Celebrated my mom's birthday on Wednesday at Maru. My first time here, my sister recommended them. She made reservations for our large group. We were seated right away when we got there. Welcoming customer service. For the most part the food was good. The sashimi was fresh so we really enjoyed that. The rolls I wasn't a fan of but the sashimi salad was delicious. Overall the sushi here is a solid four for me. I ordered chicken teriyaki for my daughter cause she doesn't eat sushi. It was not edible. She couldn't even chew the meat. It was so rubbery and tasteless. It's such an easy thing to make but somehow they messed up. Anyways come here for the sushi and if you love to eat a lot. I didn't eat much, not a fan of all you can eat...

No matter how many times I come I'm never disappointed. The service is good. The food is good and I always walk away. Satisfied when people ask me. Where do you go in the valley? This is the only place we go.

What a AYCE feast! Honestly everything happened so fast, I didn't know what I was eating, missing, or needing. But what I do know is that it was GOOD. We were a hungry and excited group and started ordering a bunch- our eyes ended up being hungrier than our stomachs but we managed well. The quality, taste, and portions are all 100%. It's true what they say about having the best rice to fish ratio. We definitely made sure to order some premium sushi items like the salmon belly, yellowtail belly, hotate scallop , and raw shrimp. The start of the show was the yellowtail belly, it just melted away like butter. They get busy fast and the servers and sushi chefs do their best to move things along. At prime dinner time you can have a long wait, but it's worth it!

Now AYCE is the premium dinner price ($37.99) all day Friday - Sunday. They used to have the lunch price ($29.99) before 3 pm.

Came here for the all-you-can-eat regular sushi and overall had a solid experience. The fish quality was pretty good, especially considering it's AYCE, which isn't always a guarantee. Most of the rolls and nigiri were fresh and satisfying, and everything came out in a reasonable amount of time. The only thing I didn't love was the spicy tuna--it just wasn't my favorite flavor-wise--but everything else we tried was good and enjoyable. If you're looking for AYCE sushi with decent quality fish, this spot definitely delivers. The service was exceptional! Would come back when I'm in the mood for sushi and want variety without breaking the bank.

Service here is always so quick! Love that there's tons of parking Legit a hidden gem! Inside is so clean! The fish to rice ratio is so superior compared to other all you can eats I've been too! The only thing I'd say is avoid the seared salmon in my opinion don't like the mayo and isn't as good as I'd imagine but still one my favorite spots I've been coming for a long time!

I ate here on a whim the other day and it was SO good! My boyfriend and I both did all you can eat and we definitely got the most out of it! Everything we had was SO good and fresh. It was 2pm when we came and the had a pretty steady stream of diners, which was a great sign. The servers were friendly and explained the all you can eat deal well and they spaced out the delivery well. I just wish some of the food items came out quicker for us as we ended up being there around 2 hours for 3 rounds of all you can eat options! But the food was awesome! Other highlights that I didn't picture were the house salad and the sashimi salad!

Food was on point as usual. Lunch time all you can eat buffet. Service was fast and prompt. Almost empty and just playing straight 90s-2000s bangers giving it great ambiance.

First time here after hearing about it from Maru Ramen in Woodland Hills which has the best tonkotsu ramen like my favorite place in Vancouver, Canada. The sushi is super fresh, delicious and plentiful. The sauces are simple but pack a punch in flavor. The AYCE is very reasonably priced, ambiance is very casual and they make you feel like you're family while the service top notch. Can't wait to be back. Both Maru ramen and sushi locations are a must!

One of the best sushi spots I've had a in a while actually. We didn't really do any appetizers and went straight in for the fish. Started off with a couple of hand rolls, we did the crab hand roll and O toro hand roll. Crab hand roll wasn't as impressive, I've had better to be honest. I didn't let that experience ruin it for me because the toro hand roll was delicious. I think they add a piece of mint and it complimented the hand roll. Very crunchy nori wrapper and good rice to fish ratio. For our sushi we started with chu toro tuna, salmon belly, and halibut. Super fresh melt in your mouth quality. Halibut was interesting with the truffle, first time definitely won't be the last. We ended it with red snapper and black snapper. Absolutely amazing, I think the black snapper or the red snapper was slightly charred. It was so good. To say the least, this restaurant was worth it!

Nice of the chef to switch out roe for halibut for me on my omakase. However, probably the worst omakase I've ever had. No creativity, nothing felt premium, chewy fish, flavors didn't mesh, and half of it was salty. The miso soup wasn't scorching, which i appreciated at first but that meant the last few sips were fairly room temp. The real crab handroll was good. If the price point was $35 sushi set I'd give 5/5 but this is supposed to be premium omakase. I've been to other Sushi Enya locations and had good experiences, so this was very disappointing. Stick to the rolls and nigiri.

It was definitely not what I've expected or ever experienced in a Japanese restaurant. We were quickly greeted by the staff and be seated by the wall. The upholstery of our seats were torn. The area where we were sitting was a bit too dark and could definitely add more lights for customers to see their menus. After giving a look at the menu, our server asked if we were ready. I said it's our first time so we need some time to look through the menu. She replied ok and left. We mainly ordered sushi items. Servers brought over each item one at a time. When I almost finished mine, my family is still waiting for theirs. You do see the staff walk by the tables constantly. However, I would hope the servers would ask how is everything and if we need anything else. Overall, sushi tastes fine. I probably won't be back given the experience that we had.
