Pho & Beyond is a lovely Vietnamese restaurant located on Grand Canyon and 215. You'll find them near Kohl's and Target shopping center, across from Ninja Lair. There's ample parking. Grand opening was on May 2, 2026. Inside is bright, clean, and inviting with plenty of seating and relaxing instrumental music playing in the background. Every table is set up with condiments such as hoisin sauce, sriracha, and hot chili sauce. Menu offers a nice selection of appetizers, noodles, specials, pho, rice dishes, and drinks including coffee, smoothies, milk tea, slush, non-dairy refresher, dessert and munchies. I ordered Fried Egg Roll - Chả Giò (4 pieces, $11), which is crispy golden rolls, inside has chopped ground pork and mixed veggies, accompanied with fresh crisp romaine, crunchy cucumbers, cilantro, and pickled carrots and radish, served with a sweet tangy dipping sauce, it's very good and delicious! Also had Fried Pork Gyoza - Hoành Thánh Chiên ($11), it comes with eight pieces of pan-fried pork and vegetable dumplings, served with thick gyoza sauce that tastes similar to a teriyaki sauce. Personally, I prefer light sauce, the sweet tangy fish sauce from the fried egg roll is very tasty, appealing, and so yummy with fried gyoza. For dessert, I wanted to try Chè Ba Màu ($7) which is a 3 Color Bean that consist of sweet beans and jelly on ice slush, but it's not available to order, hopefully they'll have it soon. This place is tucked inside the shopping center so it's very hard to miss. But once you're inside it's so nice and vibey. I have tried a few pho spots around the area looking for the perfect broth, and honestly their broth is by far my favorite. The food did not miss. The spring rolls were a little too minty for my liking but still good. They might be a little pricey but I feel it's quite worth it , especially when the service was amazing as well. First time trying out Pho and Beyond and was pleasantly surprised on how good their food is! This location just recently opened and the decor was chic and modern. Clean and spacious dining area and friendly staff. We ordered the fresh spring rolls, banh mi sandwich and crispy chicken with rice. All were delicious and amazing. My personal favorite was the grilled pork sandwich with lots of flavor added to the crispy bread. I opted out of the jalapeños if you don't want your spicy. I love the Pho here. I get the Brisket Pho and it comes with plenty of Brisket. The flavor of the soup is also very good.. I am very picky when it comes to pho establishments when it comes to Vegas. Very skeptical walking in here not know what to expect. We actually stumbled upon this place because a friend of ours recommended we come here for a cousins birthday. When we walked in we were in awe with the beautiful decor arrangements inside very vibrant Vietnamese to say the least. The ambiance was very cultural and beautiful with all the colorful flowers blended with the cultural art and designs so beautifully done bravo. This was edc week so I felt like they had a good amount of people here for lunch. The rich aroma of the bone broth was amazing it smells like home. We ordered the combo pho, spring roll, cold pork noodle combo, toast with imitation seafood, kalbi rib broken rice, milk tea with brown sugar, and Vietnamese coffee. The pho was exactly how the aroma was smelling like rich and savory very delicious didn't even have to put anything in it top tier. Spring roll was delicious the detail on how they rolled it was on point it had some type of sausage in it with a crunchy element in it a must try. The combo cold pork noodles was delicious it's a different way of eating noodles. The toast was mid over cooked and the filling wasn't all that. The short ribs was delicious had flavor and paired well with the egg and rice and a must with a side of broth. The milk tea and coffee is a must in Vietnamese fare.
