    Gluten free pepperoni

Great pizza! Meat lovers and my daughter got a gluten free pepperoni. Both were great. Staff was amazing! Stop by and give them a try when you are in Sisters!

Good food and friendly service here. Tons of by the slice options, don't judge me for the pineapple on pizza!

Honestly the best pizza I have ever had. The service was amazing, not too busy. And they had gluten free pizza slices as well! Did not take long to get the food, and the garlic knots are worth a try. The place is not huge, but it has good vibes. The pizza is very greasy though. The slices are very big though, so come here when you are hungry. 10/10 Fire pizza.

My three positives and a negative because the world needs more positivity: + plenty of choices for pizza by the slice (it was a Wednesday though the week of the Sisters outdoor quilt show) + the cheese is a solid New York style thin crust + the recommendation to add Mike's hot honey was solid - $1 for the honey seemed a bit deer

The sweet marinara sauce is the perfect complement to the top notch meats! The customer service is amazing too.

Good pizza but pretty spendy for what you get. I ordered a small white veggie and it was $12 for 4 slices. But overall it tasted great.

The best pie I've had since moving back west from NY! Thin, crispy crust. Sold by the slice...makes everyone happy.

Our waiter was knowledgeable, friendly, and did not rush us through our meal. We prefer to eat and drink leisurely, with conversation, food, and wine framing the evening. The cocktail (Negroni) was very good; the wine list was very good. Entrees and appetizers were all tasty and fresh. We all greatly enjoyed our visit to The Open Door.

This was my second visit to Sisters. I decided to go to The Open Door for dinner. I ordered the…read morepasta dish for $25 which was supposed to come with [a] " white wine blue cheese sauce, chicken, fresh cherry tomatoes and chopped basil". I also ordered the $3 baguette and a mocktail for $10. The pasta dish was a massive disappointment. I had to search for the chicken such was the limited amount in the dish. There was a minimal amount of cherry tomatoes. The supposed "white wine blue cheese sauce" was missing from the pasta also. There was no Parmesan Reggiano cheese offered at the onset or freshly ground pepper. Perhaps The Open Door is not that kind of culinary experience. I rarely complain when I visit restaurants as I try to do my due diligence before I go. I spoke with the waitress, manager and one other lady who came by to check on me. I was told they could bring me some more tomatoes, etc. However, the dish should have contained sufficient ingredients to warrant its description which it didn't. Pasta is one of the cheapest mainstays in the restaurant business, but The Open Door's pasta dish took this to a whole new low. As for the baguette, I was given four tiny half slices of bread and not a baguette. In hindsight, I would have been better served going to the Sisters Smokehouse and Deli and ordering their Tri-Tip Sandwich - which is delicious BTW- than wasting my $ here at The Open Door.

The table was filled with breakfast favorites. We ordered hotcakes, eggs, bacon, potatoes, and huevos rancheros. A couple of morning cocktails also made an appearance, including Cottonwood's version of a Bloody Mary and a rum-infused mocha. The huevos rancheros had a bit more kick than expected, but it worked. Our server was fun and easy to chat with, which added to the relaxed feel of the morning. Nobody rushed us, and breakfast with friends is one of those things that shouldn't be rushed. Will we be back? Probably. Cottonwood Cafe feels like a place where locals and visitors can both feel at home, and it was a nice way to wrap up another great trip to Sisters. The Vinny. Nice piece of ham on good bread topped with two hard boiled eggs and a dash of sauce. Omelette was good. Biscuits and gravy good. The sausage jerky sticks were a bit of a surprise. I would have sent most of it back, but we a 6pm dinner reservation. Come early and hungry. Leave late and still hungry.
