First off their customer service is phenomenal and that a must for me!! Timing was super fast (took 3 days for me and the damage wad sustancial ) and the rate was beyond reasonable especially (3x more at a different place) ...I'm just happy with the final results! Wow. Is all I can say . I scratched a rear bumper that was not mine and needed it fixed as soon as possible. I'm called and explained to Martin he gave me an somewhat of a estimate over the phone. He was very helpful. When I got there he gave me a great price compared to other that I called. I was freaking out and he laughed and told me not to worry accidents happen and even offered water and if I needed a ride. I've never met such genuine people who actually care about their customers in any mechanic , tire place ect. Every employee here was nice and greeted with a friendly smile too. I just felt very welcomed. I came back and it was done by then end of the day. My car looked like nothing happened. The quality looked amazing. You couldn't even tell one bit. Martin was out there working on cars himself. I want to thank Martin and his whole team. I now will refer my friends and everyone here. Don't forget to thank them with some Gatorade or snacks ect. ********** Is it possible to rate this business with 10 stars? This review is primarily for Martin himself. The business is great but it's great because Martin is stellar for the following reasons. He is: - an incredibly honest businessman (I felt at ease the moment I met him) - he is so kind and has excellent customer service skills (I couldn't get my rental car company to pick me up so he drove me over there himself) - he is lightning fast (he literally fixed my bumper in one day. Called me at 8:30 the next morning to say the job was done! Whaaa???) - he is better than reasonably priced. (Least expensive quote I got by far.) - it's his own business so he personally cares about each customer. (He's not some bureaucratic big company that doesn't care about anything other than the bottom line.) Martin's actions remind me of a time long ago when honesty, great customer service, and trust were the normal expectation when conducting business. Nowadays, I'm constantly on guard because I feel like most people are looking for ways to cheat me or suck as much money from me as they can. Not so with this place. I'm not super thrilled about the neighborhood/location this shop is in, but this auto body repair shop is definitely a diamond find. It's unlikely that I will go to another place for auto body repairs in the future. read more

Martin's Autobody & Paint has got a loyal customer in myself and family/friends! I cannot say enough good things about this shop, the owner & the workers. My experience at Martin's was so amazing right from the get-go. Martin was SOO helpful with everything, my brother & I had gone to maybe 5 other autobody shops around Chino, Montclair & Pomona, finally we stumbled upon this little hole in the wall. We stepped inside to get an estimate with only photos to show & even with just photos he gave us a reasonable price. He told us what the parts themselves would come out for & he was very understanding with our situation & looked for other options to do the repairs. We brought the truck in the following Wednesday, he told us it would be ready by either that Friday or Saturday & surprisingly he finished the work by that day because it was ready for pick up first thing Thursday. On top of giving us a GREAT price, finishing WAY BEFORE the expected date he even went out of his way & fixed other things that we never even mentioned to him. He just took the liberty to fix something that was not intended to be fixed with no extra charge. Martin is such an amazing, hardworking & sweet man as well as his workers. 11/10 would recommend Martin's Autobody & Paint to ANYONE looking for autobody repair or just for a great new paint job. I added some visuals to show what great work was done, the first 7 images are the before & the last 7 images are the after. It may not seem like if there was much damage before but once you see the after you can definitely see what a phenomenal job Martin did on even the slightest damages.
