I'm with a group of cyclists and, while we were going through Sisters on our way to Bend, we stopped at Martolli's of Sisters for a slice of hot pizza on a rainy day. Their pizza truly hit the spot for our cyclists! We got two triple cheese pizzas and, with the seven of us, we were so full and very satisfied! Their slices of pizza are huge and, bonus, they sell by the slice! The crust was crispy on the outside and the sauce/cheese combo was perfect! Our family has a vacation house in Black Butte and were very surprised to find pizza this good in a small tourist town. We got the Outlaw (pepperoni, ham, sausage, mushrooms, olives, and red onion). We picked it up for take out and chose the "half-baked" option, as a 20 minute drive back to the house would have cooled a fully baked pizza too much. Five minutes in a 450* oven and it was perfect. Thin, crispy crust, high quality toppings. If you're from the Seattle area, think Pagliacci. Best pizza I've had in years and we'll definitely make a visit to Martolli's a regular part of our Black Butte trips. read more

We came in upon a spontaneous visit. I personally was intrigued by the smell! It's smells so irresistible when walking by! We got a slice & it was ok. It definitely wasn't bad but I feel as though I've had better. The people are friendly & is clean. Not a fan of the $4 minimum charge to use a card. We stopped here for lunch on our way to Bend. Super friendly guy behind the counter and pretty decent pizza. I had a slice of carmelized onion, walnut, tomato slice and goat cheese white pizza. My husband got 2 slices of pepperoni. The crust was yummy too. Filled us up for the rest of the day too. But it was SUPER greasy and not really warmed up enough when we bought it by the slice. I bet if you got a whole pie that was really fresh and hot it would rate a solid 4 stars. read more

Mixed feeling! Our group came in for pizza. Place was empty. The waitress was pretty indifferent. She didn't offer to seat us or take our order. We arranged two tables ourselves. Asked her to clean the crumbs off. She brought one menu. Rest of our party arrived. They asked for menus. There was ONE other one. Six of us shared the only 2 menus. Orders were placed for 3 pizzas! These aren't really cheap pizzas. They each cost about $25.00. For medium size. We got our own silverware, napkins, etc. now the positive. The pizzas did taste really good. So I guess that you balance the poor service & good food. You decide which is more important. I would like to think she might have been having a bad day!!! read more

This place used to be really good, but it's gone downhill over the last several years. The last time I was here it was just for a quick lunch so were planning on grabbing a couple slices. Big mistake. The pizzas had been sitting out for what looked like hours and seemed entirely unappetizing. That being said, I opted for a caesar salad. Bad choice. It was like the lettuce was completely wet when they tossed it with way too much dressing, so it resulted in a big, gross mess. After a couple bites I just completely lost my appetite. The others in my group ate their slices but said they weren't very good. I'll be skipping it next time I'm in town. read more

I drive through Sisters Oregon all the time for work and rarely stop despite the charm of the town. Today I stopped because I was with my family and we had some pretty awesome pizza. I usually dont like thin crust but this was just delicious. Restaurant was clean, staff was friendly and food was tasty. I'm going to have a hard time not stopping from now on. read more

Unlike most people, I never think about ordering pizza but if I'm with someone who wants to go to a pizza place, I'll get a slice. Well, traveling through Sisters, we stopped at Martolli's and I had a slice of the best pizza I've ever eaten! Perfect crisp crust with just the right amount of sauce and cheese - if there was a Martolli's back home, I'd be craving pizza on a regular basis. Yummy! read more

Ok. Let me help you out here. This is the worst pizza I've ever had from a pizza joint. Think of the cheapest frozen pizza from you local super market. Thin crust and very very skimpy on the toppings. Manager must severely limit the amount of cheese and topping employees are allowed to use per pizza.
