I also ordered the $3 baguette and a mocktail for $10. The pasta dish was a massive disappointment. I had to search for the chicken such was the limited amount in the dish. There was a minimal amount of cherry tomatoes. The supposed "white wine blue cheese sauce" was missing from the pasta also. There was no Parmesan Reggiano cheese offered at the onset or freshly ground pepper. Perhaps The Open Door is not that kind of culinary experience. I rarely complain when I visit restaurants as I try to do my due diligence before I go. I spoke with the waitress, manager and one other lady who came by to check on me. I was told they could bring me some more tomatoes, etc. However, the dish should have contained sufficient ingredients to warrant its description which it didn't. Pasta is one of the cheapest mainstays in the restaurant business, but The Open Door's pasta dish took this to a whole new low. As for the baguette, I was given four tiny half slices of bread and not a baguette. In hindsight, I would have been better served going to the Sisters Smokehouse and Deli and ordering their Tri-Tip Sandwich - which is delicious BTW- than wasting my $ here at The Open Door.

Our server was fun and easy to chat with, which added to the relaxed feel of the morning. Nobody rushed us, and breakfast with friends is one of those things that shouldn't be rushed. Will we be back? Probably. Cottonwood Cafe feels like a place where locals and visitors can both feel at home, and it was a nice way to wrap up another great trip to Sisters. This is terribly sad for me to write. I graduated from sisters high school in 2003. Not exaggerating, my pals and I would go to martollis At least four days a week on our lunch breaks. We used to Pay three dollars for two slices and a soda. Ever since I left sisters and was eating pizza somewhere else, I would always brag about this place from my hometown that serve pizza that was the greatest of all time. I have stopped in multiple times since I have left, and the price continues to increase, and the quality decrease. I understand restaurants struggling with Covid, but four dollars for a single slice of pepperoni pizza really caught me with my pants down today. Sadly, I do not believe I will eat at Martolli's Sisters again. As we headed south out of town, I noticed Cibellis has now opened in Sisters - unfortunately I believe this is where I will stop to feed my pizza craving. So sad read more

We had a fabulous experience at Martolli's of Sisters last night!! This was our first time eating there and now it will be a must go to place each time we visit Sisters!! The pizza (The Outlaw) was absolutely delicious!! We loved the crust, as we prefer one that is thinner. Moreover, the service was exceptional! John was so kind to be accommodating of our dog. We sat outside, which was lovely, and he ensured we had everything we needed to keep our pug comfortable. Thank you!! Prior to now, we have not submitted reviews. I am wondering when someone doesn't give this place a 5 star rating if they are just having a bad day... There has not been a time that we have gone in for lunch and dinner and the place is busy. Customer service is top notch and the staff is always focused and proud of their creations. Always clean and tidy, which is what I look for. Prices are great... People who complain about petty things like tomato sauce need to realize they are not in Italy... I was never a pizza eater until I came to Martolli's of Sisters.. I recommend it to all my friends and family because it's the place to go!!! read more

I stopped by and bought a slice of pizza for Lunch and ordered a medium-sized to be ready for a 5:15 pick-up. Arrived a little early and had to wait for a hot and fresh pizza. I want to tell you, it's the best pizza my husband and I have had for dinner. It was still nice and hot 10 minutes after I drove home. Way to go Martolli's, keep up the good work. read more

Got the Outlaw pizza, great crust, great sauce. Highly recommend this place. They have a great selection for slices as well. Also had the Mediterranean Caeser salad and it was very tasty.
